Empfehlenswertes Hotel im sicheren und zentralen Viertell Chapinero. Sehr guter Service, tolles Frühstücjsbuffet, Restaurant mit gutem Essen, sympathische Bar und jeweils der Mglichkeit auf der kleinen Terasse im Freien sitzen. Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Junior Suite riesengross und sehr sauber. Werde wiederkommen.

Dieses Hotel ist zwar vom Service her sehr in Ordnung, aber Ruhe findet man hier keineswegs. Sei es innerhalb des Hotels (stândig zuschlagende Tûren, und zwar Tag und Nacht!!!), sei es ausserhalb (die Fenster sind eher als Dekoration gedacht als zur Isolation und Lârmschutz). Fûr das, was ich fûr dieses Hotel gezahlt habe, erwarte ich einen einiges […] hôheren Standard! Klar nicht zu empfehlen! Mehr

Es war alles in Ordnung. Das Hotel liegt in "sicherer" Umgebung. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wie in vielen Hotels in Kolumbien scheinen sie mit dem Warmwasser für eine schöne Dusche etwas Probleme zu haben. Klappte dann aber doch noch. Wir würden wieder dort hingehen.

I would recommend this hotel with reservations. It looks nice and my room was lovely. It was a little cold for my taste and it faced the busy street so it was noisy. Breakfast was great. When I arrived a woman was having trouble with her reservation and the front desk was being polite about it even if it seems they didn't solve the problem. I had no […] problem with my reservation. When I checked out I told the front desk what I had used from the mini-bar. When the bell boy brought my bags down he said that there were three other things that had been used from the mini-bar. I told the front desk that I had not used these things and they wanted me to wait while they "checked it out". Since I was on the way to the airport I told them it was not my problem and I left. They need to get their mini-bar check done more systematically. Mehr

Great hotell, nice and peaceful, in nice distance to most of the nice things to see, and taxi is very cheap in Bogota. Great breakfast. The only problem was very bad english-speaking staff, none of them spoke english at all, so it was needed to use all possibel attributes to communicate. But all in all, good nice place. This was my last stay in south […] -america, very clean, so i stayed here, quite more expensive than rest of the hotells i used, but so nice to stay for my last days, great bed and even bathtop in the bathroom, mmmmm Mehr

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights. Upon check-in, we received a room on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, it is the only floor with an overhang to the lobby (and accompanying check-in noise and restaurant noise) and was a bit too loud. Although they were completely booked solid that first night and could not change us rooms, […] we were very graciously and courteously accommodated the other 4 nights in an 8th floor room that was perfect. I think this noise issue on the 2nd floor could be alleviated with a soundproof glass panel separating the walkway of the floor from the lobby. It's the only floor with this issue. Included with our booking was a complimentary continental breakfast each day that was very good, including waffles, omelettes, eggs, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, cereal, and cheeses...served from 6-10am. Excellent choices, quality, and service. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate any requests. The location was perfect for us, but may depend on what you are looking for. It is about a 10-15 minute cab ride to La Candelaria, about a 8-10 minute cab ride to Zona T with many elite restaurants/bars/clubs/casinos, and about a 10 minute ride to the main business area. It's located in Chapinero, which is the most gay-friendly area in the city (and probably all of Colombia). The neighborhood is nice, with some fantastic restaurants on calles 68-70 just north of the hotel, but can get a bit seedy if you go a few blocks west. Overall, a great hotel and I would absolutely recommend staying here. Mehr

While they may lack the detailed customer service of some other hotels in Bogota, it's clean, well-located and the price is good.

Few of the of the staff speak English, Called room service and waited over an hour for a cup of coffee on several occasions.. Quality of service was mostly poor.

Stayed here for only one night, but had a great experience. Staff was very friendly and helped with recommendations on food, provided taxis and other intangibles. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel seems to have little to no soundproofing. There is an incredible amount of street noise as it is located close to a major road, as well as a lot of noise from the surrounding rooms. You can hear the phone ring from the neighboring room. Hence I got very little sleep during my three night stay. Secondly the king bed consisted of two twins […] pushed together with a noticeable gap -- not exactly a comfortable king bed. I had a subsequent reservation with them that I promptly cancelled as I will not be returning there. Mehr

Oh I hate to write a review on this hotel. I love Hotel Estelar Milla de Oro in Medellin which I stayed. But this hotel is not half a beautiful & quality as Medellin. The hotel is in Chapinero Gay area close to Theatron (the biggest gay club in So. America). Close to Body Tech another gay gym. If you are gay this is just perfect. I would rather stay […] in Zona Rosa where are there so many restaurants & shopping mall. WI-FI internet don't work well in the room, they lock the main door after 11:00pm. The door is hard to open, at night it's scary to walk it;s a busy area. Mehr

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One problem was that there were hidden charges. They didn't say up front the cost of using the phone or even of having the front desk make a local call. The beds were hard. But that's the extent of the complaints. The hotel was very nice. I liked the hardwood floors and the spaciousness […] of the rooms. I never felt cramped with my wife and two kids. The hotel is in a convenient location a short cab ride from either the downtown area or the Park 93 area. The area directly to the west is slightly seedy (but has a large number of shoe stores and musical instrument stores) whereas the neighborhood that the hotel is in is upscale. There is a Juan Valdez coffee shop around the corner. The Patecones restaurant across the street is good. There's a grocery store 2 blocks north. I think the only drawback is that you're not in the middle of things here. You have to take a taxi to get to them. Mehr

LOCATION NOT SO CONVENIENT FOR TOURISTS BUT FOR BUSINESS O.K.

I can't say enough good things about the staff. Reception, restaurant & concierge staff all helpful, patient and very efficient. Clean spacious rooms, decent food. Road noise for rooms facing the street can be high but not really unexpected given the city location.

Nice staff...very helpful and clean...private taxi outside the hotel are very friendly and price is very reasonable/affordable. very safe.... would love to visit bogota and stay at this hotel again...thank you

El ambiente, infraestructura y servicios del hotel excelentes; además de una prolija atención del personal hacia los huéspedes.

Buen hotel, buena ubicación, deben mejorar el servicio de Internet, es un fastidio trabajar con esa velocidad, el resto es una buena experiencia

Ubicación El hotel está situado en una buena zona de la ciudad (muy cerca a la Zona G). Existen algunos centros comerciales cerca del hotel. Siempre es muy recomendable movilizarse en taxi (de preferencia los de color blanco que son los que trabajan con los hoteles) para mayor seguridad a pesar que el sector en el que se encuentra yo lo miré bastante […] traquilo. Hotel El personal desde mi llegada fue muy amable y cordial. El check-in fue muy rápido y sencillo, y el check-out de igual manera, de hecho fue más rápida la salida que el ingreso. Habitación La habitación que me asignaron era muy amplia y cómoda, muy limpia, el baño también estaba muy limpio y amplio. En general este hotel excedió mis expectativas considerando el valor de la noche. Bogotá considero que es una de la ciudades más costosas en lo que se refiere a hospedaje, pero este hotel definitivamente es una excelente opción a un muy buen precio. Definitivamente lo recomiendo. El hotel esta muy bien localizado. El area es tranquila y cerca al centro. Mi habitqacion estaba recientemente remodelada conpiso y muebles modernos. El bano era limpio y confortable. El staff fue amable.

El Room Service utilizado pra el desayuno, fue incompleto y mal presentado. Por error de quien atendió una de las llamadas no enviaron el servicio completo, faltó la canasta de pan y parte de los cubiertos. La fruta picada sabía a cebolla. La canasta para el pan estaba sucia y ajada.

Pensei que a localização seria mais conveniente, mas ele fica numa área bastante movimentada, com trânsito, o que tornava meu deslocamento lento. Em outra oportunidade fiquei num hotel mais ao norte, cujo acesso aos pontos turísticos terminou sendo bem mais rápido.
