The room was big and the beds were nice. The pool was not heated and the breakfast area was small. The staff was good. I would come back.

There was renovation going on well we were at this Hampton, but to save us from any inconvience, the manager upgraded us to a suite. The room was amazing. We felt unbelievably special. Thank you so very much.

We stayed here twice, flying in and out of San Antonio. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and very friendly. There were 5 of us staying in the room and we had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and clean, as was the pull out sofa. The free breakfast was great, there was a wide variety of items to choose from, including fresh […] fruit and real oatmeal (not the stuff in a package). Even the coffee was good! There is a restaurant within walking distance of the hotel which was great at dinner time. This hotel is very close to the highway and airport, but we never heard any sound from the planes taking off or traffic on the highway. This was a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again! Mehr

Good location, easy to get to, clean, good breakfast, liked the walk-in shower. Bed was most comfortable.

Recently stayed in this hotel - now I am a bit of a freak when it comes to cleaness (I travel with a can of Lysol) I walked in and did not feel the need to spray everything down - great experience!

i picked hampton inn because of past stays but have found out that some are much better than others. this was a nice one but not the best hampton inn that we stayed also not the worse one either, close to the airport, very friendly staff.

Great hotel with nice pool and hot tub. Stayed in a queen suite that was plenty big for out family. I would reccomend it to anyone with kids.

Our ten-day stay at the San Antonio Hampton Inn (Airport Location) was very positive, exactly as we expected after our many overnights with this hotel chain and the excellent reviews on TripAdvisor. The staff was 100% welcoming, professional, friendly, and dedicated to making our time there a pleasant one. Letty at the Reception was quick to find us […] a room more suitable than the first one we’d reserved, and when we left or entered the hotel, we always received a warm smile and greeting. The 24 hour tea/coffee bar was appreciated, and not only daily cookies were provided, but Halloween was celebrated with decorations, as well as cookies, cupcakes, and candy. The hotel seems well-maintained and tidy, and the rooms are in good order, too. The daily breakfast is typical: daily warm dish/eggs, cereals, juices/tea/coffee, pastries and bread items to toast, waffle maker, etc, but after a few days, we found ourselves going out to cafes or diners for a change of scene and some variety. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn for their service, the level of professionalism, good condition of the facilities, and there is plenty of free parking. I stayed here with my boyfriend for the weekend and neither of us are old enough to rent a car and the hotel shuttle was great. It picked us up from the airport, and it would take us anywhere we wanted to go within a two mile radius of the hotel, and come pick us up when we were done. The staff was really friendly and helped us find places to eat and […] things to do. They also called a taxi for us when we wanted to go somewhere that was out of the shuttle's range. Room was confortable and the breakfast was really good

Always had hot coffee downstairs. The bed was big and comfy!

The hotel was very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. 5 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the Riverwalk. Perfect spot. I will definitely stay there again.

Got a really good rate,so we decided to try this hotel.My family and I really were impressed with this hotel. It was very clean and neat,including our room and everywhere else in the hotel.The room was very clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable/ The pool was very nice and we loved that they had free breakfast included. Located just a few […] blocks from the airport and can get downtown or anywhere else around San Antonio fairly quickly because its all highway to get anywhere. Would definately stay here again! Mehr

Hampton Inn saved my bacon! I got in late and discovered my hotel reservation (at another hotel) was invalid. Meanwhile, there were no hotel rooms anywhere in San Antonio due to spring break. I got a room at the Hampton for the next night, but meanwhile it was midnight, and I was homeless. The Hampton San Antonio was full too, but the staff recognized […] my plight, and let my son and I sleep on cots in a meeting room. Very nice of them, and I am very thankful that they went the extra mile for a customer who was in a bad position. Mehr

The location is perfect for airport access. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical Hampton breakfast buffet--which is always very good! I will definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Quiet, comfortable beds, very clean room. Great breakfast. The perfect getaway for the husband and I. We really enjoyed the stay.

I thought we will have microwave and refrigerator if we requested, but I felt they try to go around.... Beside this everything is fine.

Hotel room was very clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel again, and we would highly recomend this hotel to others. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, and location to riverwalk is only about 15 min. away.

The Hampton Inn Airport hotel in San Antonio offers a great location to many great shopping areas and easy access to main highways of the city. The Staff there exceeds expectations and I highly recommend it over any of the other hotels in the Airport area.

Hotel was very attractive both inside and out-neat and well kept. Room was a studio king, which was very roomy, bedding incredibly comfortable. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Roomas are very large. Mostly clean, there was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door from a previous person and I found a small ziploc on the floor near the bed. Nice to have the fridge and microwave. Would prefer to have glasses and cups instead of plastic cups and foam coffe cups. They did not replace the plastic cups that we used up the […] first night even though we were there for 5 nights, Bed was OK. Mehr

This hotel was great for me and my family. We have two kids 2 and 4. The room was nice. Super quiet and clean. Although it says by airport never once heard or saw a plane. Breakfast was good and the lady, Jessica stocking all the food was great and nothing was ever gone. We stay for 3 nights over Memorial day weekend. My family and I stayed for 3 nights and I have to say that it was very nice. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing we did not like is that the swimming pool was very cold. I have a little girl and she was very excited to go swimming until we tested the water. Very Cold.

While this hotel was satisfactory, I would qualify giving it five stars because the breakfast was terrible. Not only was everything served with styrofoam and plastic, but the food itself lacked flavor, as though it too was plastic. Surely they could make a better profit by investing in real dishes and silverware and offering fewer choices of real  […] food. Mehr
