Very good value for the price. Friendly staff, nearby parking, nice area.

The hotel was modern, very clean, the bar food excellent and the room was very comfortable and clean with blackout curtains. We had asked for a quiet room and reception were very helpful as they had identified a potenitally noisy group had rooms close to us and they offered us a change of room if needbe. It wasnt needed. The only little criticism was […] that my partner left the bathroom after a shower to get something in the bedrooma and skidded on the bedroom floor as it was laminate flooring - very slippy if wet. Overall a very pleasant stay - would stay again definately and would recommend to others Mehr

Very nice and clean rooms

Very friendly, welcoming and competent staff. The hotel is quiet and rooms are very comfortable and within reasonable distance of bus station and shopping areas, The breakfast is exceptional value and would heartily recommend this hotel.

Located right at the foot of High Street. Restuarant had decent food, although limited seating (book a table). Parking was behind hotel - a bit difficult to get suitcases past cars into the hotel (and you have to hike through the bar to the front desk). Room was clean and comfortable - though a bit warm.

Not a hotel I would rave about, but at the same time it does exactly what you need it to if you are looking for a place to lay down your head for the night in reasoanble comfort. It's in a good enough lcoation in town, about a ten minute walk from some of the nightlife. It has a bar of its own, which was extremely busy on the Friday afternoon I was […] there. Very noisy too, I assume with the post-work crowd. Didn't bother me - I just headed somewhere else for a drink. Service was fine; room was fine; rate was good compared to others. Overall, nothing to complain about and I'd stay here again. Will the place bowl you over? No, but it offers a good enough place to stay in a convenient lcoation. Mehr

Very friendly staff, who are happy to help all the time. Good food at reasonable prices. Free hard wired internet connectiobin the bedroom, which is excellent.

Well looked after by the friendly staff, and the hotel is ver well located if you want to go into the town for a good choiceof restaurants.

The hotel is very central, with its own parking, although the hotel entrance isn't very near the car park. We got soaked, but then it doesn't rain every day, even in Donegal! The staff were very courteous and tried to accommodate us with a quiet room. This meant that we couldn't hear the traffic but we could hear a band playing loudly until after 2am: […] "Is This the Way to Amarillo?" "No, and it isn't the way to get a good night's sleep either." Very comfortable overall, just so long as you don't have to get up at 7am! Mehr

This hotel had very modern rooms. I enjoyed the comfortable bed.

The hotel was easy to find with direction road signs, and an ample car park (partly underground). On checking in I was offered tea and biscuits "on the house" in the bar. In the room, it was spacious, with a very nice chair at the desk. It had a nice shower-room, and a very comfortable bed. Food and drink was good in the bar, and there was a quiz-night […] on which meant it was quite busy. Breakfast was fine too. I'll be looking to stay here again next time I'm in town. Mehr

Just feel I need to give some feedback on the hotel, if you are looking for a nice relaxing stay. Do not come here, we had nosy neighbours in the room next door to us and could hear everyword through the ajoining door, the two guests next door were two female friends, alone. however at 5am they brought back some 'guests', lets say it was not a quiet […] night, so disappointed, we thought that this place would be a little more classy. We would not recommend this place to anyone. So must potential. Mehr

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY - ROOM A1 AS USUAL AND THE STAFF EXCELLENT , CAN'T WAIT TILL NEXT TIME WE STAY AGAIN

I brought my girlfriend to Donegal for the weekend, the first night we stayed at the encore in letterkenny. BIG MISTAKE. The walls where paper thin, someone pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night - which, although not the hotel's fault, was not explained at all at the time nor in the morning - A blanket explanation should have been issued. […]  As for the walls, the people in the adjacent room may as well have been in a double bed at the other side of our room we could hear EVERYTHING they did. Not cool at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Mehr

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, Hotel was modern and contempory. We booked room only and had a meal in the hotel, it was absoloutely fantastic! The location was great, away from the hustle and bussle of the main street. It was easy to find and best of all the parking was free!! We will deffinately go again!!!

Me and a friend stayed here for a saturday night, as we were going out in Letterkennt town. When we arrived the lady on reception was very pleasant and friendly, we had no problem checking in, we then went and ate in the hotel bar, though the bar was quiet the food was lovely and the staff were all really nice. Our hotel room was lovely and clean, very […] modern. The hotel is only a short walk from the centre of the town, 5- 10 mins and your up the centre of the town. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends, plus i thought it was very cheap for the type of hotel it was and for it been a saturday night, so that was an added bonus! Mehr

The hotel was great - lovely spacious room, comfy bed and great facilities. No problem with noise or any complaints about the room. However ... we went for a meal in the restaurant and it was a real let down. We waited over half an hour for our order to be taken and then 40 minutes later still no sign of food. Our waiter told us he forgot to put […] our order in! Our complaints were taken very seriously by the receptionist and manager on duty, whose service and compensation more than made up for this. The hotel is central to get any where within letterkenny, the room had some rubbish under the bed whick i was not impressed with, we eat in the depot bar located in the hotel food was ok would not eat there again as it was quiet expensive for what we got but the service was great.

Stayed here for a night with some of my mates and had a great time. Staff were friendly and polite and managed to accommodate us when I rang them last minute to book a third person into my room. They said it wasn't a problem. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the residents bar was brilliant. Only bad thing is that you are nearly past the sign […] post for the hotel at the roundabout before you realise - some of my mates were driving around in circles before they found it. Still, its within walking distance of all the main nightlife and thats what we wanted. Mehr
