Breakfast room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast included all you need. Bed was very comfortable and had many pillows. Great flat screen TV, Micro Wave and Fridge. I visited many Hotels in DFW and that was by far the best. I can recommend it.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 31. Dez. 2012... für das tolle Hotel, das voll und ganz unseren Ansprüchen und dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entsprach. Die Umgebung ist nicht besonders schön, aber in Dallas ist eh alles nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, also fährt man weg. Vom Highway haben wir im Zimmer nichts gehört. Im Hotel gab es sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, der Zimmerservice war ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr geräumig, die Betten super, dazu mehrere Kopfkissen und auch ausreichend Decken. Alles praktisch eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer mit Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Wenn man weiss, wo man ist, kann man sich auch mit dem Frühstück arrangieren - es ist eben amerikanisch. Es gab jeden Tag frisches Obst, Vollkornprodukte, heißen Kaffee und alles war sauber. Wir können das Hotel in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.

Hotel is located just off the interstate, but I didn't hear any noise from it. Shopping, fast food and gas stations nearby (across the interstate from the hotel). Watch out for police cars which seem to be in abundance in the area (I was pulled over once I arrived in town and then I started noticing how many there were!). Hotel was comfortable, clean […] and well maintained. Breakfast included hot items like pancakes and waffles. There is guest laundry and a nice little pool/hot tub. Wifi worked great with no issues. "Poor Customer Service"
Overall, the hotel was fine, nothing extraordinary but suited the purpose of our visit. A big negative for me was how the night manager, Mr. D. Munoz handled the situation about the noise. He called my room 2X at almost midnight, when everybody else was asleep to keep our noise down. He did not investigate where the noise is coming from and just started […] calling and waking us up. When I denied the accusation, he started arguing. Until the time we checked out, he was still arguing with us and not one time did he apologize. Very poor management and very poor handling of customers at that time. Not again will I book a stay there. Comfort Inn is right beside it and would rather go there. The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly. We stayed in a single king suite and it was really big but, the space was not well utilized. There was plenty of space in room for a small kitchenette but, the coffee pot was still in the bathroom (which is gross) so we never made coffee. "Nice Stay"

"Exactly what we wanted"
A friend and I spent a night here to get away and to scrapbook. We live in the area and didn't want to go too far. I read the reviews before and they were good, the price was right, so we decided to stay here. The room was perfect for us. The beds were comfy, the room was nice and clean, there was plenty of light, and there was even a ceiling fan! Breakfast […] was great in the morning, too. "Best Best Western ever"
We liked it so much we stayed an extra night. The staff was so good they greeted you every time they see you. The bed was so comfortable, we had stayed at 2 other Best Western and the bed was so hard, my wife said it made her numb. I would stay at this BW any time. If you are going to DFW area you are just 15-20 mins away from the airport, stay here. […] Dinning was close, fuel close, lake close. We loved this Best Western. "Good hotel for Lake Area"
This hotel is well located for lake use. We found it to be clean, quiet, well run and safe. What more do you want? The parking lot has been laid out to minimum standards, but you can still park a truck her if you fold your mirrors.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

The value we got from this hotel matched the rate we paid for it; it was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was good. Location had good access to main highways, but not so close that it was noisy. Staff were friendly. This is by no means an upscale hotel. Typical chain. Bed wasn't great but not terrrible either. Cable didn't have huge selection of channels and room lights were night particular good for reading. WiFi worked well from everywhere inside hotel. Breakfast buffet was sparse but fairly typical of most 3 star chains. Location right off highway and directly […] across from military vehicle shipping facility was it's one truly redeeming feature. We arrived a little early to check in time and were allowed to check in anyway. the staff was very friendly and accomondating. the breakfast was good, above average, though I would have preferred more bacon than sausage.
