Hotelanlage & Zimmer sehr sauber. Zimmer für den Preis ziemlich gross. Netter Front Desk Service. Frühstück nicht sehr üppig.

The staff was the greatest- so friendly and helpful, seemed to know us all by name and were very eager to make the stay a good one. Thanks!

Great staff...Christian was very helpful. Room was clean, quiet & comfortable.

This hotel in Long Beach served it's purpose nicely. We stayed here before and after our cruise and took advantage of the Metro to go to the downtown area.

The stay is quite pleasant. Location is good. the room we checked into(late night) had problems with the bathroom sink, management immediately shifted us to a new room without any fuss. Breakfast is excellent but the staff is but fussy about timings. 9:30 and they lock everything out. Wonderfully welcoming and cheery reception staff (after being diverted due to road works and after the stat nav / gps system went a little crazy). Lovely bedroom with the best pillows ever. The free bottled water was a nice touch. We should have stayed longer

The hotel was in a bad neighborhood, the room it self smelled like mildew. When reserved and had paid for 2 days, i WANTED TO LEAVE BUT WHAT A HASSLE CAUSE YOU PREPAY. The 1st day we went for the complimentary breakfast and we got the a little before they were gong tp close and the maids came in and basically pushed us out of the way to get what was […] left, rather then letting the guest eat first. The lady working started taking right while we where standing there and was rude. It still had 15 mintues before closing. the only good thing was the check in staff, very nice and helpful. Nice and Clean-friendly staff.

I had to write this review because many of the reviews were absolutely glowing - which was the main reason I selected it - but I felt these reviews are somewhat exaggerated. The hotel really is a motel with substantial furnishings but it could do with a revamp. The carpets are starting to look tired and the rooms could do with a freshen up. One of […] the drawer handles on the room dresser was missing and the bed side light push switch was faulty. Turning it on and off was a real pain. It could take two minutes of repeatedly pressing the switch to get it to work. I stayed 4 nights and reported it to the front desk after the first night. They said house keeping would take care of it. The lamp needed swapping out for a new one but it hadn't been taken care of when we checked out after the fourth night. I couldn't be bothered to remind them. They should have fixed it immediately it was reported. The breakfasts are adequate, (waffles and coffee are good), but the choice of food is very limited and the breakfast room is small and can get crowded with the limited number of tables. Think cheap cafe. The bed was comfortable, the heating/air worked as it should and all the amenities in the bathroom were fine. It is good value for money and conveniently located (for us), so will probably go back. Next time however, I won't tolerate faulty electrics and will be less tolerant of staff who indicate they will take care of something and don't. Mehr

The hotel was what we expected for the price, nothing fancy but clean. Our room was clean and did not smell of smoke. The hotel is close to Disney and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and the shuttle to Disney was convenient and accommodating. We would stay there again.

The price was a little high but the room was clean. The staff was very nice and the location was close to our destination at the Long Beach Memorial Hospital. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

It was OK, but I'll give a try to another hotel.

I would go back just for the 4 best pillows I have slept with in a long time.

We were very pleased with our stay to the Comfort Inn & Suites. The rooms are quite large and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to help us... I would recommend this place to others.

This was a good deal for our one night trip to Long Beach. The surrounding area is not ideal but we felt safe in the hotel. The location is good for people driving to Long Beach because it's only about a 5-8 minute drive down to the Long Beach harbor area, the Pike center, The Aquarium of the Pacific, etc. The hotel seemed newly renovated & in good […] condition. There was a strange loud humming/motor noise outside our window all night. It didn't bother me while sleeping but it made it difficult to hear the TV. As a business traveler on a last-minute budget trip, the Comfort Inn, Long Beach, suited my needs. For a 2-3 star rating, I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, comfort and size my room. The paint, fixtures, towels and linens appeared quite new, and there was a variety of pillows on the bed. The gated grounds were neatly kept. And though the […] Inn was located in a busy area, my room was very quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient. The free breakfast? While the offerings were not my cup of tea... the buffet was clean, and well stocked. It was nice that they did not feature a blaring TV in the breakfast room. If all Comfort Inns can boast a similar experience, I will move them closer to the top of my favorite budget brands list. Mehr

The front desk employee was very friendly and seemed to care. The room is comfy, I had a balcony room which was nice. Bed was also very comfortable and the cleaning staff was great. Everything you need (food, shopping, gas station, bank) is within 1-2 blocks so you can walk everywhere with no problems.

Convenient location to the cruise terminal. Recently remodeled and very clean. They even upgraded us to a balcony room overlooking the pool. Grocery and drug store located across the street for those last minute items. The continental breakfast was not extensive, but served the purpose and was fresh. Our only complaint was that the room smelled musty, […] like stale cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Would stay here again if in the area, especially before a cruise. Mehr

Hotel was good and clean.I asked for a room closer to the front of the hotel because their is houses in back street of hotel.
