Hotel was very nice, clean, and cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't know it when we booked the hotel but there's a really nice theater next door. Our first night we walked next door and watched a movie. Breakfast was good also, loved the biscuits and gravy. I will definitely stay here again when in the area and will check for this hotel […] chain when I stay somewhere else. Mehr

The staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Kids really enjoyed pool and breakfast and free DVD rentals. Also, the pizza at the nearby Mellow Mushroom (next parking lot over) is terrific. Great place to stay not too far Newport Aquarium.

Hotel indoor pool and hot tub was awesome - very nice and warm. Staff was very friendly and room was clean and comfortable and had a great bed. Enjoyed our four day stay.

I always stay at Country Inn and Suites whenever possible. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Stayed 3 nights and we were very pleased with the hotel. Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean and quiet. Hotel breakfast was very nice. Make sure you make your own waffle, easy and delicious. Cookies were in the lobby as stated :-). Little disappointed the pool was indoors but I am sure if it were winter I would not have complained. With the noisy […] air-conditioner in the corner by the lounge chairs and the strong smell of chlorine we decided to try the patio outdoors. :( No lounge chairs and same noisy air-conditioner. Retreated to room. lol Some restaurants in walking distance along with movie theater. Just a short drive and you are in the city of Newport, Kentucky, a must visit. Reminded me of the inner harbor in Baltimore, MD. Didn't visit the aquarium though, but we heard it was nice. Many restaurants (Dixie Chili :)) and great atmosphere overlooking Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati. Recommend walking over purple people bridge to Cincinnati to have pork BBQ at the Montgomery Inn. Would stay at this hotel again. Great Price too. Mehr

This hotel was great! It had a small town homey feel , maybe because it was small. We enjoyed the cookies & apples at the front desk. We had a group of 12 ages 39-85 & we all had a great time. The breakfast was very good--large for continental. There was a bar across the street & liquor store down the road for added enticement. Though my room was technically non-smoking, it had been a smoking room in the past. An air purifier (which was extremely loud) on top of the microwave did basically nothing to mask the smell of old smoke. The room and breakfast were adequate, but I probably would not stay here again if I had a choice.

The hotel was more than expected. The dining room could have been larger and they could have had more than one person working during breakfast.

I chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool and the reviews were good for it and I was not disappointed. The pool was great for the kids and the hotel was very close to the zoo and the aquarium. The restaurants in the area were very good and only a couple of miles away from the hotel.

We were here to see a Reds/Yankees game and everything was great! The lady at the front desk was extremely nice. Our 1st game was rained out and she suggested some places close by that we could visit and gave us ideas where we could eat. We came back later and went to the pool which was very clean! Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. We definitely […] would recommend this place to others and would stay again if we plan to be in this area again. I would suggest going down to the free breakfast area early, the facility was sold out and everyone was taking advantage of the free service so some of the food ran out fast. The lady that was preparing the food was doing the best she could as fast as she could. It was just a hungry crowd that morning! Mehr

We were staying at this hotel for a concert at riverbend. They were very accomidating and tolerant of all of the concert goers. They also made sure we had a list of cabs to and from the concert. Very nice staff and clean rooms. Would book here again.

In kentucky, but easy to get to Cincinnati, very helpful staff, fruit and cookies are nice in the lobby, restaurants nearby are decent.

This was the cleanest motel I've stayed at in the past couple of years. We were very please with everything, and highly recommend this location to others.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The only problem that we had was that some guests were smoking in some rooms on our floor and this is supposed to be a totally smoke-free facility. The free breakfast selections could be much improved.

Got the room for a stay over after the Reds game. It was an easy 10 minute drive. Theres a bar across the strret a movie theatre next door. Loved the shower. Hot and good pressure. The cookies were nice and the young man at the reception desk very nice and hospititable.

We got to Cincinnati thinking we could find a hotel near the aquarium easily but not so...found this one on line and it was a little out of the way but definitely worth it!!! The staff was extremely fiendly, helpful, and informative about the surrounding attractions and restaurants. The room and facility was comfortable and really clean. We needed a place to stay that was close to our friends in Wilder. This hotel really exceeded our expectations. The extra little touches were nice such as the free cookies at the front desk, the lending library and free DVD rental. Tha cable was better than average with extra HBO channels, although they were having trouble with Discovery while we were […] there. Internet worked well, although a little slow. Hotel was VERY family friendly; front desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Continental breakfast was great and had many choices. Will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

Two-night stay with my son while in town for a Reds baseball game and some leisure time. Had a very nice stay. Staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub were nice. OK, but....all mushy pillows.

We enjoyed our stay at the Country Inn. The hotel was very clean, we had fun in the indoor pool and hot tub and the breakfast was great!

I thought the hotel was in great shape. I thought that a smoking room was a thing of the past though. I had 3 rooms and 2 of them were smoking (which I thought was a error on the website) they reall do smell BAD! If those rooms could be eliminated the hotel would be a total winner! Thank you

First night the pool was close for service. This was a big downer since I have a family of four wanting to get in the pool. The room were just okay, our first floor room had water bugs all on bathroom floor and around window.(yuck-o) McDonalds is down the street, Dairy Queen is right in front of the hotel. We didn't see any cookies at the front desk. […] We didn't have a refrig. in our room. you have to make sure you ask for a room with one. This place was a big disappointment! :( Mehr

The only thing I could complain about were the pillows. They were hard for me. The room and hotel in general was very clean. The people on all levels were friendly and especially the lady that ran the breakfast room. All in all it was a very nice stay and I would certainly reccomend to others.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. Rooms clean and bright. Cookies and Apples in the lobby. Chairs on the front porch. Decent breakfast. The staff even had preprinted directions for local attractions and restuarants. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was helpful, I enjoyed the DVD player in the room and the free movies. There is a Theater next door as well. Convenient to downtown Cincinnati.

Front desk (Erika?) helped us with our GPS getting to the hotel. She provided us with all we needed (extra pillows and a movie) and also gave us plenty of restaurant options. She was wonderful!

I have stayed in the rooms and suites here. Very nice comfortable stay.

Hotel has excellent location, lots of resturants close by and movie theatre next door.
