Overall, the hotel was decent. The reason for the title is that there is no pool. Additionally, we needed extra blankets, but there were none. Access to the hotel was excellent & there are many restaurants to choose from. I would recommended for travelers w/no children.

I went to Fort Hood for a fallen soldier and the staff there was great. The rooms were clean and a nice size. Any thing we needed they helped in anyway possible. Even allowed a late check out so we could attend the services without having to leave our belongings in our car all day. It was so friendly and understanding. the place is clean, breakfast is good but the bed's are horrible.. if you have problems sleeping on spring mattresses then avoid this place at all cost.

When we arrived the front desk was very attentive and friendly. The hotel was very clean and our room was spacious. The breakfast was awesome and had many different choices to pick from. It wasn't just the basic stuff like other hotels. I was very impressed and recommend this for business or pleasure.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is right next to HEB. Very convenient. We were able to request to change our room from double bed to suite king sized bed since Hotels.com had only one option for us. Friendly receptionist. We requested for a crib and she brought right in. The only thing I didn't like was I found a piece of long hair on […] our towel. But oh well, I shouldn't complain since we had the free upgrade. In town for the birth of our granddaughter and it is a great price for such a clean and well maintained hotel. Will definitely stay here on a return visit.

I would stay here again. the location is wonderful. close to shopping centers. I had no problem checking in and the staff was very friendly. my rooms was as i expected. very roomy and comfy bed with lots of pillows. loved it!!

This hotel is a great price for a nice clean hotel room that is extremely close to Fort Hood. You can call Cove Taxi and they will come pick you up, for less than 20 bucks you can go to the base. The hotel is right next to a lot of shopping so that's nice too if you're there for awhile. The internet was fast and the room was great. No complaints.

The bed were kinda small not queen size at all. You could hear everything going on in the hallway. The breakfast was good and they let you actually enjoy it. All in all it was an OK stay. I would stay again.

Great ppl there ...it nice and clean but in one of the floors it kinda smelled like smoke...idk if its bc someone had just smoked or ...but I would def stay there again ...really friendly

I was very pleased with the quality of the accommodations at the Sleep Inn in Killeen. The room, lobby and facilities were clean and comfortable, the staff friendly, and the breakfast acceptable. Overall, an excellent value considering the very reasonable price. We will be in the area throughout the year to attend events at my son's college in Belton […] and will definitely stay at the Sleep Inn again. Mehr

We arrived in the wee hours of the morning. The attendant was alert, very pleasant & courteous, and he provided great customer service. Breakfast was good; waffles, eggs, sauage, pancakes, oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee, etc. Our room was very clean, the bathroom was very large and sanitary. I have already made plans to come back next year (annual church […] conference). Some of our friends stayed at the Hilton Garden Hotel and they had to pay for breakfast and had some service issues. We chose the Sleep Inn based of of the reviews. We were told to avoid the Shilo Inn as well (one of our pastors had to take out their own trash and didnt have any A/C in their room). The bed was firmer than what I am used to, but not so firm that I lost any sleep. Mehr

Desk clerk friendly, and informed about surrounding area. Rooms very nice and clean...even had breakfast there. Above all room was affordable. In these times that was appreciated... Thank you so much for the experience...will difinitely be back!!!

I was able to get a special winter rate which was appropriate for the accomodations. The room and hotel was fine. I had a non smoking room and it did not smell of smoke, although the hallway did. The best part was the front desk clerk, who I think was named Dennis(?). He put me on the third floor at the end because he had some girl's sport team taking […] up most of the second floor and they were very noisy. I was there on business, so I appreciated the quieter room. In the morning, he was there again and, when the printer wouldn't work for me to print a boarding pass, he went out of his way to help me get it printed on one of his computers at the desk. He was genuinely interested in making my stay comfortable. The hotel has quite a bit of military staying there. I find they are always very polite and respectful and it was nice to have these heroes around. Mehr

For the price, this place was very nice. I've stayed in many of the Hotels in the area and this one, while not the best, exceeded expectations. The staff was freindly and helpful, my room was clean, and the location is close to everything. I'll go back.

I found a jacket that did not belong to me in my room. Housekeeping is apparently not the best available in town and if it is I would hate to see the other hotels.

Room was slightly crowded with the furniture. refrigrator did not cool. A/C set to 70 but room temperature did not feel like 70. Still for a place to lay my head down, it was a nice room and I did not worry about the area. I would recommend it for a short stay
