A little shabby and shopworn, and filled with polyester bedspreads. However - clean and well equipped room, really nice and helpful staff and a great bargain.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. Bathroom was spotless. No dust anywhere. Heat worked well and the appliances were in excellent working condition. The was a great selection of breakfast items for even a picky eater. The staff was gracious and kind. Check in and check out was smooth and there was plenty of parking. An excellent stay!

My first time staying at this place, I was pleasently surprised! Room was clean and much better than I expected. bathroom was clean and as expected. Breakfast (cereal, bagles, donut) was reasonable. Again, for this low rate a night, this was "excellent".

This was a work related visit. I was satisfied with the service, felt safe and cleanliness of the room was fine. I will continue to go back to this hotel.

nice room, not too big but had microwave and refrigerator along with coffee maker. Very clean and reasonably priced.

The staff was very accommodating. We were allowed to check in earlier than the posted hour. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than the usual offered at other hotels. There were fresh waffles, two cereals, bagels, english muffins, and two juices. I would definitely book here again if I was in the area.

Not an overall great experience. Window air-conditioners, crack in the bath tub, work being done at hotel. Not worth the money we should have picked someplace else

Horrible experience. The room we were in on the first night was riddled with problems including the door not working, the batteries for the remote were nearly dead so it wasn't working, one side of the outlet wasn't working near the bed, the refrigerator was making a horrible noise and a spotlight was shining directly in the window. I asked if we could […] be moved for our next nights stay. They moved us to the room next door. TV remote was dead, still had the spotlight shining in the window and worst of all they had cleaned the carpet that day, it was still wet and the chemical smell was nauseating. We were given a smoking room when we were promised a non smoking room. Cigarette burns in the bed spread on the furniture and the bathtub. Room had an odor. Smoke detector went off four separate times for no reason. Overall a horrible experience. Never again!

Got in after 2am, so really was just there to sleep. Hotel and room generally seemed clean. My only real complaint was the pillows and bedding. The pillows were awful, hard to describe and the sheets barely fit over the bed, so they had come up during the night and the blanket was an old wool one. The hotel was close to where i had to go, but the refrigerator and micrwave were dirty. I had asked to be moved to a non-smoking room, but that did not happen. At least I was given a clean microwave and refrigerator upon request. The manager and his staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent lodging for what we expected. Would return any time. Continental breakfast could have had better cereal choice.

Just as advertised. Polite staff - clean room - nothing fancy. Breakfast is adequate but again not fancy.

I have stayed in this hotel several times 1st and 4th floors are in good condition. my last stay was on the 3rd floor which is in need of a renovation.

It was nice for the night we were there, it was worth the money but our room was so what hot after a while something was wrong with the air conditioner, but overall we liked it.

This was a really great location. In the middle of a nice residential area. There were many great shopping and eating facilities within five minutes drive, including a great outlet mall with shuttle service available from the hotel. You could walk to a nice strip mall (about a block) that had a great bakery, nice Chinese and Italian resterants. The […] hotel is older but well maintained and the staff was great. Hôtel bien placé...près de tout et des sorties de la 222. Petits déjeuner très bien. Les étages fumeurs et oui ca existe toujours sente vraiment beaucoup mais uniquement dans les corridors. Les chambres ne semblent pas être affectées par la senteur. Nous prévoyons y retourner.
