Quality Hotel Fallsview Cascade - Niagara Falls

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und wir fanden es auch ganz günstig! Unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen!!!

Geht man von dem Hotel aus zu den Niagara-Fällen, dann hat man sie bereits im Blick. Das Frühstück im Restaurant neben an war hervorragend. Das Hotel war dem Preis absolut angemessen.

The hotel staff were pleasant and checked us in quickly and efficiently. Parking, WiFi and continental breakfast were included - we were also situated close to everything walking distance. The outside of the hotel appears drab and unappealing; however, with renovations, the inside was gorgeous. The pool and hot tub was a nice feature and open until […] 11pm. Be aware that the walls are pretty thin and you'll be able to hear sinks and other happenings in the dead of night. Overall, it was a great stay for a weekend. Mehr

it was a very nice trip, you don't have to stay in an expensive hotel because you are going to have the same services. I prefer stay in a comfortable hotel than waste a lot of money just in a hotel that is famous for his name. totatly you spend more time outside than inside.

Would not recommend staying here. The floors are wooden so you can here every foot-step from the people in the rooms above you as well as waking up to the loud sounds of the water pipes! The entrance to the room was covered in dirt so as you walk in your room you track in all of this dirt as well. Bath tub drain was plugged as well. Only thing going […] for it was the location. Mehr

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. However, there were a few minor things that should be looked at. The lamp in the room near the window had no lamp shade covering so you looked at the light bulbs. There was a crack in the ceiling in the bathroom. These were just minor things to us but to other people, they may find them dissatisfactory. We loved the […] sink in the bathroom. We loved the hotel. The pool and hot tub were nicely maintained. Breakfast was good. The location was perfect and the price was great. Plus the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel or stay here again.

The hotel is very close to the falls. It has a free parking for the guests and a adequate light breakfast (coffee, cereals or toast and juice). The room is spacious and clean. The rate is very convenient, so I recommend this place if you want a good quality price ratio.

My two friends and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days over our reading week. We had a great time. Our room was beautiful, well kept, and in a great location. Decor was pleasant, no unpleasant odors, requests were handled quickly and up to parr, pool was warm, hot tub was exceptional. We would recommend this establishment to family and friends. Could have removed snow from the walkway in front of room. Other than the snow issue, a very comfortable stay.

We just wanted to get away for a couple of days, however we didn’t want to spend a considerable amount of money on a hotel. We opted for this location because of the close proximity to many of the amenities in and around the Niagara Falls area. It was a more “modern” look, but then again, we didn’t go there just to stay in the room (the hardwood floors were a nice touch!) - It was quite noisy at times throughout the night from people going in and out of their rooms, so if you’re a light sleeper, this might not be the hotel for you - The free parking is a bonus. Since everything is in walking distance (Fallsview Casino, IMAX Theatre, etc.), you can simply leave the car there for the day and stroll hand in hand with your loved one ;) - The complimentary breakfast was just “ok”, but who is really going to turn down free food? You’ll probably have to spend a little extra to get more of what you want (eggs benedict anyone?) Overall it was a pretty good experience and we’ll mostly likely stay here again. Mehr

Hotel staff was very friendly, the only problem was the heating sysem was way too loud, great location, great hot breakfast and good price.

I was skeptical of Quality Hotel because I had never stayed with this hotel chain before, and what with the free parking, free breakfast, and low rates, I was sure there had to be some kind of catch. However, my sister and I (in our twenties) decided to go for it. I'M SO GLAD WE DID!! I was really worried about the outdoor walkway access, because I […] worried that just anyone could walk up to our room door, but it was very well lit. It had an access door on one side of the room and a door to the balcony on the other side, so we felt safe having 2 exits. It was in the perfect location, just a short 3 min walk to the falls (and probably the closest hotel to the falls as it is ON the hill and all other hotels are at the top of the hill). Also- it was right across the street from the Fallsview Casino, near many restaurants, and clifton hill is also within walking distance (about a 10 min walk, but there are so many shops along the way, you won't mind the walk). The rooms are perfect for 2 people (probably no more) and I was surprised at how modern and "designer" they appeared. There was a chandelier, paintings, and full length mirror in the room. The bathroom had a shower/tub combo, small tiles that made a mosaic, and the coolest sink ever- it was a big bowl where water spouted up in the middle. Everything was VERY CLEAN and the big fluffy bed provided us with great sleep. Overall, I was really impressed because I was not expecting much from a quality hotel. Free parking was great too because all other parking is like $10. Once you arrive at the hotel, you'll be able to walk pretty much everywhere because it is in such a great location. The included breakfast was also more than expected, (though you have to go to the hotel next door,) you'll have a sit down, hot breakfast where a waitress takes your order and waits on you (rather than a cheap buffet). Irs in a great location. One block from the falls and across the street from the casino. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The first night I had problems with a hockey team partying in the room next to me. Staff person immediately quieted them and they moved me to another room the next day. Very customer oriented. This is my second stay. The floors are not very sound proof and both stays we had noisy people above us.

We were a little hesitant to book nights at this hotel because the rates were so reasonable and we worried that we would get what we paid for and nothing more. But we were pleasantly surprised with the designer decoration in the room, especially the bathroom with a clear sink bowl and waterfall faucet. The hotel was very close to the Falls, only requiring […] a walk down the street. It is right across from the Casino. The room was comfortable and convenient and we'll definitely consider it for future trips. Good room. Great price. Horrible Breakfast

We were looking for a romantic getaway for a mini honeymoon. We went crazy looking for hotels in the Niagra area, they were either too expensive or not very nice rooms. We saw the listing for this hotel, the amenities seemed very good from the pictures, it had free parking, and free breakfast. The rooms were a very good price as well. Once we got to […] the hotel we inquired if any fallsview rooms were available. A great room on the 7th floor with a fireplace and King bed and a steam shower was available and was a little more for the upgrade. We chose to upgrade and it was well worth it. We had a nice view of the US falls, and a great overall view otherwise. The room was very stylish with hardwood floors. This was good and bad, as the hallway outside was also hardwood, so there was some noise from the hallway when people walked by. I don't think this would an issue if you chose a different type of room. There was also an issue with the heat in the room, however the hotel staff provided us with a ceramic heater which was more than adequate to heat up the room. Overall we were very please with the hotel, and would definitely consider staying here again. Mehr

Unusual decor. Much quieter than most hotels near the falls. We'd worried about being so near to the falls and casino, but those places up on the main drag were much noiser. It's location on the hill might deter those wanting to walk, but even as seniors it was a short walk down to the falls and free parking. What could be better!

Great stay at the hotel. Comfortable rooms, clean and great location !!!

Customer service offered on arrival was disappointing. We occupied "motel" area of premises. Our unit was clean but obviously older and more basic than "hotel" units. Bath drain appeared to be "blocked". Location was absolutely perfect!

I was extremely impressed with the new renovations of the room, comfort (Beds and pillows so comfortable, I slept like a baby) the location was so convenient you were in the middle of everything. The Air conditioner was a little loud but it worked out in the end because there were a few rooms above us that were partying and the loudness of the AC drained […] out any outside sounds so we never heard a thing. at no point did I assume or even think to ask when I booked this hotel if I would be in the middle of a fraternity party atmosphere but that is what I got .. there were young people hanging out of nearly every hotel door & window until all hours of the night .. they ran around .. they yelled .. they screamed .. they jumped up & down .. they were all […] over the place with loud voices, profanity & loud music .. when I callled the front desk I was told they allow it until 11pm .. I called 1/2 hour prior to that time but when that magical hour came & went it did not improve .. we got absolutely no sleep .. as for the free breakfast unless you like carbs, carbs, carbs & more carbs it is not worth the bother .. nothing but cereal + bread .. the yogurt offered was in 1 flavor, vanilla .. yuck .. I will NEVER recommend this location to another traveler .. what a shame too since the room was nicely decorated & the bed otherwise comfortable Mehr

This motel was in a great location. Nice breakfast bar and very helpfull staff, We ask for view of falls and was told we would have one. No view of falls. Floor in room needed cleaned.

Decent hotel, good value compared to others within a couple blocks. Great location , free parking a big plus, easy walk to falls and maid of the mist. Neg.s, Noisy neighbors cost us a nights sleep and continential breakfast was very limited.

Both my husband and I were very satisfied with the Fallsview Cascade. Location was convenient to the falls, restaurants, and main roads. The room was very clean, no mold around tub or shower, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a bargain. The rate value was excellent. It is definitely no frills, but if you are going to the falls and surrounding areas, you can not beat the location. Walking distance to every major attraction especially Horseshoe falls...5-10 mimute walk. Best Value

We were quite impressed with the Falls View for the price we paid. Our room (and I am guessing all rooms) had been recently renovated, and they have gone with a kitchy little vanity in the bathroom to give a 'falls feeling' about the place - quite cute. The outside of this hotel is very dated. The hotel has a low section and a tower, from which you might get a view of the falls. Our room was in the lower section of the hotel, so no view, but the room itself had been recently refurbished and was very nice, much nicer than the outside or the price led us to think it might be! The room was also quite […] spacious. There was free Internet and parking that is also a bonus, although the Internet was quite slow. We stayed for just one night and wanted to move the car to a car park and found a very cheap, all day car park right next door to the hotel! This was in a good location to walk down to the falls. The free continental breakfast was a bonus and offered a very good choice in clean and tidy surroundings. Overall, a happy choice if you are not looking for a guaranteed falls view and a modern exterior to your overnight stay. Mehr

We would not recommend this hotel. Our room was practically in the parking lot. First room we were assigned was hot; air conditioning was not, but was not working at all. Luckily we were given another room. We we told the room had a view of the falls; it had NO view except for a public parking lot, with cars in and out, lights in our window, so we had […] to close the drapes at all times. It should be noted that some of the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms do not have elevator access for those of us who travel with mobility limited people.
