The hotel offers a lot for folks traveling with kids. Don't expect to get adjoining rooms unless you arrive early. Requesting them repeatedly will not help. Decent place. Gal at check-in was very friendly. Loved all the popcorn in the lobby upon arrival. When I reserved the room I ask for smoking and we got a non smoking room. My husband wasn't very happy cause we were on the 3rd floor. It wa an inconvenience for him. The hotel was nice but that was a problem for us. We like the extras we got there like, popcorn all day, a full breakfast, dinner and drinks. That saved us a lot of money.

Stayed here while visiting a college student. Staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Many special amenities. Bed was a little stiff because I am used to a pillow top, but everything was top notch.

This was our first stay at a Drury Inn. We were just planning to stay one night at this location, but enjoyed the first night so much, we decided to stay another night instead of moving to downtown Cincinnati. I am a mother for 4 small children and rarely get away with my friends. I was amazed at the cleanliness of this hotel. It may be fairly new but it was the staff who kept it that way. Every where you went someone was cleaning the floor, wiping creamer off the counter, wiping up some cheese from their FREE breakfast. This hotel is for a bunch of freeloaders with noisy kids. AC/ fridge in the room constantly pop and click during the night, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, having children run up and down the halls late in the night made it for an awful stay. We stayed for four days at this site and it was a disappointing experience. First of all, they say that all rooms have queen or king beds and this is not true. Our beds were double beds. Just because you say it's a queen size doesn't make it so. Also the breakfast is not very good and we ended up eating elsewhere three out of four days. I have never had that happen before at a hotel. You should also be aware that although they list an inside and an outside pool, it is the same pool and it's not overly large. The hotel was very full when we were there and facilities were crowded. This hotel is right off I-75 and there is a fair amount of traffic noise, but it is easy to get to. We enjoyed the city of Cincinnati and had a very enjoyable time at the zoo and the museums, but the hotel was a disappointment. Mehr

The room smelled fresh and clean - I'm so used to the smell of air freshener masking either cigarette smoke or worse that I had forgotten a hotel room could actually be clean.
