Sehr schoenes Hotel mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf den Golf von Neapel. Sehr zuvorkommendem Personal. Es war bei unserem aufenthalt sehr heiss, weshalb wir die Klmaanlage besondes geschaetzt haben. Der hoteleigene Shuttle transport bringt einen in 5 Minuten zum Zentrum von Capri. Wir haben den kuzen Aufenthalt genossen.

This is the best place to stay on Capri island.

We needed an affordable option on Capri for our one week stay in October. The Excelsior Parco was definitely a good value. Although the location is slightly inconvenient to Capri town, shuttle service is provided. We usually had Andrea drive us up the hill and then we would return downhill on foot. The staff at the hotel is superb as is the breakfast […] buffet which includes omelettes. Carlo is especially friendly and service oriented. We experienced two types of rooms - one with a view of the Marina and a balcony, and one which had an unusual floorplan with two small beds downstairs and a large bed and bath upstairs. We had booked the most inexpensive choice which was the two-story selection, an OK room, but with low ceilings upstairs and limited light. The reception manager Viviana was very generous to switch us to the larger room with balcony for a few days of our stay. We have the most beautiful photo and precious memories of several evenings on the roof terrace sipping wine and watching the moon rise over the Marina. Unbelievably picturesque and beautiful !!!! Beautiful traditional hotel, wonderful customer service. Our room was upgraded to ocean view with private terrace. The hotel provides a very nice driver for drop off and pick up around the island. Front desk staff provided excellent recommendations for dinner. Overall, a wonderful visit.

We were received by the driver from the hotel at the Marina Grande -Mr. Andres - who was the best of the day given to his kindness, helpful tips, and amability. Then, we arrived at the hotel (2 minutes from the Marina Grande), and were received by the Director and got a welcoming drink. Afterwards, we went to the room, which had a good size and was […] comfortable -with a small view to the ocean -. You have the shuttle service from the hotel to different parts of the isle and to the Marina, from 9am to 9pm, which is very convenient to do stuff over there. Next day, the breakfast was very nice, with lots of options and a yummy cappucino. But as said before, the best part of it was the driver. THANKS ANDRES for everything ! I like the hotel a lot. Good condition, great ocean view, friendly staff. But the location is not convenient, most hotels in Capri are not convenient anyway. They do offer shuttle service up to 9 pm. The problem was that the restaurants did not open until 7:30 pm and their service was slow. I was afraid that I couldn't finish my dinner in the town center […] before 9 pm to get back to hotel by shuttle. So my wife and I decided to eat in the hotel. Unfortunately, the food was terrible, which is the only negative about the hotel. Mehr

This boutique hotel gave us individual and customized service to meet our needs. Recommended Restaurants and Private Boat Tour (a definite must). Welcoming drink where they understood what we wanted to do while in Capri and then helped us with suggestions. Private car at our disposal with just a phone call. Great breakfast with fresh cooked omelette. […] Large rooms with great view and location with easy access to ports and city(by car). Mehr

Postives: Spacious room, great breakfasts (superb omelettes) served outdoors, helpful staff including excellent shuttle driver, free internet. Superb views from roof top area. Negatives: plumbing a bit suspect - shower took for ever to drain and toilet a bit smelly; jacuzzi could have been cleaner. Overall though our stay was a very pleasant one.

This hotel has the shuttle car service between the hotel and Marina Grande or Capri Town until 9pm, so its location is not a big problem. The staffs were so kind that they let us know everything we needed. For example, they kindly recommended us some sightseeing spots and some restaurants in the island, arranged a ticket of boat tour at the same rate […] of ticket office, and on the day of our leaving they checked the ferry's schedule by calling the ferry company and took us to the ticket office and the boarding place. The welcome drink was very nice on the roof terrace under the sunshine and breakfast was also very nice. As for internet, we could connect it freely in the room with our PC. If you do not bring PC, you can search some information with the hotel's PC near reception. Mehr

We enjoyed every moment of our short break at Hotel Excelsior Parco. The staff were exceptional in all respects. The car service to and from Capri town was very useful and our room was delightful. We would definately recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Capri!

The hotel was amazing from the moment we stepped through the door! The staff couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome, more so than anywhere else we have ever stayed. Roof top terrace is a lovely feature. Only slight criticism is that the wifi was a little temperamental but that being very picky! Looking forward to going back already!

Everything about this hotel was perfect. It is a small intimate hotel with beautiful appointments; Italian tile floors, hand painted art on walls,wonderful balconies and serene garden. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in April 2011. The staff was fabulous, very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful, they offered a shuttle between Marina Grande and Capri Town that we found to be a nice surprise! Great location on the main road between The Port and Capri Town. I cannot say enough about Hotel Excelsior Parco. This was my best hotel experience ever! The staff was wonderful and pleasant and oh so accommodating. Andres was like our personal driver and he quickly became a friend and advisor. I felt like a Roman Princess in the our room. Spend a little extra $$ for a sea view room, you won't be disappointed. Wonderful facility, especially for Italy where rooms are typically small. Large bathroom. Private balcony with table/chairs and lounge chairs with view of the ocean - where they will serve your breakfast upon request at no additional charge - very romantic! There is a very good selection for breakfast, including fresh made omelets and great cappuccino. […] Very helpful and friendly staff. Free shuttle from 9am to 9pm to/from Capri town center and port. Only downside is that there's nothing really in walking distance - but the big plus for Capri is that the shuttle takes you directly to the hotel. Many of the hotels require you to drag your luggage from the main square to the hotel since there is no vehicle traffic (that's after you take a taxi, bus or the cable car to the town square) - not a short walk! - so this service was very convenient as they picked us up at the port. Regular inexpensive bus service available when the shuttle is not running. Outstanding restaurant recommendations - in the off season, it is hard to find open restaurants at the hour we checked in (10pm) and the hotel called ahead, made a reservation for us, gave us a map with explicit instructions on how to find the restaurant (walking streets only) and Carlos even drove us to the town even though it was after the shuttle hours since we were late getting to Capri because of difficulty with the ferry (the sea was rough so only the large slow ferries were running, and only when deemed 'safe' enough to run - quite the ride and a wait). Friendly and clean. The car service was convenient. Best breakfast we had all trip. Great service. Free internet with a computer in the lobby. Rooms are standard but clean and stocked with shampoo, slippers, etc. No complaints! I would recommend this hotel!

Although we arrived late, we were welcomed warmly by our concierge, Valero. He gave us a great dinner recommendation at a local spot, Edivino, and even drove us into town after the shuttle service had finished. The Excelsior Parco conveyed all the detailed beauty and luxury of Capri, matched with attentive hospitality. Breakfast on the roomside terrace […] is a must. Mehr

We had a ground floor level room, which is what we expected they give the hotels.com patrons (there are nicer rooms with balconies), but the staff was amazingly friendly (drivers and front desk). We received welcome juice in the morning and a space to freshen up before heading out when our rooms were not ready before 11am (check-in is after 3pm). Location […] was not central, but quieter and with the driver there were no problems getting into town. Room was very clean and cleaned more than once daily. Breakfast was delicious (boiled eggs, donuts, fresh fruit, yogurts, juices and more), the best on our 10-day trip. The room needed more than 1 mirror for our group of 3 women but that was the only complaint we had. The staff at Excelsior Parco seems to really care about the people who stay there and are willing to help with dining ideas, sights and reservations. We felt most relaxed during our time in Capri, partially because of the island's beauty and the other part thanks to the people and Excelsior Parco. Mehr

We felt welcome from the moment we stepped foot into the lobby. We were greeted like personal guests rather than hotel travelers. Our room had a great view of the marina, we couldn't have asked for better! There is a car service that takes you wherever you need to go and is so convenient! We were greeted warmly from the second we walked in to the second we left. There is a car service to pick you up from the Marina when you arrive and will take you anywhere you want to go on the island to avoid taxis and buses (from 9am-9pm.) Breakfast on the terrace was a little lacking but still good - cake, croissants, rolls, fruit, no hot items. […] Our room had a great view of the Marina and we felt like we were really guests of the Parco family rather than guests at a hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!! Mehr

The hotel and staff were outstanding. The general manager, Paulo was informative and personable. We felt we made a lifelong friend by the end of our stay. His staff made our experience very memorable. The rooms were spotless and the view from the terrace was gorgeous! The attention to detail in the decorating of the hotel is priceless. They offer a […] car service everyday until 9 pm with no wait! The continental breakfast every morning featured homemade cakes and other goodies. We will be staying here again on our next visit. スタッフの方々は一生懸命で、サービスは良いのですが、ホテルの洗練されたものではなく、どちらかというと日本の民宿のそれに近いです。高級リゾート地のカプリにおいては、異質と言えるかもしれません。 ホテルそのものに不満はなく、CPとしては良いと思います。 しかし立地の中途半端さは否定できません。街や港までは送迎してくれるのですが、車が一台なのでどうしても１０分、２０分待つことになります。いかにも日本人的な発想ではありますが、何度も出かけたりするのは申し訳なくなってきます。 １週間くらい滞在するのなら良いかもしれませんが、１泊２泊の時間に余裕のない旅であれば、カプリやアナカプリの徒歩圏内のほうがいいでしょう。

Ficamos no Excelsior Parco por uma noite. A vista é simplesmente maravilhosa! Tomar café-da-manhã com vista para o mar é simplesmente fantástico. A equipe do hotel foi muito atenciosa, dando informações e recomendações sobre o que fazer e quando fazer. Quarto muito confortável e local silencioso. O hotel dispõe de transporte, então quando chegar na […] Marina Grande, ligue para o Hotel para que venham te buscar, caso contrário o Taxi acaba saindo um pouco caro (embora o Hotel esteja bem próximo da Marina, é inviável a caminhada com as malas morro acima). A localização não é central em Capri, mas o serviço de transporte do Hotel é extremamente eficiente. Além disso, o ônibus pára praticamente em frente, caso queira voltar em algum horário alternativo. Excelsior Parco giver en super god service, det være sig shuttle service, upgrade hvis muligt, information om muligheder m.m.m. Vi holdt vores honeymoon på Capri, og følte os virkelig godt behandlet. Stor ros til personalet. Hotellet var et godt udgangspunkt for et skønt ophold på Capri, som virkelig kan anbefales for par.

We enjoyed the beautiful room, decorated with an eye for detail, the prettiest tiles in the bathroom, the private terrace and sea view. But most of all we were charmed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the entire staff - from the people serving breakfast to the driver and the manager. Thank you for a few wonderful days.

Logo que chegamos fomos muito bem recebidos, com espumante, sucos e petiscos enquanto nosso quarto era preparado. O atendimento foi ótimo, sempre muito gentil e com explicação sobre as principais atrações, bons restaurantes, etc. O hotel não está muito próximo ao centro, mas possui uma van disponível para levar e buscar os hóspedes, com motoristas muito […] gentis. Recebemos um upgrade e ficamos em um quarto amplo, com uma varanda enorme e uma linda vista para o mar. Bom café da manhã. Recomendo. Mehr
