Also, im Internet sieht das Ganze ja immer sehr schön aus und man muss dann doch immer sehr schmunzeln, wenn man dann die Realität sieht. Der Pool war sehr klein, das Zimmer ebenso. Die Intensität des Wassers in der Dusche konnte man nur auf warm oder kalt einstellen, aber nicht, wie viel Wasser man haben wollte. Ausserdem war das Klo zwei Mal verstopft. Das […] Frühstücksbüffet ist reichlich, aber man muss darauf achten, das kontinentale Büffet (was nicht auf der Karte steht....) zu ordern, sonst ist man schon zum Frühstück zu zweit USD 50 los. Sehr freundliche und angenehme Hotelatmosphäre, großzügige, saubere Zimmer. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im historischen Stadtzentrum, mit dem Taxi ist man in gut 10 Minuten am Flughafen und wer mit dem Kreuzffahrtschiff ab Boston startet kann zu Fuß zum Black Falcon Quai laufen. Alles in allem rundum positiv!

Das Hotel war wirklich super. Wir hatten ein Eckzimmer mit einer fantastischen Sicht und auch das Essen im Hotel ist ausgezeichnet. Um in die Stadt zu kommen, kann man die Metro nehmen, oder zu Fuss (ca. 10 Minuten) einen kleinen Spaziergang machen. Definitiv eine Empfehlung wert.

We stayed at the Westin on a Friday night in April. We booked this hotel because I found it at a reasonable price ($250), compared to other nice hotels in Boston. We were in town for 1 night to attend a concert in Cambridge. While we knew it would be a trip via T or cab to Cambridge, we weren't aware that there isn't a ton to do in the immediate area. […] Our room was fine, nice view of the ocean from the top floor. There was a conference in the hotel, so it was quite busy. The hot tub was out of order, which was a bummer. The hotel lobby was very nice. I would say this is more of a business-trip hotel, rather than a vacation/getaway hotel. We normally stay at the Radisson in the Theatre district, which is a better location for dining options and entertainment activities. Mehr

This hotel is a business hotel with a capital B. If that is what you're looking for, this will do the trick. It is near the convention center, and the staff is efficient, the rooms are standard, sterile fare, but clean. However, everything costs extra in this hotel. There is no complimentary breakfast, no complimentary internet, and no complimentary […] parking (which is to be expected since it's in Boston though). If you need to use the business center, you will need to pay. We didn't really like that because we just wanted to surf the Internet for sightseeing. Mehr

Front desk and staff at the entry t the hotel were fantastic - very helpful, personable and showing excellent manners! Cleaning staff needs improvement: i.e. I left a note requesting extra towels (my wife and I were staying for a getaway) and when we came back, there was only 1 towel in the bathroom. I went to the desk and they were very very helpful, […] even apologetic, but still, come on! 1 towel? for 2 people? thats my only complaint - other than that we will be back next year! Mehr

Wasn't able to use the pool/hot tub during my 3 day stay due to it being closed because it was not clean. Also, the harbor view is completely not worth the extra money. There are buildings and construction that obstructs the view.

I was a little disappointed with the fact that the mini bar was not stocked and there were not any bathrobes like the description said. Other than that it was a great stay

Nice place, pricy but the toilet overflowed, and others who were staying with me also said their toilet overflowed. had to call down for service and when asked about why the toilets were overflowing in each room, the maintenance guy said , "it's been that way ever since I worked here". The stood there waiting for a tip... I asked if I should be concerned […] with it and he stated, "no, once we fix it, it won;t overflow again during your stay". I said why wasn't it fixed first instead of waiting for someone to pay for the room, he stood there. I now, wonder f they let it go just to get a service guy there, every time someone new rents a room, for the tip............. Mehr

Great place. Lobby area was spacious with a nice bar and seating area. Parking at hotel was convenient and a cab to China Town was only $7. Room view was ok, got the king with a city view and were only on the sixth floor. We didn't ask to move though cuz we weren't in the room that much! Would stay here again, especially if I wanted to go to the new […] Seaport area that has a ton of good restaurants and bars. Would be a great place if you were going to a concert at Bank of America Pavillion as well. Mehr

My fiance and I stayed at the Westin for a friends wedding. The hotel itself was really nice and clean and I would definitely stay again. My only complaint was that the drink prices City Bar were a little outrageous ($11 for a glass of wine?) and the bartender was stiffing us on the alcohol on our mixed drinks. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

nice hotel. Great staff except for one employee!

If I were to suggest your hotel, since I work in boston I would warn the people the the hotel is nice but the help at the front desk and starbucks was awful....

I found NOT one employee to be friendly! There was a lot of prima Donnas for employees that are more concerned about looking good than being good customer service employees. Also, every time (4 times) I went to the so called concierge desk there was NO ONE to be found. I had to hunt around for the concierge myself because the employees at the front […] desk simply would say "she should be there"... Okaaayyy.... I would never stay there again! Mehr

very small room for price amenities lacking for price

You can take a taxi to most everywhere downtown. All taxi cabs were very nice. It might seem expensive but parking at the hotel is expensive.

great location , good rooms , modern , slick, clean , : nothing outrageous but for the Hotels.com price in a major city it was great value. The Irish Pub attached was great : good beer and food..

A beautiful hotel with great rooms, service and some ambience. A little out of the action in South Boston but still walking distance to most of the of Boston's attractions

This hotel is perfect for doing business at the Boston Design Center. The building is clean, modern and relatively new. The rooms are large and comfortable with a decent gym and indoor pool. We recently stayed at the Boston Westin Waterfront over Labor Day weekend. The hotel is new and was very clean and well appointed. when we asked the front desk to move us from 5th floor (view of convention center only) to a higher floor, they accommodated us immediately to the 11th floor The rooms were stylish and the beds were divine. This hotel is just that, a hotel, nothing spectacular in the room but the bed & bedding were really comfortable. Flat screen larger TV was nice. Bathroom was a little more elegant However the price was pretty steep if going directly through the hotel websight. Hotels.com offered a much better price. Great hotel great staff couldn't have been a better stay

Excellent, clean, friendly hotel. Rooms were large. Beds exceptionally comfortable. One very slight problem it is a bit out of the centre but still walkable. The 'T' (subway) is 300m away. Up and coming area that will get better and better.

I just wanted to tell you that Stephen was remarkable. We had a problem with our reservation and he went above and beyond to help us out. Every Hotel should be so fortunate to have such a great Manager on staff.

This hotel is in an "up and coming" area of Boston that we usually do not stay in, but are very glad that we did. The hotel itself is beautiful. There are restaurants, a Starbucks, a bar, and easy access to the Waterfront area. The beds and bedding are AMAZING. Very comfortable, very clean, wonderful city and waterfront views. The staff was very friendly, […] allowed us to check in early without a problem. The showers in this hotel are even something to speak of, they are wonderful. The Westin Boston Waterfront is all that you expect in a Starwood property. Staff was very welcoming across the board; from registration, to concierge, to restaurant servers. Convenient and clean.

We stayed at the Westin to be closer to friends who live in So. Boston. It was perfect from start to finish and the staff and facility could not have been nicer. We can recommend it to anyone.

This hotel treated us liek we were in a 5 star hotel. Excellent price and good location. We checked in early without any questions. I would stay here again for sure!
