Very clean hotel with helpful staff. The hot breakfast was also a nice change.

The hotel and breakfast were very good. The phone in the room was spilt on with something sticky and the receiver holder had some kind of sticky stuff on it --the numbers stuck on the phone and the buttons on the clock also got stuck when I tried to set the alarm. We were so pleased with our stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, convenient, and VERY economical!! Our grandkids loved the pool. The complimentary breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definately be back!!

We stayed in three different hotels in our 7 day vacation. Only spent one night here. Wish it had been all 7. Big rooms, clean, staff friendly and helpful, nice breaskfast selection. We will be staying here everytime we visit Granbury!

The reception person was very nice and helped us get checked in quickly after our 6 hour drive. She answered our questions and helped us know where to get ice. When I accidentally demagnitized my room key with my cell phone, she made me feel better by telling me it has happened to others. The reception person the next day was friendly and personable […] as well. Thanks for having such good workers even during the holidays. The beds were good, the breakfast filling and the pool great for the grandkids to use up some energy even though it was cold outside. We enjoyed our stay. Mehr

We had a wonderful experience at this Best Western. The staff was very friendly. Our room was just perfect, comfortable bed, full length mirror and big bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was very good, there was a good choice of hot and cold food. We definitely would come back here!

This was a perfect place for the family and the pet. Comfortable and convenient.

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice hotel. Only downside is we requested a king and got two queens but we didn't complain. People who work there are very nice and helpful.

This hotel is the absolute best I have ever stayed in. Debbie, the front desk clerk, has got to be one of the nicest people I have ever met. Very friendly helpful, and down to earth. The room was very clean and smelled great! The indoor pool and hot tub was awesome. Make sure that you hit the breakfast buffet. Hot Continental breakfast with waffles […] you make in a Texas shape waffle iron, biscuits, omelets, homemade sausage gravy, everything is EXCELLENT!! This will be our go-to hotel from now on in Granbury. Mehr

After reading everything on hotels.com page about this hotel I believed it was perfect as I was going to be on a business trip but my wife and small child were going to be with me. i wanted a hotel where they would be able to walk to shopping/sights/etc...while I was at my job location. This hotel was not even located in walking distance of fast food. […] It's ad had said it was right in the historic district with shopping and restaurants, all of these things were at least 2 miles away down a very busy highway. Hotel was nice, but don't stay here if you are looking for a convenient location. Mehr

We totally enjoyed our stay in Granbury at the Best Western. The staff were all very nice and helpful The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great ! And, we really enjoyed the hot tub !. Staying at the Best Western was a completely pleasant experience. The Best Western in Granbury is not on the lake, but we preferred it that way. The sign is hard to see because the hotel & sign sit lower than Hwy 377 n/b road surface; however, once you get familiar with the area, it is amazingly easy to reach. It is convenient to the restaurants, shopping areas, and just a mile either n/b or s/b on 377 leads to a […] connector road (either 144 or 377 business) to the historical town square in Granbury. Granbury is a unique step back in time and caters well to tourist trade. There are no parking meters in the historical areas, and ample parking. There are events going on nightly, and entertainment abounds. The Best Western hotel is not part of the historical area or at the lake, which gives the guest a quiet atmosphere for rest and privacy, but within a short distance are all the "lake" fun one could desire; and all the other amenities. The indoor pool and hot tub/spa make for a relaxing time to re-energize yourself for all the events taking place around Granbury. If you want "lake" fun, any type of rental equipment can be had just down the road from the hotel. We plan to make this an annual stop, if not more frequently. We highly recommend the Best Western Granbury for a great "get-away" spot. Mehr

Nice hotel for your money. Staff was friendly and highly recommend. We live in Richardson, Texas and will make a special effort to go back for a short get-way.
