Der Transfer vom Flughafen ist unkompliziert und günstig mit dem Bus direkt vor die Tür. Der Service und Ausstattung des Hotels sind super. Direkt vor der Tür ist ein Underground-Shopping-Center, die Anbindung zur Metro ist sehr gut. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können einfach erreicht werden. Zu empfehlen sind die traditionellen Märkte downtown.

This hotel is in the middle of downtown Seoul, great location to explore Seoul. Subway stations just about 200m away from the hotel. Rooms are not that big but ok, staff at the hotel is friendly and their english skills giot much better over the years. This was my 2nd time at this hotel, and I would stay here again.

Location is great for tourists for the price as all other hotels cost more in that area. There is about a $10 fee for lost room keys. I didn't like that but they didn't charge me for the lost key or they just forgot, or it could've been hidden in my charges and I didn't notice. We booked online and upgraded our room with a fee. We got the traditional […] Korean style room with no beds, just padding and blanket. Padding was not soft enough for me so I requested more padding but they wanted to charge me. I stayed 3 nights in the hotel, and I really enjoyed my stay there. It is situated strategically in myeongdong, just next to the street market and opposite lotte shopping complex. Great for shoppers! The seoul subway station is also within few mins walk from the hotel. The hotel is located in the centre of Seoul and close to a lot of attractions. Reception on the 19th floor is somewhat unusual. One little quirk that stems from that is that you have to be quick with your card in the elevator if you want the 18th or 17th floor. We didn't use the hotel's restaurant as there were lots of eating options across the street […] at the Lotte food court and other eateries within a 5 minute walk. Was at Ibis recently during the winter. I must say the best thing about the hotel is its location and its seamless transfer from Incheon Airport by coach. The waiting time for the coach transfer was short and the bus was reasonably comfortable. The room was pretty small and poorly ventilated, I was not even sure the air con or heater was working? satisfied my only complaint is they clean the room so late...sometimes 4 p.m....and so many times they dont really clean they just do the bed ...i need to complain and take out the linen to make sure it will be changed.

For a start we couldn't really locate the hotel as the main entrance wasn't exactly along the main road. We were really glad we were given a room of high storey. The hotel is a welcome comfort in the heart of the Seoul. the staff was attentive and responsive to all requests ,,, the room was clean... internet fast, the bath was clean and had unexpected comfort from the bidet unit in the toilet seat ... the hot tub was very pleasant experience too.

Location is the best thing of this hotel. You can shop till your drop when stay in this area. You can find food everywhere near this place and very reasonable price. And also very near to go to other attraction places. I am satisfied stay in this hotel but the only thing i found that the concierge was not really helpful.

Pretty budgeted hotel, room is very small just like a cabin kind. Location is perfect, next to Myeong Deong market and opposite Lotte Department Stores. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will continue to stay in the same hotel for my next visits :)

Can't beat the convenience of its location - right in heart of Myeongdong, 5-min walk from subway & airport limousine bus stops right in front of th hotel. Plenty of eateries & restaurants to suit all budgets. Major dept stores (Lotte chain) are just a stone throw away.

As described. One short block to MeyonDong. Super for shopping and loads of restuarants. Bathroom tends to be smaller like in a cruise cabin but hey, you are not spending hours in it anyway. Comfortable shower and bed. They offer free shuttle to the Gyeongbokgung Palace & cultural museum but make sure you reserve it because it's only a nine seater van. […] Staffs are very polite, helpful and no problem in speaking English. I stayed there for four nights in mid November. Location is great. Only issue I had was being given a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room on the first night. I had specifically requested this on my booking and when I got to the front desk. They apologised but I found it unacceptable. Apart from this I was happy with the rest of my stay.

The hotel was in a great location- close to the subway,shopping areas, and for sightseeing. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Our stay included the buffet breakfast which was very good. The airport bus #6015 stops directly in front of the hotel which is very convenient.

The hotel has an excellent location in bustling Myeongdong and is close to the subway station (Euljiro-1-ga). Airport shuttle busstop is at the doorstep. Rooms were basic but clean. Shower was small and bed was not too comfortable. TV had a good selection of international channels. Overall a pleasant stay for a shopping trip.

We loved the location of this hotel - Myeong-dong area is the best place for eating and shopping. Just walk out of the hotel and you're right in the middle of all the action. The hotel was very basic, clean, and comfortable. They don't supply shampoo/conditioner (just soap), so pack accordingly.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Hotel is close to 2 subway stations, very convenient to get around Seoul. Overall, great experience in customer service and the room. Staff who are on the 19th floor reception were great, though one or two of the staff on the first floor reception tend to be less friendly and sometimes curt.

Hotel staff are very helpful, courteous and do all they can to assist. Most have good comprehension of English. We stayed in autumn, and found the air conditioning is set to not fall below 25C and usually at 27C, which we found too hot and uncomfortable, consistently perspiring in the room! Stifling would describe the room atmosphere! They eventually, […] after many requests, opened a window a little at the top, so we at least had some fresh air to circulate, while we switched off the air conditioning so we didn't continue to barbeque! The elevators are very slow to respond to the call buttons, they need a coffee shop on each floor, so you can have a cup of coffee while you wait for the elevator to arrive. Even in off-peak periods, it takes several minutes (probably more like 5+ minutes) for the lift to arrive on guest floors. Restaurant is very average, but lots of good local restaurants nearby. Great location, close to all transport, which is this hotels greatest asset. Mehr

I have nothing but praise for this hotel. The staff is very accomodating,friendly and make you feel as though you belong there. In one case I couldn't find the flower shop nearby and one of the staff personally took me to it and that was several blocks away from the hotel. I ate most of my meals at the restaurant and the staff there were again extremely […] friendly to me and I of course to them as well. The room is very basic and non-smoking room still smells of stale smoke. Carpets need to be cleaned. There is no room service available. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great. You have to pay to watch a movie. I thought this hotel was very basic for the amount charged. The staff are friendly and helpful, nice neighbourhood.
