Es liegt direkt am Times Square und ist somit zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ab und an war etwas wenig Druck auf der Leitung und das Wasser war zum Teil nur lauwarm, dies ist jedoch verschmerzbar, da es nicht kalt war, sondern lauwarm. Einziges Manko: Kofferaufbewahrung nach Check-Out mit 5,- USD pro Schließfach sehr teuer.

Die Zimmer waren zwar nicht sonderlich groß aber trotz allem war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Nähe zu gleich zwei verschiedenen U-Bahn Stationen ist wirklich top. Vom Hotel aus ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Timesqaure.

Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Dusche und Toilette nur durch eine Glasschiebetür und Vorhang vom Rest des Zimmers abgetrennt. Ich hatte mit einem Freund zusammen ein Zimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten. Man sollte sich schon sehr gut kennen, wenn man beim Verrichten seines Geschäfts jedes Geräusch aus der Toilette im Zimmer mithört. Sehr gut war das superschnelle Internet ohne langes Codes und langem Einwählverfahren. Die Rezeption sehr freundlich, aber in diesem Hotel wird eine gewisse Selbstständigkeit des Reisenden erwartet.

"Zentral gelegenes Hotel in NY"
Zimmer in gutem Zustand, kein übermäßiger Luxus aber einem 3-4 Sterne-Hotel angemessen. Alles sauber. Sehr gute Lage direkt neben Rockefeller Center zwischen 5th und 6th Avenue in der 51st Street. Wenige Blocks zum Central Park, nur max. 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn. Frühstück war nicht im Preis mit inbegriffen, es gibt jedoch genügend Gelegenheiten um das […] Hotel herum Essen zu bekommen (Starbucks, verschiedene andere Caffees und auch sonst einige Restaurants, u.a. im Rockefeller Center). Zudem ist quasi direkt neben dem Hotel ein Supermarkt. Für Shopping-Begeisterte sind viele Geschäfte auf der 5th Avenue in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen (z.B. Apple Store 5th Av., A&F + Hollister Flagshipstores, Louis Vuitton etc.). Ebenso ist der Times Square in 10-15 Minuten Geh-Reichweite. Downtown Manhattan ist etwas weiter entfernt, aber mit der U-Bahn von der Rockefeller Center-Station gut zu erreichen. Hi Also das Hotel Club Quaters ist Perfekt gelegen für eine Städtereise in New York. 5 Ave, Radio City Music Hall und Rockefeller Center sind direkt neben an sowie ein Supermarkt. Zum Frühstücken kann man das Kaffee im Nebeneingang durchaus Empfehlen gleiches gilt für die Pizza dort..Der Eingang auf der andere Seite gehört zum Lokal Johnny Utah´s auch […] gut... "Alles bestens, bis auf Fahrstühle und Frühstücksbedienung"
Das Hotel und die Lage können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Die einzigen Minuspunkte gibt es für die lagsamen Fahrstühle und die schlechte Bedienung beim Frühstück. Das frühstück selber ist kein schlechtes Büffet aber man kann es auch nicht mit einem Gehobenen Hotel wie Hilton oder Evason oder..... vergleichen. Sehr schönes, funktionelles Hotel in Midtown, gleich beim Rockefeller Center. Die Ubahn ist gleich um die Ecke, Restaurants der verschiedensten Richtungen sind in der näheren Umgebung ebenfalls zu finden. Der Central Park befindet sich ebenfalls in Gehweite. Wir verbrachten die Zeit vom 24.Dezember bis am 1.Januar im Hotel. Vom Zimmer im obersten Stock (Etage 26) hatten wir beste Aussicht auf das Rockefeller Center und den beleuchteten riesigen Weihnachtsbaum, sowohl als auch das Eisfeld. Die U-Bahn-Station ist nur rund 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt und auch die bekannte Radio City Music Hall befindet sich […] direkt gegenüber. Zu Fuss können viele Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigt werden. In rund 10 Minuten steht man am Broadway und ca. 5 Minuten später ist man auch schon am Times Square. Alles in allem eine super Hotellage. Die Zimmer entsprachen unseren Bedürfnissen. The location is excellent. Rooms are very small, with only one chair and bed to sit on. No folding rack for suitcases and a very small amount of storage. Hotel is good and in a great location, with a good restaurant, but there was no in-room safe and the room cleanliness was not complete. At our check-in we were upgraded to the Jewel- another property down the block so we could be closer to the room our other family member had booked. We enjoyed the convenience and security at the property. Great location to Rockefeller Center that we could walk around in the evening before returning to our rooms.Enjoyed the Spanish restaurant in the […] basement for dinner and the cafe/brick oven pizza restaurant on the same block for a convenient breakfast. Comfortable stay. They need more help in the lobby to handle guests arriving and checking out. The room was comfortable and the amenities (e.g. free wifi and bottled water) were a plus. "I would stay there again"
It was in a GREAT location. Close to everything we wanted to see/do. And for an affordable price. The ONLY thing I had an issue with was that our neighbor placed their used room service tray and dirty dishes out in the hallway outside of their room and it sat there for 2 days before the maids took it away. Kinda strange... But other than that, our stay […] was GREAT! This place was great, was there for a weekend with my boyfriend. Right across from Radio City Music and Rockerfeller Center. Service in greeting and welcoming guests was horrendous. It felt like the staff were doing their best to purposefully ignore guests as they entered to register. "Perfect for a short business trip"
The hotel was clean and very close to the Rockefeller Center where I was supposed to have my business meetings. I was able to walk to the office and to dinner about 5 blocks away and back in my heels without issue. The room was small but not incredibly so, it certainly fit my needs just fine and I didn't feel cramped at all. The staff was very courteous […] and helpful. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I had two very small issues. One was that the pillows were way too soft. I had to pile one top of the other and then fold the top one in half to feel like I had support. If big hotel rooms are a must for you, don't stay here. There is a two foot perimeter of space around the bed and that is it. But if you don't need a lot of space, and are just using the room to sleep in and store your clothes as you stay in NYC, this is a great deal.
