eine bessere Lage kann man sich kaum wünschen. Direkt am Bahnhof Termini, alles super zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war nicht so gut, aber dafür ist Rom ja bekannt. Die Zimmer sehen auf den ersten Blick ganz nett aus. Auf den zweiten sieht man, dass der Zustand, vor allem im Bad, nicht mehr gut ist. Man könnte wenigstent die schimmeligen Silikonfugen […] im Bad erneuern. Aufgrund der Lage kann ich es aber weiterempfehlen. Mehr

Insgesamt waren wir sehr mit der Ausstattung des Zimmers und des Services zufrieden. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Perfekt ist natürlich auch die Lage, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten auch das Glück, ein relativ ruhiges Zimmer zu bekommen, sodass man mit geschlossenen Fenstern problemlos schlafen konnte. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Der Standard des Hotels ist recht gut und es ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen: Busse, Trams und Züge sind gleich um die Ecke im Bereich des Hauptbahnhofs "Termini" zu finden. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb einer halben Stunde Fußweg erreichbar. Deswegen hatten wir es gewählt. Die Wermutstropfen: - Emailanfrage für ein ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten […] positiv beantwortet. Hat aber nicht funktioniert. Beim Check-In war nur noch ein Eckzimmer direkt über einer belebten Kreuzung verfügbar. Sehr schlecht geschlafen! - Uns wurde versprochen: Am nächsten Morgen erhalten wir das gewünschte rückwärtige Zimmer. Tatsächlich aber wusste an der Rezeption Niemand etwas davon. Hotel angeblich ausgebucht. Kein neues Zimmer. Noch eine unruhige Nacht, wieder schlecht geschlafen. - Am 3. Abend bekamen wir ein rückwärtiges Zimmer im 5. Stock. Leider so warm wie ein Pizzaofen, denn die Klimaanlage war defekt! Also Balkontür auf. Die Temperatur wurde erträglich, dafür aber herrschte ein Höllenlärm von zahlreichen Klimaanlagen, Straßenverkehr und ausgelassenen Parties bis zum frühen Morgen. Dritte Nacht sehr schlecht geschlafen! - Reklamation Klimaanlage mit freundlichem Versprechen entgegengenommen, daß der Haus-Techniker verständigt wird. Ergebnis: Klimaanlage wurde nicht repariert, ein anderes Zimmer gab es auch nicht. Wieder eine sehr unruhige Nacht wie zuvor, diesmal aber noch angereichert mit einigen Moskitos. Fazit: Einige Stiche und vierte Nacht sehr schlecht geschlafen! - Für die fünfte und letzte Nacht bestanden wir auf einem Zimmer mit funktionierender Klimatisierung. Wieder nur verfügbar über der verkehrsreichen Kreuzung, allerdings etwas gedämpft durch Lage im 5. Stock. Wir nahmen es notgedrungen. Raumtemperatur laut Anzeige 28°C. Ließ sich nicht verstellen, da die Klimaanlagen zentral von Rezeption gesteuert werden. Ergebnis: Mittelmäßig geschlafen. Letztendlich: Rom ist ein sehr lohnendes Ziel. da wir eigentlich nur zum schlafen im hotel waren, ist das hotel zum gezahlten preis okay. wir hatten ein zimmer zum innenhof (10x10m) im 5.stockwerk - leider war der geruch nicht zu ertragen und eine kuehlung war nur mit der klimanalage moeglich. fruehstuecksbuffet fuer 10Euro (falls nicht direkt gebucht) lohnt sich! es gibt brot, schinken, speck, […] kaese, ei,.. getraenke: saefte, kaffee, tee, sekt der hauptbahnhof ist in gehentfernung. von den busshuttels die am hauptbahnhof ankommen laeuft man ca. 10 minuten ans hotel. richtung colosseum laeuft man dann nochmals 15Minuten leider haben wir ein nicht so sauberes zimmer erwischt. haare auf dem boden und an den handtuechern. nochmals wuerde ich nicht in dieses hotel gehen Mehr

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben gute Insider-Tipps bekommen,z.B Märkte und Eisdielen.... Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war etwas mürrisch und teilweise auch unfreundlich. Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof waren viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Sauber, zentral, günstig und nettes Personal.

Wie in den meisten Beurteilungen handelt es sich um ein zum Stadtzentrum günstig gelegenes Hotel (vom Taxifahrer nicht als solches erkannt) zu noch angemessenem Preis. Unser Zimmer war hinsichtlich der Geh- und Abstellfläche äußerst beschränkt, die Klimaanlage nicht selbstständig regulierbar (dies erfolgte zentral über den Empfang). Die Lärmbelastung […] war gering und die Sauberkeit / Wäschewechsel zufriedenstellend. Das Frühstück war bescheiden, kann aber trotzdem den Beginn des Tages erleichtern. Mehr

Das Hotel liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof gelegen. In der Nähe sind Bus und Metrostationen. Das Hotel liegt nicht an einer Hauptstrasse, deshalb auch ruhig.

...und einer wunderschönen Dachterrasse folgende Kritik: Keine Antwort auf meine Mails bez. early check-in oder late check-out wie angeboten. Nach der Ankunft kein early check.in mehr möglich, da zu wenige Zimmer. Erstes Zimmer bezogen, TV funktioniert nicht, Zimmer ist winzig trotz 600 EUR für 4 Nächte, air condition funktioniert nicht. Nicht nach […] 15 Minuten, wie versprochen, sondern nach 50 Minuten kommt ein weder englisch, noch deutsch, noch italienisch sprechender Mitarbeiter, drückt 10 Minuten an beiden Geräten herum und erklärt mir danach, dass das eigentlich überhaupt kein Problem sein kann. Hinunter zur Rezeption, selbe Aussage (just because there is no TV and no AC they see no necessitiy to do something). Nach unfreundlichem Druck dann doch ein Zimmerwechsel, Zimmer ist noch kleiner. Lift ist immer besetzt und so langsam, dass beim Essen gehen ein Zeitpolster von 20 Minuten eingeplant werden muss. Das "English Breakfast" für 15 EUR extra pro Person ist eine verkrustete Eiermasse, nicht gegrillter Speck und Wiener Würstel. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön, jedoch kein Pool wie in der Homepage behauptet, sondern 2 kleine Jaccuzzis. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut, die Bedienung auf der Dachterrasse sehr nett, der Rest des Personals eine Zumutung an Unwillen und Inkompetenz. Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu erreichen. Da es direkt am Termini liegt, war dies auch möglich. ABER: Extrem unfreundliches Personal (keine Begrüßung, keine Verabschiedung), die Klimaanlage ist so laut, dass man auf keinen Fall schlafen kann (ebenso die Straße, daher hat es kaum Unterschied gemacht, ob die Klimaanlage […] überhaupt an war). Auskünfte im Hotel waren eine Katastrophe: Wir sollen doch am Bahnhof fragen, wann der Flughafenzug fährt. Wir wurden zum Shoppen in eine Straße geschickt, in der es keine Shops gab. Die U-Bahn war für ein Monat gesperrt, die Hotelangestellten wussten nichts davon. Das Frühstück war für 10 Euro wirklich sehr dürftig. Fazit: Der (kalte) Whirlpool, der Ausblick am Dach und die Lage sind die einzigen positiven Dinge, die man über dieses Hotel sagen kann. Für was mann zahlt kann mann nichts sagen. Hotel staff versucht alle richtig zu machen. Jacuzzi's und aussicht vom Dach sind Super.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Roma Termini entfernt. Aussen ein sehr altes Gebäude, innen aber ein sehr komfortables und schönes Hotel.

Gutes Hotel für eine Städtetour. Nahe des Hauptbahnhofs Termini. Das Frühstück kann nicht gelobt werden. Brot vom Vorabend, Ananas aus der Konserve und Pulver-Fruchtsaft. Aber naja, dafür kann man in Italien ja andere Köstlichkeiten zu sich nehmen :o)

No air condition, temperature was 28C in the room

The hotel was fine. The problem was the location. We were close to the train station. so that might be a good thing, but we were not close to the sites and the nightlife. So we did a lot of walking and taking the subway. If i were to do it again I would definetly stay in a different area. Near the train station is a bit shady and loud. The people at […] the front desk weren't helpful either. We asked for a restuarant suggestion in the area and they said eat in trastevere which is the opposite side of the city. They couldn't even think of one nearby. But we did eat at one close by that we loved. La Galleta Bianco(The white Chicken) great Place to eat!!!! Mehr

Enjoyed my stay, the location is very good, the hotel is a walking distance from most of the sights. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and best of all the service was very friendly. The breakfast got a bit boring after eating the same things several mornings but it was much better than expected and a good start to a day. The noise from the street […] might bother someone during the night. But all in all a very nice hotel, would recommend it to everyone. Mehr

The room was bigger than expected and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel since it was close to all forms of transportation.

The best thing about this hotel is its location - so close to Termini station!! The room was very spacious but the bathroom had a shower that was broken. The hotel is pretty clean in general - but the towels were not always very clean - which wasn't a nice thing at all! During our stay, they forgot to vaccum out bathroom floor one day. The restaurant […] was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However, the internet is not free. I would recommend this hotel simply because of its location. Thanks Mehr

This friendly hotel is located in a quiet street near the Termini central station. We arrived too early for check in, but the staff was friendly, looked after our luggage, and had placed it in our room for us when we returned a few hours later. The speak english well. The room was simply furnished, clean, airy, the bathroom looked newly renovated with […] lots of thick fluffy towels. Breakfast was plentiful, with both sweet and salty alternatives. The only minus here was that the staff only remembered to offer us coffe once in four days (it is being served at the tables). but hey, in Rome, you drink espresso standing at the counter in one of the nearby cafes.. All in all, I would gladly go back and stay at the Piram Hotel! Mehr

Hotel located close to airport bus & train terminal, 5 minutes walk. the room is a bit noisy somtime, it depends on your room location/floor (I stayed on 1st floor), receptionists are quite friendly/helpful in general. Room temperature is hard to control, even though I had requested twice, but since March, the room temperature is O.K. room is clean. […] breakfast is o.k. make sure you request your coffee two cups at a time, sometime it will take a while to get your second cup of coffee. Good location, but very small rooms and a good audibility (can hear the neighbours talking). Friendly staff. The AC was not functioning.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Large comfortable room at a very reasonable price. I made use of the wellness/sauna area and had a couple of massages (extra) - very relaxing and a nice service. Friendly, helpful staff who speak excellent English - and who also let me speak my imperfect Italian with them. I had only one meal (pizza) at the restaurant. […] It was, I must say, one of the most awful restaurant experiences I've ever had. I had the feeling that everything, including dessert, was heated up and not homemade. This was not a problem for me as the food was not included in the price and there are lots of places to go nearby. Hotel was very convenient to Termini train station, street noise was normal. Only issue we had was the sound insulation between rooms is not very good. Other than a loud person next door, we were very pleased with the hotel.

Great location, just next to termini. You can get to the hotel easily from airport just by taking a shuttle bus to termini, then walking 500 meters to the hotel.

The location is great, close to the main train station. The hotel is clean. However the service of the staffs are just not as I expected. The lady at the information desk couldn't answer correctly the opening hours of Vatican Museum, which was OK. However, instead of looking up the correct answer using her computer, she quickly gave a wrong answer […] by guessing, 9am to 3pm she said, to dismiss us as quick as possible. (correct answer is: the Ticket Office is open from 9 am to 4 pm. The Museums close at 6 pm.) When the front desk guy was asked how to go to the airport, he asked us to go to the train station and ask the information desk there. Other than those minor issues, I like this hotel... Mehr

The Hotel was fine, but breakast was not what I expected. We were there for a week and every morning the eggs and the coffee were cold. If you are big on these items , do not include breakfast with your stay.

The heating system was hard to regulate. Location and general conditions at the Hotel were good to excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and responded well to all requests. I don't know if I would rate it a four star. The hotel was surounded by mainy small good resturaunts. It was an excellent bang for the buck.

It is located near the central station. So it is good for exploring the city. But the service that the staff offer is quiet bad!! Not cooperative: We got a freezing cold room and the gut at the reception refused to change it before his cheif came the next day!! The furniture is uncomfortable, beds are hard and too small for two persons!! Second visit to this good value hotel in very convienent position for transport links. Helpful staff,easy walk to good restaurants and shops. Small bar and restaurant on site. Roof garden not open at this time of year.

I want to complain about internet at the piram hotel. It has not free wifi !!!!

I was very disappointed with the hotel comfort. The description states that is was a 4 star hotel, but in reality I would give it 2 stars maximum! The room was very small with old and broken furniture’s, not to clean either. The air conditioning was set up for a temperature of 25 without possibility to change that! At night was way too hot. The receptionist […] was rude and not helpful and overall I had the feeling that she hates everything. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!! Mehr

Good placed hotel near the railway station - the beds were very hard and small toilet but if you could live with this it was a good priced hotel. We did not use the hotel breakfast. Nice and service minded personel who was willing to provide information.

We asked 4 times to get water from bide and to wash our hands and face on basin. . Only a little stream to clean our teeths. Only shower was working. We stayed there 14 days. Anybody didn`t repair them. It is unbelief. . Never stay again in your hotel.

The Welcome Piram hotel is very close to the Terminal and the bus station, so it's convinient to all the sites who want to see. The room was large and clean, the staff in the reception and in the restaurant was very helpful, but no many options for the breakfast or the dinner, if you have half-board and this was the only negative in our stay. Good Room. With Air conditioning. But, no Heater. Not so sophisticated living. This can go onto a 3star or 2star hotel type. Definitely not a 4start. The service is really good. And the breakfast is good as well. I went there during an offer period. Otherwise I feel it is expensive for this type of room.

The hotel is just a minute away from railway station. The district is rather cheesy, but all in all it was safe even in the evening. It is great to plan your trips to Florence (which is just 1,5 hours away) or to other cities since the hotel is so close to the station. Yet again, you get to the place from Fiumcino airport in no time using a train. By […] foot it takes 20-25 minutes to get to Piazza Venezia, 25 minutes to Borghese Gallery. Using buses is convenient: to get back to the hotel, you take the one with TERMINI (name of the railway station) sign on the display. The room was good, but on Sunday night there was a lot of shouting and partying around and the concierge could not help it. Breakfast is quite good, though simple. Mehr

This hotel is extremely well located, only a couple short blocks from Rome's central railway station, Termini. It was very clean and had everything one needs, but it's old, has some maintenance issues, and staff appear to be a bit overwhelmed. When I first used my key to get into our room, the door handle fell off in my hand! It took a maintenance man, […] a bell hop, and the hotel manager, together, over an hour to get our TV to work. All was eventually sorted out, but a bit inconvenient. Always a long wait at the desk, as people all seem to have issues needing resolution. the hotel is in convenient location. the staffs are friendly. The room is average but clean. the only thing really sucks for me is the internet. it's expensive and it didn't work in the room. I had to go into very noisy and cold lobby using it and the speed was super slow.

stayed for 3nights in a double standard bed room, It wasn't comfortable at all, there was no wardrobe where to put the clothes, the window was really small and it is was inside the building, you can see outside !! The staff wasn't helpful , we've asked for informations about restaurants and places to celebrate the new year but they didnt help.

Not that great.

Piram looks nicer than it is. Room shares a wall with another rooms bathroom and you can hear everything that goes on. Someone coughed all night in the adjoining room which made sleeping a challenge. When checking out we complained to the clerk and all they would do is say "sorry." Find another place to stay in Rome.

I recommend the hotel, the price is worth it and excellent location. Great staff and confort.
