Kyriad at Disneyland Paris - Magny-le-Hongre

Das Hotel ist bei Frühbucher eine günstige Alternative ! Nur beim Frühstück gibt es jeden Tag das selbe Angebot, keine Abwechslung. Zimmer nicht besonders groß, aber man ist ja nur zum Schlafen da. Kein deutscher Fernsehsender im Angebot ! Kommunikation mit den Angestellten max. mit englisch möglich fast nichts aber mit deutsch.

Uns hat es prima gefallen. Vor allem der kostenlose Buspendelverkehr zum Bahnhof/Disneyland ist eine tolle Sache. Das Getränke in Paris teuer sind, damit sollte man sich schon vorher anfreunden, dann ist der Schock nicht so arg. W Lan gab es auch. Die Zimmer waren sauber !

Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber, aber für 3 personen viel zu klein. Evtl. kann man das problem mit der Bettenumstellung lösen. Das Bad war sauber, aber hier und da blätterte der Putz ab. Das Frühstück empfand ich als dürftig. Nur eine Sorte Käse und das war ausgerechnet süßer emmentaler. Auch gabs nur eine Sorte Schinken. Die Rühreier waren süß, dafür war […] der Kaffee hervorragend. Ich würde das Kyriad nicht als Hotel, sondern eher als Jugendherberge bezeichnen,auf jeden Fall nicht für die drei Sterne wie es bezeichnet ist. Der Gesamteindruck ist in Ordnung, nicht toll, aber in Ordnung. Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Das Disneyland ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit okay, allerdings sehr laut, weil alle […] dieTüren zuknallen und die Nachbarn hört man extrem. Was mich sehr gestört hat,war der SCHIMMEL im dem Badezimmer und im Zimmer an der Klimaanlage!!!! Die Tische im Restaurant sind ständig klebrig und unsauber!Beim Frühstück gab es am Wochenende Stau mit langem anstehen, bevor man überhaupt eine Tisch bekommt.Buffet wurde immer fleißig nachgefüllt. Der Herr am Rezeption war sehr freundlich,konnte aber leider kein deutsch! Für uns kommt es nicht mehr in Frage. Mehr

Fine if rather lacking in character. Room was pleasant and light and most important, clean. Rather noisy due to school parties and our room was next to lift and stairs but no trouble sleeping. We had a minor fault in the room which was dealt wth the morning it was reported. Buses to Disneyland frequent.

The hotel and staff are great. Really great service just a little disappointed with the breakfast since it was the same thing everyday. The cutlery wasn't all cleaned either some still has some left over food stuck on it. The location of the hotel is great with great shuttle service to Disney which is about every 10 mins.

It was what we needed for a short vacation at Disney. Food was decent (we only had breakfast) and crowds well managed. Shuttle was flawless.

I have never stayed at a hotel which didn't have a fridge in the room. We expected to be told that two of our adult party would have to sleep on bunk beds rated at 70KG max and all of us were more than 70KG! The room was tiny. Tiles on the bathroom floor were all loose. Buffet brekfast was a bit limited in choice. Other than proximity to disney, feeling […] of open space and friendliness of staff there, I can't find anything positive to say about this hotel. It was our second time staying at the kyriad hotel for our trip to Eurodisney. The hotel is clean and staff very helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean. The restaurant was very reasonable and the food was great. The shuttle bus collects right outside the front door for the park and studios and we were also helped by staff at the hotel to get […] a great tour of Paris by tour bus. The only fault would be that because a lot of people return late at night or check in late on arrival that there is no late food available or room service. Overall excellent value for money Mehr

I recently spent 4 nights at hotel Kyriad disneyland with 3 friends. This hotel could not be faulted for location, cleanliness and comfort. The only negative for us was the queuing for breakfast outside in the cold, then another queue inside to get the food. The Kyriad was great value for money as it wasn't a main disneyland hotel but still offered free shuttle services to the park. The room was extremely clean with a good sized bathroom. The buffet breakfast was included in the price and it was great as it offered a selection of both hot and cold food. The reception staff were helpful with any questions […] we had. However it was quite noisy because of all the children but what can you expect for disneyland!! Overall a great stay at the Kyriad and we would definitely return! Mehr

Having stayed in Dream Castle and Magic Circus next to it. we took a punt and booked this hotel this time for SIX nights ;) 2x Adults and 2x Children. The main reason we prefered this hotel as it has free WiFi!! however it was disappointing. It never worked for more than 2 minutes, The signal was excellent but because of the load on their netwrok it […] was unuseable. If you are staying in this hotel because of WiFi. FORGET IT. not worth it. The location is superb for anyone visiting Disneyland Paris as there is free shuttle service that is run about every 20 minutes from Disneyland/Station to Kyriad/Magic Circus/Dream Castle/Explorer hotel. Yep you can imagine how busy the buses are. but you can complain as ever bus from any disney hotel to disney land has the same situation. The rooms are same as Magic Circus but smaller than Dream Castle. Buffet Breakfast was disappointing comparing it with other 2 hotels, there was not much choice eg no bread, no bacon, no potato wedges however it was still good enough if you like mini bangers.. The seating was very crammed and you had to find your own seats while in other hotels the waiter find you cleaned table. The TV was there but no English Channel except BBC world service with many boring analysis of political situation in far far away .. Was not entertaining for a 4 yr and 1 year old. The rest all channel are in French as you can guess. so when there any cartoon the kids would watch it anyway. The plus point was the room/toilet was cleaned everyday, clean towels and bedsheets was changed and FREE coffee/Tea/Green Tea and biscuits were provided in the tray next to Kettle. There was NO Fridge in the room and we had to throw the leftovers every next morning. . Mehr

We took the shuttle bus from Disneyland to the hotel. The driver could not tell us which stop we should alight. There was no signage and no announcement. He told us we had to look out for ourselves. It was raining that night. We had to stand close to the exit to check out the stop and jumped off the bus as the bus move off very quickly if there is no […] one alighting. The check-in was done rather pleasantly and quickly. When we tried to get dinner, we realized that there is only one "restaurant" in the hotel. The place is like a school/Ikea cafeteria. had a great time loved the hotel, staff very helpful & friendly, breakfast lovely, evening meal very enjoyable shuttle buses to eurodisney very frequent, would highly recommend , very good value for 2 adults & 2 children, will defenitely go back & stay there again

Concerning the price we payed, the quality of the hotel was very good! Only one thing: they should renew the matrass in the room. It's ok for one night, but after two nights you miss your own matrass even more.

Excellent hotel. Clean, big rooms. Big Bathrooms. Very very convenient for Disneyland. We stayed in the family room & it was lovely. Breakfast was nice. Did not find anything negative in this hotel. IT was great.

The hotel is perfect for Disney. Cheaper than the Disney hotels and only a few minutes bus ride to the park. There are bits that could be improved on but overall very happy with our stay.

The front desk staffs were not very polite & very slow. On top of that, they were not very well informed, & provided wrong information which gave us a lot of inconveniences. Didnt help that their command of english was not very good & cant provide much help. Breakfast was worse-All food was cold, there were not enough plates to go around & guest had […] to eat off tray. No thumbs up for hygiene. When u ask the service staff at the restaurant for plates or any questions, they were rude in answering or just completely ignored us. It was definately not worth my money to stay at this place. My stay was so unpleasant, I am even considering setting up a blog to make the ill-treatment I went through over there known to people in Asia and my own country. I travel almost every month & this is the first time I had such a bad experience at a hotel. Kyriad at Disneyland Paris gets top marks for lack of efficiency and lack of politeness. Mehr

As with everything Disneyland its overpriced. The lift to our room did not work for the entire duration of our stay. We had asked to take our dinner to our room and the next day the room was cleaned but they left the trays with food till we came back in the evening. They randomly changed the towels and if you dare complain you get a sheet of paper […] to write a letter to the management. We wont be back, but they dont care as they are full all times of the year with people like us who spend thousands of Euro's on this trip. Mehr

This hotel was very good apart from the breakfast which was very mediocre, also it was a real scrum if you went down about 8 when everyone was getting ready to go to the parks.

Bathroom floor tiles were loose, we could have cut are feet on them, we had to be a towel down

some of the staff on the hotel reception were not very helpful as we repeatedly had to ask if they could look on the internet for information about train services and excursions to Paris as we didn't get much response in the train station (not very friendly staff) or if there were any other places we could visit in the area, which they should have done […] when asking for information they were reluctant to do so. Good customer care and giving information is very important for fist time visitors to your hotel as we were. Mehr

The hotel was fine for our needs. Enough room for our family of four, and the shuttles to the parks were regular although crowded. The only gripe was the number of school groups staying which after a time made it feel like we were on camp.

Nice, simple, clean budget hotel. Good buffet breakfast. Very convenient for Disneyland. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for the free shuttle bus to/from Disneyland. Would stay there again if we went back to Disneyland. Flat screen tv's in the rooms and tea/coffee making equipment.

1. It is better to stay at Paris and take train to Disneyland then stay at any hotel near Disneyland. This disneyland itself is nowhere near even Hogkong Disneyland. 2. Hotel Condition: a) rude/non coopertive staff b) got room on third floor- bo lift was working c) no airconditioning d) drain in tub was npt working e) no body to help f) 100 euro taxi […] to airport g) breakfast not allowed on day 1 h) no drinking water provided in middle of jungle i) overcrowded bus for disney Stay here if you have surplus money and you are found of adventure tourism- stay like mankind lived when there was no easy access to electricity & water and people did not know civilized behaviour!!! Hotel was nice. Room with bunks for children was nice. Food at resturant was very good and bus service to EuroDisney was very convenient although packed most times we used it. Overall compared to the other much higher priced hotels this hotel is very good for families who don't want an elaborate hotel.

a budget hotel which bore no resemblance to the brochure description. It was clean and conveniantly placed but the food was truly awful. the first night meal was miserable and not a good start to the stay, we were sure not to eat there any other nights. the breakfast was ok but a bit of a free for all and be prepared for a canteen (prison style) All […] in all it was overpriced but then thats disney. OK sized room, clean with clean sheets and towels every day. Good shuttle service to Disney, etc. Shame about the queues for breakfast, even in early May, shame about the constant banging doors (they have to be banged to close them for some strange reason) and the free wi-fi in every room is a GROSS exaggeration. My signal was just strong enough to […] sign in to but not to get anywhere or even to show up on the available wi-fi list most of the time. All in all though, it was good BECAUSE it was clean and close to Disneyland, Disney village and the railway station with a shuttle from the hotel every 10 minutes (or so) from early till late. Mehr

Stayed here for Disneyland Paris for 3 nights with my family. Caught bus 54 from the train station to the Hotel. Room was not ready but we could check in and leave the luggage in a free secure locker room. Headed staight back to the Park on the bus service, which was good although sometimes very busy. Room was basic but clean and tidy with towels provided. […] Breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice. Only drawback was that our room was near the bar area which was quiite noisy in the evening. Hmmmm Good location and clean are the positives. However room size, breakfast quality leaves a ot to be desired. If you on a budget and want to be close to Disneyland its definitely an option. Buses every ten minutes to Disneyland, drive about 7 minutes. Always space on bus as its at the beginning and end of route. However if the radisson, Thomas […] Cook Explorer or Circus are cheaper I would certainly go for them. They all have pools, seem to be a little more focussed on luxury and not just a dormitory for families. But in all its cheap and cheery... Mehr

We stayed at the Kyraid for just one night after a day at Disneyland paris. The hotel, room, breakfast and service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Hotel. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Had Dinner the first night, very disappointing. The food was cold and looked as if it had been there for quite a long time! Didn't eat dinner there again! Nice room, excellent staff. The free bus to and from Disneyland and the station to Paris was brilliant. So easy to use and very frequent. Absolutely brilliant. Free shuttle to Disneyland and station, free parking, free wi-fi and breakfast was just a cherry on the top of everything else. It's located only 1.5 miles away from the huge shopping area in Val D'Europe with huge Auchen supermarket in. Everything you'd really want.

A very good value hotel located alongside a number of slightly more exclusive hotels. It's close enough to Disney for convenience (there's a shuttle bus or 5 mins by car) without the intensity or Disneyfication associated with hotels on Disney property (we previously stayed at Sequoia Lodge), Note we stayed off peak during January to miss the queues. This was a really nice place, especially for families. The staff was friendly and everyone spoke english (or tried really hard). The room was clean, a little small, but the beds were very comfy and there was a bunk bed for our 2 kids. The breakfast buffet was good. It was typical european breakfast with some cold cuts, cold eggs, baguette and croissants, […] and the best cafe au lait ever. There are no restaurants around exept for the overpriced ones at Disney Village. The hotel had a very good dinner buffet that was worth the price. Mehr

The only surprise was that there wasn't a closet where you could hang clothes. The internet worked well and it was free.

The Kyriad is one of the cheaper hotels in the vicinity of Disneyland, but provided you don't want a swimming pool or breakfast with Mickey Mouse then I cannot see why anyone would choose a more expensive one. The hotels are all on the same road, bar the actual Disney ones which are closer to the parks, but all are accessed by regular free shuttle bus […] and appear to be very similar. I feared it would be overrun with children, but the hotel was quiet even though it was high season, and breakfast is staggered so that there isn't a stampede. We did have problems with our room, the first was a ground floor room with a broken French window latch which would not close. We complained and were promptly moved to another room which had closing windows but stank of cigarette smoke, despite the hotel being supposedly non-smoking. We complained again and were presented with a bottle of air freshener spray! After an asthmatic night in the stink, we complained a third time and were finally grudgingly moved to a room which was equipped for disabled guests. This was much better although the shower was very weak indeed and there was no wall hook to hang it off. The carpet was badly stained by a leak from the bathroom. But other than that it wad very good. The air conditioning was a particularly important feature after a hot day at Disneyland. The staff were generally very nice although the receptionist who arranged for the air freshener was rude. I have never complained like this in a hotel before and was surprised to be made to feel a nuisance. But at the end of the day, we had a good stay at the Kyriad overall and would be happy to return. I would still recommend it to others as I think our experience is rare, and it is good value for money. Mehr
