It is dificult to find the hotel on foot. But the location is very good. Restaurants, shopping center and monorail station as well as Jalan Bintang are easy to reach on foot.

Stayed here on business in KL. Good location right across from the Pavilion mall and office tower. Near a lot of shopping, with loads of food choices. Only downside is you need to walk a bit to reach public transport, but not terribly far.

I come to KL around 4 time a year, this was the first stay at the Nova tel, I found it very pleasant, only one small problem is the lifts, the time waiting seems very long.

Covenient, just next to Pavillion SC. Breakfast - food is ok..ok. Employees (staffs) is friendly. Rooms is clean. Hotel amenities good, but can be improved. Management is able to cater an availiablity for my inter-connected rooms. Overall - good. I may wan to come back, in near future, and stay in this hotel.

The hotel location is great, close to everything. It's an older hotel so even though the lobby is updated and fresh the rooms still show their age. Bathrooms especially. Tubs with hand held shower heads , bad lighting and old fixtures. If your only in town for a short visit then it's ok but if you will be longer I will find a better hotel. Hotel service […] hit and miss, some staff were very nice others were down right rude. I had to call down at 6 pm when I returned from meetings to ask that my room be cleaned comment from operator. " is it ok that we enter your room when your not there?" What kind of question is that? It's not a B&B I expect my room to be refreshed everyday that was the oddest thing I have ever heard. Mehr

hotel is clean and staff are friendly and professional. Mini fridge in room is stocked so cant use for personal use. This hotel is located near bukit bingtang but i prefer to shop at times square so not a good choice for that. The buffet breakfast is delicious with many food choices. Overall nice place to stay.

Had a problem with the airconditioning. Had to try about 3 different rooms before we found one that the air conditioning worked or the toilet was not constantly running. The hotel is convenient for monorail and shopping. Pretty good breakfast.

Very much liked the hotel especially the location. Breakfast is so so and there is no change in menu. So expect to have the same menu everyday, a bit boring if I may say so

I have stayed at the Novotel before and consider it high on my list. It is convienient to both large shopping centres and restuarants in the area . The rooms were always cleaned and attended to in a timely manner and always left immaculate. I left my iphone charger in room but after i call hotel looks they are not much help. I hv Called twice but they keep promising to check and they are promising to calling me back but till now they are not calling. I assume their customer services management is not good. I really much disappointed with their services.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location was great and within walking distance of a monorail station, the twin towers and the main shopping centre.

The hotel is so nice for the money I paid, located within 2 minutes walk to pavilion mall and bukit bintang street where you can find all what you need as a tourist. Room is specious and clean. The restaurant where I got my breakfast was little smaller than expected

Novotel is a run-down hotel with sub-standard maintenance...but with an excellent location. Use it if you need a central place to sleep but won't be spending much time in the room and you're not to fussy about the standard. Can be considered an upscale hostel.

For guests who drive, they may want to note that the hotel has very limited lots. The basement carpark is also very narrow. The aircon drip on the day we checked out so it didn't really bug us. Overall, it is a nice comfortable stay consider the price.

Wi-fi in hotel room was none existent. Despite requesting a quiet room I was kept awake by the passing metro trains. However, very close to the Pavilion shopping centre so handy for shops and eating establishments.

Well located right at the entry of the pedestrian walkway to the KLCC / Twin Towers / Aquarium. Very nice staff. A short walk from the monorail station. Overall perfect value for money!!!

This was our first visit to Kuala Lumpur and the hotel satisfied all our needs. The service was exceptional, friendly and always at hand. The location was superb - many a shopping mall within walking distance.

The only good things about this hotel is it is just opposite Pavillion Mall and it connect to skybridge that can connect to KLCC through walking. Customer services is excellent. Hotel amenities is basic with shampoo, bath and soap. The drain in the sink and the bath are blocked, sliding door light in cupboard didnt turn off. Check-in / out procedures very efficient and fast. Many evening activities in walking distance. Easy to reach with Monorail from Central Train Station KL.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Novotel when we have visited KL. It is in a perfect location, but good value for money. The hotel rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. They have a walk way (which is air conditioned) opposite that takes you all the way to the Petronas Towers.

Room plumbing had a problem - but other wise convenient hotel for shopping at Pavilion - where you can do the Bukit Bintang walk - right through Lot 10, Sung Wang Plaza - close to the station and Suria KLCC as you need to go early for tickets for Petronas towers. There is a 7Eleven opposite the hotel - convenient for quick groceries. Staff was friendly […] and helpful in guiding how to visit site seeing places. No comments on food as we had all our meals out of the hotel - but the food pricing looked steep. All in all had a nice stay and staff was helpful and friendly too. Mehr

The bell boys tend to discriminate. Only when they see big cars and tourists, they offer to carry the luggage. I am not impressed at all, they don't even bother to open the car door even though I was driving a BMW and don't bother to carry my bags. They just pretend not to notice. First impression counts, they sure did not give a good first impression. […] Reception very slow. One just standing and overseeing instead of helping during busy time.
