Das Hotel ist zweckmäßig, die Zmmer sind auber und komfortabel ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine Zimmer im achten Stock mit Falls view. Allerdings sieht man nicjt mehr als die aufsteigenden Wasserwolken, die eigentliche Waserfälle sind durch Bäume verdeckt. I was very satisfied with the hotel. My room was very good, clean and comfortable. The location is great if you are attending a convention in the Scotia Bank Convention center and is a few minutes walk from the falls view casino and is just above the falls for sight seeing. This hotel is very conveniently located to everything Niagara Falls has to offer. It was also reasonably priced, but there is an additional charge for parking.

We stayed there as we had tickets to see Sugarland(band), at the Fallsview casino. I booked it on line as the price was right!

Price was reasonable, but be ready for the $13.50 CAD additional parking fee once you arrive. The room was typical Comfort Inn quality. Clean and nice but not 5 star. Don't waste money on Fallsview side because you mostly see hotels. The biggest problem was the breakfast. The worst Comfort Inn breakfast I've ever had. Waited in a long line for the small […] overcrowded breakfast room. Cold eggs and sausage. Broken waffle maker. Overall a nice hotel, but don't choose this place if it's for the breakfast. Went to Niagara to visit the casino, very well located, right across the street but $12/night for parking was a little steep for this 2 star hotel. The breakfast is a joke, you might as well spend the few dollars to get a real breakfast somewhere. The pool was nice, the internet did not work and the building had a tacky decor for being rather newly […] built. Price was good and rooms very clean and beds comfortable. Don't make it the main focus of your stay in Niagara, just a place to sleep Mehr

Excellant Location, Staff was friendly and helpfull

I was extremely satisfied with the staff when we registered. We had trouble logging into the WIFI network and one of the staff was extremely helpful in trying to connect our service. The beds were not as comfortable as we have had while being registered in this hotel previously.

I had a great stay, but I would recommend the higher floors over looking the main strip but you don't really see the falls....for the price and location you can't complain great place to stay ill be going back

Hotel was close to restaurants and attractions. The free breakfast was very basic. The room was very small and we had to wait out in hallway until other guests finished. It still is worth it if you are traveling with small children due to the cost of dining out. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was very nice with lots of tables and chairs […] however the hot tub was very dirty. The location is within walking distance to Clifton hill and the falls. Parking was not included but due to tourist traffic and the proximity of attractions, you can get around easily on foot. The price was right and I would certainly stay at this hotel again. Mehr

I paid extra to see nothing. I'm not happy at all, only a partial view actually i would say 20% view of the fall.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn near Fallsview on New Years day. The staff was very accomidating with early check ins. The biggest problem which was tough to deal with was the noise! The walls are extremly thin and you can hear every single conversation from ajoining rooms. It made it very difficult to get any sleep because of this major issue. […] I would not recommend this location based on the noise caused by thin walls. Mehr

I was in Niagara Falls for a quick trip to see a friend. It was a nice room that was centrally located and the staff was very knowledgeable as well. There is even a restaurant in the same parking lot. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Had a problem with check in....the manager left me standing for 20 min while he dealt with other issues...was not impressed because the other girl working checked in 3 people while I stood there.

The only complaint I have is the noise coming from the restaurants on either side of the Hotel. The Brazilian had loud music one night and the next night it was Vinny's.

good location, room clean but a few things to consider - 1)breakfast, which is included, is served in a small room that only holds 30 people and you are not allowed to go in and take things back to your room...so, even when the hotel is not busy, you may have to wait in line to go and get your free breakfast...we gave up after 10 minutes. 2)parking,..you […] have to pay separately for parking - common at Niagara Falls, just something to be aware of 3) hot tub and pool area - no towels and hot tub needed cleaning. Nice Hotel clean though make sure you do not get room 101 it is next to a Restaurant that plays drums so it is very loud if you need to go to sleep before 12:00. Otherwise it is clean and nice staff.

not bad but did not recieve the room with jacuzzi that was promised by hotels.com

The hotel was almost perfect for the price. The only one, but significant deficiency: THERE WAS NOTHING TO HANG YOUR CLOTHING. You could fold your foldables into a drawers of chest. But there was no closet, not even simple hooks on a wall, to hang anything.

I thought that the hotel location to the attractions was great. We were surrounded by some expensive hotels but never felt that we were at a disadvantage at all. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The deluxe continental breakfast was not deluxe at all. This was one of the plainest breakfasts I have ever expereinced, and I have stayed in a variety […] of hotels accross the globe. For me this was a let down, however there were other choices near by, thanks to ihop and the all you can eat breakfast bar. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings but the maintaince of it needs to be improved. A guest had an injury at the pool side and left a trail of blood. It took over 45 minutes for the hotel to clean up the spliiage, which according to my standard (being in the medical profession) this was not good and certainly not in accordance with health and safety. Otherwise our stay was satisfactory and for the price I would consider staying there again but without the breakfast deal. Mehr

Spa room was cramped. Location was so-so. Overall after staying the area a few days there are better choices.

If you've ever stayed in a hotel suite, you most likely had a front room with a fold-out sofa and at least one separate bedroom. Therefore, you would expect a very similar experience the next time you book a suite. Right? Right! Unfortunately, that is not what I got at Comfort Inn Fallsview in Niagara Falls Canada. Their "suite" was a smaller-than-average […] 3-star hotel ROOM, granted, with a foldout sofa next to the bed. Moral of the story, "BUYER BEWARE!" and ask the right questions prior to booking. It's not that there was anything inherently bad with the room. It was the expectation of something more than what I actually got. Oh, and the hotel staff had to go on a scavenger hunt just to get me a couple pillows, sheets, and blanket for the foldout sofa. After the initial shock of the "suite that was a room", I focused on enjoyning my time outside the hotel. A message to Comfort Inn: If it's not a suite, then don't call it a suite! Cheers! Mehr

Hotel lobby and outside look nice location is ok hallways were abit dirty elevator is tiny ,2 adults with bags is tight, room was 502 the "canadiana suite" jucuzi tub in room, no falls view, the "suite" was a regular room with a queen bed and an old jucuzi tub with broken tiles around it a table and chairs crammed into a corner that had to be moved […] to get into bed bathroom was tiny toilet seat was falling off when filling the jucuzi it sounded like an airplane was landing when the jets were on it wasn't much quieter not exactly relaxing, had private balcony with broken tiles on the floor and a view of the roof below covered in garbage and cigarette butts, furniture in room was old and pretty worn rips in the chairs etc, bed was uncomfortable nothing was really good about this stay worth the extra money to stay in the embassy suites across the street won't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else Mehr

The hotel is well situated one block from the shoe horse falls. However, the hotel is one of the worst hotel I've ever stayed. Carpets are dirty, they have a second section with no elevator or facilities for the disable. Parking is additional $12 per day plus tax. Breakfast is provided but is in the basement. the breakfast room only fits about 15 people […] so you have to wait 5-15 minutes before you can get a seat. Mehr

Parking is too expensive, and it should have been included. Breakfast is not up to par.

We paid an upcharge for the advertised fallsview and we did not get the view of the falls. It was our 25th. If you decide to stay here save the upcharge disappointment and walk to the falls instead or book at another hotel with a real view.

The place is close to tourist attraction like marineland, maid of the mist etc... The quality of service is great. I requested 2 pillows and they bring it right away. I'm only dissatisfied to free breakfast. Only few tables available and you need to wait for others to finish and the food is only breads, coffee, juice, water, fruit cocktail and cold […] hard boiled egg. But u can eat across the street the breakfast is only 5.99$. Mehr

Comfort Inn was great! The view was great. The room was perfect. Everything about this hotel was great, with the exception of the ice/ vending machines located only on the first floor while I was staying on the 7th floor.
