Having arrived at the hotel during the closing weekend of Ibiza we weren't at all surprised to see lots of party goers! We unfortunately were not directed to our room initially and with the closing party of Ushuaia, the staff seemed very pre-occupied unfortunately, we found our selves walking into no entry zones that had been prepared for the party […] of the year! Having waited for 45min after check-in we finally were seen to our room with out any help to take our luggage to the room. The room was spacious and had a view of the club house pool, though the bedroom had a huge window looking through to the bathroom with no blinds!! (We were told all rooms had a modern twist - and privacy wasn't an option). The Ushuaia closing party was nothing but amazing, and a must see!! From the day after the closing party the hotel staff could not do enough for us and the rest of the stay was fab. Imma at concierge was lovely and went out of her way to ensure our first visit to Ibiza was to give us brilliant lasting memories. She booked Lunch and Blue Marlin, and was willing to book dinner at Lio, KM5 and Banbuddha. She ensured we had a fun packed stay with a good mix of relaxing. The breakfast at the hotel was prefect with a lot of variety for veggie's and the healthy ones amongst us too with fresh smoothies and lots of fruit. The japanese restaurant, pool bar and beach front restaurant had a lot of variety which was very reasonable. The only thing that let this hotel down was the cleaning staff, when we'd return back to our room after being out for the whole day, we'd still find our room not cleaned with no fresh towels. To stay at the Ushuaia is a must and to experience the closing party of the season is also a must! Overall this hotel has every thing you could want for a partying/relaxing holiday and we highly recommend it, with the hope to visit it next year! Mehr

i was a bit nervous having read all of the negative reviews, but from the moment of arrival this hotel was fantastic. The service upon arrival was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel decor was beautiful, the pool area was gorgeous with very comfortable sunbeds. The room was quite small but more than adequate, with very thoughtful […] details - including large mirrors (to accommodate a room with 3 girls!), black out curtains, sound proof back doors and lots of accessories including shampoos, hair straightners etc. We had also been warned that we would be unable to have visitors, this was not the case. Guests just had to sign in and leave identification with reception and they were able to sit by the pool with us. We were only gutted that due to the dates of our stay and our existing plans we were unable to experience one of the amazing pool parties. We were there until 8pm on the Tuesday for Superbeach and it was incredible..... next year we will definitely be returning for this! The location is directly opposite Space and a short walk from Bora Bora - ideal for those wanting the ultimate Ibiza clubbing experience. Have fun!! xx Mehr

MY FRIEND AND I STAYED HERE UNEXPECTEDLY AND TO MY SURPRISE HAD AN UNELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE! SUCH A BEAUTIFUL SEXY PLACE, AND THE STAFF WAS VERY VERY ACCOMADATING! GREAT LOCATION AND HOT PARTIES GOING ON DURING THE DAY! THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL TIME!

Hate to write a bad review and to be fair the hotel had opened a week before so there were obvious teething problems, but they simply shouldnt have been charging people to stay there when they clearly werent ready. Couldnt check in to our room for three hours after check in time. Was moved several times from where we sat at the pool, because they had […] a press conference in the back ground and they didnt want guests in the photo shots. Two single beds on WHEELS for a couple so not the most romantic weekend. No irons at the hotel at all... so a creased stay. Returned to our room at night to find the cleaner had left the door wide open all day, not unlocked... actually open. The queue to check out was 40 mins, so we just left our keys on the desk. what a pretty hotel but absolutley awful service firstly upon my arival the hotel staff were so slow in checking me in it took 50 minutes and i was the only person in the que it seems they had no expeirance with computers secondliy i paid a large amount of money to stay in a top suite yet i could not get room service! it took me 4 hours to get somebody […] on the phone onlky to be rudely told no room service this week were to busy and they cut me off. I found the staff extremely rude and un helpful and had to order my brekfast at the dinner hall 3 times before it eventaully came 90 minutes later an absolute shambles theese people no nothing about customer service or how to run a hotel what a shame as the saturday night party was amazing except again i couldnt even get a drink as everybody was fighting pushing and ueing for the bar i have never expeirianced anything like it. I went down stairs to have a moan only to be turned away because i had flip flops on how ridiculous very unsatisfied customer Mehr
