Knights Inn Lenox Ma - Lenox

For those on a budget, this motel is probably priced right. It is relatively clean for a place in this price range. Maintenance is barely acceptable and my bathroom would turn some people off, but again , it seemed clean. Carpet was nice and seemed clean and so did the sheets. The place takes dogs. You must cancel 24 hours in advance.

What a dump. Very poor conditon of building and room. Hallways stunk.. If it hadn't been so expensive I almost would have laughed. The room was reasonably clean, but this was about as cut-rate and dumpy as they come.

The Knight's Inn is an extremely basic highway motel with fewer than 20 rooms. Everything was clean and well-maintained, but there are no frills.

YUCK!!!! We arrived in a deserted parking lot and we were immediately creeped out! The entire place was dirty, smelly and beyond rundown! We were given our room key and the room was dark, dirty, smelly and the windows were wide open with no screens. Flies were all around and when we went to the front desk to talk to the man he waved us to the side and […] said there is nothing he could do. We asked for at least a partial refund he said no! It is prepaid. The room was not pricey I know, but we did not expect to sleep in a dive! this hotel was more then i expected. the man at the desk was freiendly the place was clean and comfortable. there was a small fridge and microwave to my surprise i recomened this hotel

All I was looking for was a cheap, clean place to sleep and this did the trick. Real basic room.

Dirty moldy room and bathroom. Even when I asked that something be done about a dripping baseboard, a guy simply shoved a towel under it. It was rusty and dripping. The breakfast was substandard and did not even offer decaf coffee or tea. Ceral in bins that are there all day and night. I will not go back to this hotel. The Knights Inn in Lenox is a no fringe motel. If you need a bed, it's fine. There was an odd musty smell to the room that made me feel a bit "sceevy" but it seemed clean enough. The bed was a bit too firm for my tastes, but the shower was hot and strong. Again, if you're looking for a place to sleep on your travels it's fine. Over this is not a bad hotel. The rooms were somewhat outdated and cold really use some updating. I did like the microwave and refrigerator. The bath room was something out of the 1950's and could be modernized a little. The king size bed was another story, like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. The motel is a relatively small place located on the main road in Lenox. It is an older facility, but clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable. The location, near many tourist sites, is excellent, and the price is a bargain for the area. But don't expect modern luxury or a picturesque place.

Good value for money,if all you need is a room to spend a night in ,for activities in the area,like attending a concert at Tanglewood.Room was small but clean and you get coffee,juice,cereal and pastries in the morning.

The room had a musty odor including the upholstered chair and rug. The bedding was clean. Opening the door was not an option because of flies, but the windows were open and we had the fan on to move air.

Was convenient and clean. We only use the room to sleep and watch TV before going to sleep. We spend rest of time enjoying the Berkshires, seeing plays, museums etc. Met all expectations which we had.
