Did not make bed during entire stay, otherwise hotel was good

We loved the Hotel, but the beds were too hard. Very uncomfortable. We stayed three nights and thought about changing Hotels. The service was too good. Friendly staff. Great Breakfast.

nice hotel, great location with easy to walk to dining. only thing that bothered me was being approached twice by pan handlers in the parking lot and the noise of several guests during the very early morning.

2 out of 4 nights, I was unable to sleep until about 3 am. They rent rooms to the patrons of the local bars. they are too inebriated to drive home. The second night of my stay, a group came in around midnight and stayed in the room next to me. They were talking loud, going in and out and slamming doors. I complained the next morning and the gentleman […] at the desk said there was nothing he could do, their hands were tied. The last night of my 4 night stay was a Monday night and again a group came in around midnight and talked in the hallway, slammed doors, then went into the lobby and continued to talk loud until about 3 in the morning. I complaine the next morning and the lady at the desk said that her staff should know to kick those people out, that their hands aren't tied. She gave me no apology, I will not stay there again. When I am on vacation, I want to sleep and relax. They evidently care more about the little bit of money they make from these people and not about the comfort of the majority of the people in the hotel. Mehr

For the price, this hotel served its purpose. The staff was attentive. The breakfast was gross, but they had cold cereal as an option. The cookies were chocolate chip. I'd stay there again as a last minute option.

Web site said they had cribs and they didn't. The hotel had a horrible smell. The room looked clean minus the smell but my 2yr old son was walking around w/out shoes on for 10 mins max and he feet were black. We went to the front desk and told them how unhappy we were and we couldn't stay there for the health of our kids. They still made us pay for […] the night even though we were there for no more than 20 mins. Never again Mehr

Our stay at this location was very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was very good. Overall, just what we needed on our vacation stop enroute to Idaho Falls.

The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. The room was clean but the carpets needed to be cleaned. The front desk said they have a rotation for cleaning carpets and that my room would be put on the schedule. Easy access to the freeway. Right next from several different restaurants.

First of all the rooms look nothing like the pictures they show. The price said it included fridge and microwave....it doesn't. The tub wouldn't drain and the toilet leaked all over the floor. The pool and spa were disgusting and not even usable. Would not recommend this motel to anyone. Will definitely find someplace else on my next visit. We also […] had to ask several times for replacement towels when they emptied our room on housekeeping and didn't replace them. Mehr

The breakfast was great! There was a variety each day of hot and cold options.

We were disappointed when after calling for a shuttle and being told it would be right there, it arrived 30 minutes later, full of groceries for the following morning's breakfast I'm sure. The driver seemed very friendly, but spoke loudly in his native language on his cell phone for the entire 10 minute drive to the hotel. The hot tub had been closed […] in December due to health violations and was still short of compliance to the required repairs. The gym, however, was clean and well supplied. The complimentary breakfast(s) were very nice, plenty of hot entrees as well as cold cereals and fruits. On one evening, we had a problem with our toilet. I went to the desk & asked for a plunger to clear the problem. I seriously expected the attendant to offer to send someone to remedy the problem but was instead, handed a plunger, but in all fairness, I DID ask for a plunger. The staff were all very cheerful, always smiling, which created a friendly environment. All in all, it is an OK place to stay, but I don't plan on booking there again in the future. Mehr

The Country Inn and Suites was a nice place to stay, it was comfortable, had friendly service, and the full breakfast bar was fantastic. My only complaint was that the mattress was worn out and needed to be replaced. I have slept on better beds in much less expensive motels.

I stayed four nights to visit relatives who live nearby. Our stay was very nice. Very quiet. We stayed on the main floor. Two newspapers (one on weekends) available daily. Good breakfast at buffet. The hotel room was shabby and not very clean. Housekeeping didn't clean during our 2 day stay. The plumbing was horribly backed up in the sinks, shower and toilet. Despite the delicious continental breakfast, I would not recommend this hotel.

My brother and I stayed here during a trip to Salt Lake City to see the Dave Matthews Band at the USANA Amphitheater. The hotel was a convenient distance from the venue, and an easy drive to get there. The hotel staff was all very friendly and helpful. fter reading the reviews and booking this hotel, we knew what to expect. The lobby was homely. We had our little lahsoapsho with us, which they only charged $10.00/day for him . The location is great! there is a great pub called The Puck right behind the hotel. There is also amall about 5 min away. There is alot of resturants within walking distance […] which was great. The rooms were clean, though carpet replacement would be a great investment for this hotel. over all it was clean, the staff were great and the location was fabulous! Mehr

This was a good hotel for the money near the freeway and airports. A good alternative to staying in the pricier hotels downtown. Great for business travelers.

Easy access and comfortable. lot's of chain restaurant nearby

We spent two nights and were very satisfied. Clean, good breakfast, convenient to downtown.

We planned to attend an event at the E Center, which is about 1.5 blocks away, so the location was very good (a strong recommendation, since you can save the price of E-Center parking by walking from the hotel). The room was comfortable and all we expected. The breakfast was also very good, with a few special items prepared which were not expected.

My stay was very enjoyable. The hotel was very close to everwhere I had to be. The service I recieved was very good. My room was very clean and very comfortable. I would recomend this hotel.

Easy access to freeway, less than 10 mins from SLC, quiet.

The beds were comfy and the staff was very friendly.

This room was excellent. I loved the fact that the bedroom with the queen size bed had a door separating it from the little kitchen area and living room. It also had two televisions and the couch pulled out to a bed. Next time I might bring my children too. Plenty of space and the complimentary breakfast had many, many choices. Very nice.
