Hotel staff excellent, especially at front desk and with computer support. Great view of the Niagara River. The room looks great, but lack of cleanliness is showing hotel attention is beginning to wane. Carpet needs deep cleaning; clogged drain in the bathtub creating mildew on the shower curtain and resulting odor ion the bathroom. Vertical closet […] bar (instead of horizontal) made it difficult to see and access your clothes. Location convenient to Niagara Falls and the interstate. Hotel has potential of being a 4-5 star with a little more attention to room cleanliness. Mehr

The rooms were modern and comfortable. I was able to do my laundry in the guest laundry machine and ordered delicious room service. I loved staying here! Only thing is that it's a little further away from Niagara Falls in a weird neighborhood.

Overall I was satisfied with the services but someone dropped the ball and did not give me a requested wake up call. This put me behind on my schedule and was a great inconvenience. In my rush to exit the hotel I left my spare car keys in the room but did not realize this until I had returned home. I contacted the hotel, they were very helpful and my […] keys were mailed to my home, for which I was very grateful. This service made up for the wake up call oversight. Mehr

This was quite a surprise to find such a safe hotel with a very beautiful and clean room. Not quite like any others I have stayed in around the falls. Staff were friendly, lobby was sparkling, the restaurant was great and the price was very reasonable for us and we would stay here again.

Super close to highway access. Beautiful clean new hotel in other wise sketchy area. Comfort level seriously lower due to surrounding area but very clean and hopefully an indicator that area is to be upgraded.

We LOVED staying at Four Points! Very, very good experience!

If you need to stay on the US side, pick this place. New, clean, great staff and close to Niagara Falls Blvd and outlet mall. Sadly, Niagara Falls US is a dump compared to it's Canadian twin town but this place can be considered safe and offers the usual Starwood chain classy decor and service that frequent travellers would appreciate.

The hotel was very conciderite on our late check in at 4 in the morning due to a 9 hour delay from florida .The front desk was above helpfuL and friendly.This is one hotel we will always consider when returning for a overnite jstay THANK YOU...

Overall the hotel was very accomodating. There was a dog on our floor that barked untill 2:30am keeping my 5 year old awake! The next day we had to miss his hockey game that he had at 7:00am because he was too tired. This was the reason why we got a room there, we live in the area and wanted to be closer to the rink, if I would have known there was […] going to be a dog keeping us up I would have NOT wasted the money. Excellent hotel, nice restaurant with good service, and an amazingly comfortable bed!!!

I book the room with view. it was fantastic to see a very peaceful lake. the room is good, despite the annoying fridge noises and the semi-open style washroom (the water basin is outside the washroom). I think this is because the room is so small...so that the fridge just been put in the chest and the wash basin been designed out of the washroom. but […] overall, a delight stay! Mehr

We've stayed in many hotels in Buffalo and the Niagara Falls area and I must say this hotel is by far the nicest one I've stayed at. The surrounding area makes the hotel so deceiving that " Don't Judge a Book by its cover" very true!! I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family who also frequent the buffalo and niagara falls area. The room was bit small, but very clean. Renovation seems done recentley. Location is not exactly Niagara falls.

I would recommed the hotel to those requiring a short stay, but not for stays longer than 2 nights. The room had no dresser drawers for which to unpack your luggage. There was no room mirror, except for the one on the inside of the closet door. The rod in the closet for hanging clothes was vertical rather than horizontal, so it didn't make for ease […] in choosing wardrobe for the day. We had to request more towels each day, althought they were aware there were 3 adults in the room. The hotel is not located in a great surrounding. Hotel was very nice and clean, but the room was a little small for more than two people. A family of 4 would be cramped. Service was great. Room was very nice and clean.

We had to change our plans at the last minute and stay on the NY side of Niagara Falls. We made the change while in the car. It worked out great. The staff felt sorry for us and helped us by accomodating our requests. The in-room whirpool suite was lovely. Right on the river, with view from the whirlpool. Nice hotel and very clean. Great breakfast and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely stay there again.

The only improvement to be done is to lower the noice of air-conditioner.

The hotel was very nice and the view of the river was nice. The only downfall I had was the surrounding area was a little unnerving (especially getting in around midnight). Once inside the hotel was very nice and good service!

Although we ordered a KING and were offered 2 QUEENS, the problem was quickly fixed. The front desk even pointed out that there was a Hockey Tournament staying in the hotel, so they moved us to the 5th floor to avoid the noise...unfortunately there were hockey players on the 5th too, so we were unable to avoid the noise.We were given a room with a River […] view, which was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...clean, comfortable, staff couldnt have been nicer or more accomadating. Mehr

this hotel was fabulous! very modern and up to date, the rooms were nice space and kept very clean! the hotel was located near many restaurants and shopping locations. it was right on the water which made for a great view. they had an on site restaurant with great food and cheap prices. they also have a pool and a 24 hour fitness center.

A bit off the path, about 10 minutes to the falls. But very nice

This hotel is 3 miles from the falls, so a "falls view" room wasn't even possible. The hotel is brand new and apparently the contractor did not feel the need to touch up all the walls, carpet, etc that got dinged up and stained during installation. The tourist info desk in the lobby didn't have ANY brochures so we were on our own to figure out our way […] around. The description online was very inflated and overly flattering. We arrived at midnight. The hotel was lovely -- clean, comfortable and desk staff was friendly. The surrounding neighborhood is not the type that you would want to take a walk in. If you don't mind getting into your car as soon as you exit, this is a nice place. This was farther from the nearby falls than we thought. It's a drive. The staff was very friendly especially the wait and bar staff in the restuarant. Food was very good. The front desk staff was somewhat helpful but seemed to be not very attentive to people in the lobby looking for information. Room was very clean and neat, hallways clean and neat....beds clean and comfy.

We carefully researched hotels near Niagra Falls since we wanted to spend our money on the US side. We chose the Four Points by Sheraton and were not disapointed, We loved that the restaurant/bar had a waterfront view of the Niagra River. It was a little pricey but the food was excellent. And while on the Canada side we found everything to be VERY […] overpriced!!! We found the staff helpful, and the hotel clean, re-modeled and very nice. Our room was spacious and not tiny like some hotel rooms. We felt the 3-star rating was perhaps low and will probably go up since the re-modeling. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but better than most of the hotel area on the US side. There was not much around the hotel. Mehr

This was a great place to stay. Very close to the falls but much less expensive. The view made it worth extending our stay an extra night. Very Clean too.
