I arrived about 40 minutes early and was not allowed to check in early. I came back after my 3pm check in time and the room still was not ready. I waited an additional 15 minutes and was not offered an apology or anything. I was assisted by two different staff members each time and they both were rude. The Hotel was very nice and friendly. We arrived late (around 11:00) and the lady said they were out of non-smoking rooms even though we booked weeks in advance. We were very upset but then pleasantly surprised when the smoking room had no odor and was very clean. Would have rated it 5 stars if it wasn't for this. Great location, wal-mart next door […] . The hotel was in an excellent location with plenty of shopping and restaurants! The rooms are well kept and I must say this was a very good experience with this hotel.

Room stunk like sewer

the room was very nice and updated. every thing was clean and the breakfast was good. we were there for a wedding and it was nice there was alot of shopping and restaruants very close by

This hotel was easy to get to and extremely close to various malls and shopping centers as well and convenient to many of our relatives. We will be staying here again.

I just stayed for one night, but everything was very nice... the price was fair. I enjoyed it!!

Very Clean and would recommend to friends and family

I have reviewed this hotel before and did not give them the best rating, but I had to travel to the same location for my job so I thought I'd give it a second chance. The breakfast is still needing work - everything is premade and in the refrigerator (coming from a nutritionist, I personally do not find this healthy or tasty in my opinion). The coffee […] pot in my room was broken (I think I was staying in the exact same room, so they have not replaced the one I told them was broken last time. But other than those two things, the bed was comfortable, clean room, wonderful location, and mostly quiet (can't hear the people above, below, and beside you when you're trying to sleep). Mehr

From shopping centers & restaurants, everything was conveniently located near the hotel. Some even in walking distance.

This hotel was conviently located to many restaurants, dollars, grocery, clothing and stores. It was very close to Walmart and a major mall.

The hotel was clean, staff very nice, bed was comfortable. Easy access from I20, close to shopping and eating establishments. Enjoyed our stay.

This was a wonderful & convienent hotel. The staff were exceptional & friendly. W/in walking distance to 3 restaurants. The room was clean and well attended each day. Would definintely stay again. We were pulling a utility trailer and there was plenty of parking.

Very nice and clean hotel! The staff is also very accommodating and friendly. If you don't want to stay in Atlanta, this hotel is a nice location and only a 20 or so minute drive into the city. Would stay here again!

Our quick trip to Atlanta was interrupted by my son being involved in a car accident on the way to the hotel-but the staff was great in helping us find a place for him to take his car to be looked at. The desk clerk also went out of her way to help us open a can of baby formula when we forgot our can opener! They were all very kind and went above and […] beyond to make our stay as good as possible. At times, the smell of Lysol was a bit overwhelming, but I would rather put up with that and have a clean hotel than the alternative! Mehr

great service, very friendly. Cable service needs to improve only had about 10 or 15 channels and most where shopping.

Outstanding hotel. It was our second time staying at this hotel. The only thing wrong was that it smelled, but after we ran the a/c for a little bit it went away.

This hotel was close to the interstate. Also close to shopping and places to eat.

I stayed at this hotel for four hours with my family last night because we couldn't drive any further. We were there from 5AM to 9AM and my daughter now has 7 bites that are swollen and red from what we believe are bed bugs.
