Das Hotel liegt etwas zurück gesetzt an der Hauptstraße und hat den heruntergekommenen Charme eines Motels wie aus dem Hollywoodfilm. Die Umgebung und der größere nicht wegbekommene Blutfleck an der Badtür weckten dementsprechend eher Fantasien in der Kategorie Thriller als zum romatischen Klassiker. Wir konnten dann aber doch gut schlafen. Der Empfang […] und Service war extrem nett, was den teilweise fehlenden Comfort wett machte. This hotel is really dated. The closet is tiny, no iron or board available in room, and a musty smell and funky tasting water rounded out the room experience. The location was convenient, but when we checked in, our key cards didn't work. After returning to the front desk, we could access the room that night, but again the next morning, the key cards […] didn't work again. While no big deal, it was inconvenient to have to have these refreshed twice that first day. We stayed in this hotel 3 years ago, and nothing had changed, and that might not be a good thing as an update is seriously needed. Finally, breakfast was fine, but featured no protein sources, just donuts, muffins, waffles, and cereal, making it impossible to make a healthy choice. When we visit Burlington again, we won't be staying here. Mehr

Wow. I would not recommed this hotel to anyone. And at that price. They neeed to tear it down and start over. Nothing really good to say about it. Love Burlington and Middlebury Vermont.

Young man at counter was rude in the morning when i tried to serve myself for continental breakfast though a couple was sitting there eating. he put the food away after i got my juice.

Very dirty room filled with smoking smell despite the fact we ordered a non-smoking room. The bed was very uncomfortable and the staff very unfriendly.The surrounding area has nothing.

While the hotel was definetly old, the room was fine for the price except for cold air gushing through outside entrance to room and the room key could not be used in that door either. Evening front desk staff were very friendly and helpful while the staff in the morning bordered on rude and condesending. Free breakfast area was not the cleanest and […] vending machines were not stocked. Perhaps the employees should give the management/owners training in Customer Service. Price is not everything, will upgrade next time to a better hotel because of the management's attitude over printing a single page for a guest! Mehr

We booked this hotel last minute. The rate was great, plenty of free parking, and the place was clean and tidy. The breakfast was not the best, bagels, stale muffins and coffee/juice/tea. My only complaints were our room was by the front desk and the fire door, so every time someone went through we heard the door close. And they use the room right next […] to the front desk for their (staff) personal stuff, so they were going in there all night. The toilet was loud when flushed, really really loud. The windows open and have screens so that was really nice. I would go again, just request a room away from lobby area. Mehr

The hotel is very run down. Lights in room not working, sink constantly running, beds on plywood type of stand with lovely brackets that extend 3" out, just enough to get you in the shin. Do not count on a wake up call to get you moving and to the airport on time....our call never arrived. Luckily I had set an alarm on my phone. Great price for the location of this motel. Same exit as The Olive Garden, KMart and other shops. Continental breakfast was provided. Hotel in need of renovations but would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was convenient for what I needed, a one day stay near Burlington VT, I thought the front desk guy was strange, stared me down going in and out. The bathroom was perfect, but the room was run down. All in all, ok!

Didn't enjoy our stay at this hotel. Front desk male knew nothing about the area. There were only a few tv channels that came in. It was not an enjoyable stay and I did not like the service of the people at the front desk. WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although we did not spend many hours here, we were on a business trip, we were amazed at how quiet it was here. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as we were invited elsewhere. The bathroom was immaculate which is where I personally rate rooms... So clean I actually took a bath! I would stay again. Not a four star but definaty ok

Went there for Black Friday!! Close to everything, very clean and loved being on the bottom floor. It made it so easy to load up all our parcels!

Nothing special, just your run of the mill hotel on a road in Burlington with a ton of other hotels.

would love to have a better quality bath towel.

The hotel is far enough off the road that you don't hear the traffic. It has a meadow behind it with picnic tables to use. Very nice deck to use overlooking the meadow. Clean, quiet, & affordable. Very nice breakfast. Definetly would stay there again.

Hotel location is very good, close to everything. Rooms were comfortable, & breakfast was ok. Staff were nice & friendly. Would recommend my friends & family.

Hotel in need of reburbishment. Bathroom clean but needed redecorating. Stains on walls. Location on ground floor not good. windows locks not good, easily accessible for break in. Located at back of hotel with separate access no need to pass reception. Noise easily traansferred between floors. We experienced a lot of noise from above. Hotel was clean and the location was ok. Th e check-in clerk was a testy old biddy. She would not check anyone in before 1 pm exactly. She was too busy to busy to fuss with some old customer. Acceptable for price. Nice location in Shelburne (only about 5-10 mins from Burlington. You get the minimum. Printer for the computer did not work. Front desk personnel a little rough. Breakfast minimal but price was good.

Hotel is in good location close to Sherborne Museum. Not far from Burlington centre.

Happy with this place in almost every respect, and don't understand why they charge so little. Reception staff seems helpless to correct problems (but we didn't have any) and the free morning OJ was not great, but otherwise we were absolutely delighted.

the staff was very accomodating and very friendly, tis an older days inn and I do not think it was worth the price we paid per night regardless of the location or time of the year. Bathroom door was not easily closed as it appeared to be warped and the access to rooms through the hallway was not easy to take in luggage or coolers.

The people working were very nice . The room was clean . Breakfast had a good variety . The outlets in the room need to b fixed . Two of the lights didn't wrk, then I realized the light wasn't plugged in so I plugged it in and yeah I got zapped . But other than that I would totally stay here again. My daughter and I had a good time .

Location is very good for checking out the area. Very good value.

As a business traveler, I stay in hotels approximately 150 nights per year, varying from $60 - $260 per night. The Days Inn was at the lower end of that and yet, the room was great, huge number of cable TV channels, flawless wireless internet and a business center (one computer) with a color printer (very rare in hotels). The back deck and lower level […] area backed up to a pond and rural area, allowing you to forget you were only 10 minutes from downtown Burlington. Mehr

Air conditioner was very loud and could only go on or off since fan on option didn't work. Either too cold or too hot all night - frustrating! Our attempts at sleep was constantly interrupted and totally unsatisfactory. Air equipment was not appropriate and not adequately maintained. Desk clerk specifically directed us (seniors) to the rear parking […] lot requiring us to walk up stairs to our room. We then discovered that our room was only two doors from the lobby desk without requiring us to use any stairs. There is no elevator. Ample parking was available in front. Very inconsiderate and ignorant as well as being dismissive of seniors having to lug suitcases up the stairs. Mehr

Had first floor room with French doors opening on to parking lot, made unpacking very easy. Door made of glass panes but had good heavy curtain and automatic deadbolt. Pool is nicely surrounded by high shrubs and looks nice though I didn't go in. Breakfast is simple, 2 kinds of cereal, milk, tea, coffee, juice, bagels, muffins, fruit, but there's plenty […] of everything and the area is very clean. Room was very clean, aircon was great, couldn't hear a thing despite busy road being quite close. The hallway carpet and ceiling tiles are very old and worn and the baseboard tile in the bathroom was a bit dusty but other than this the cleanliness was beyond reproach. Bed very comfy with plenty of pillows, smooth sheets. The front desk has discount passes to Shelburne Museum, I noticed. I would recommend this hotel for a visit to the Shelburne area. Mehr

Affordable, clean hotel on a less busy stretch of Shelburne Rd. Rooms in back look out onto quiet green space. Skipped the free breakfast.

Rooms were ok, could use some updating relatively clean and close to downtown Burlington. They could use some new pool towels too.

I stayed here with my boyfriend when we went to the Burlington Brewer's Festival. The hotel was clean and everyone was very nice. The location was about a $20 one way taxi ride to the center of Burlington, so I wouldn't recommend staying here if you intend to use taxis a lot. The hotel was good for the price.
