La Quinta Inn & Suites Cincinnati Airport/Florence - Florenz

Traveling north the day before Thanksgiving, tried to find a place halfway to my destination. I had stayed at this particular hotel before and had a good experience. Didn't arrive to the hotel until 2:30am because of a late start. I was surprised to be woken up at 8:30 am from housekeeping! I was not able to get back to sleep. While checking out, I […] told the front desk what happened, and the told me that I should have had the do not disturb sign up. After I explained that our room did not have one, they only said, "I'm sorry" Not good enough in my book. They should have provided some sort of reimbursement for the gross lack of courtesy to it's patrons. I will not return. Mehr

I travel extensively for business & pleasure.....when I travel with my dogs I stay at La Quinta's and this property is one of the BEST!

This hotel is over priced for not putting any maintenance into their rooms! I could have paid less & got a clean looking bathroom at least! One of my biggest "pet-peves" is a bathroom that looks yuky! The hotel staff was very nice & accomodating, however, but the bathroom was a dealbreaker for me as it had chipped paint, mold & mildew growing in the […] caulk areas of the tub, the flooring was hidious looking & did not look like it could be easily sanitized for a bathroom? I disliked that the sink was outside of the bathroom, meaning you would have to use the bathroom & put germ on the bathroom door knob if you can lean over the tub to wash your hands, to come to use the sink?? I had to debate to take a shower or not & his is not cool so I am not recommending this one for this reason, but if a yuky restroom does not bother you, or you feel you may luck up & get a clean looking bathroom, the friendly staff may win you over with this one if this is more important to you then a clean looking bathroom?? nice location to downtown festivities. the bathroom was not stocked, that was the only complaint.

This hotel is close to the interstate, and boy can you hear it! Also, the floors appear to be made of cardboard, as you could hear every footstep of the guests in the room above. Otherwise, the room was very clean and nicely appointed, though the bathrooms, though clean, were a little low-rent. It would be nice to have a trash recepticle in the bathroom as weel as the room itsef.

My husband and I always stay here whenever we are in town for a football game and in this case it was for a concert and a football game. We are Bengal's season ticket holders and stay here often. We have never had a problem and the rooms are always so comfortable. However, this stay was a little excting. The fire alarm went off around 1:30 a.m. and […] as everyone was leaving their rooms to exit the building my husband and I decided that it might be a false alarm and we called the front desk. I tried calling five times, without an answer and finally on the sixth time I was informed that it was a false alarm. I then had to go into the hallway and inform other traveler's who also not get through that it was, thankfully,a false alarm. About fifteen minutes passed and the alarm was still going off, so I stepped into the hallway and the stench of smoke almost knocked me down. I immediately panicked, as did my husband. We dressed and and intended to exit the building when we bumped into the manager who told us that it was still a false alarm that someone had just burned some popcorn. The cops can a little while after. In the end, everything turned out fine, just a few hiccups along the way. Mehr

Based on the area and the surrounding hotels and the reviews given on hotels.com I would have expected a great experience at this hotel. WRONG. Terrible experience, would not stay again, would not recommend to ANYONE. - room not ready, messy, beds unmade - hotel staff practically non-existent, unhelpful, completely unaware of rooms that were ready […] vs.not and which rooms were occupied - not cheap. if this were a budget motel shame on me, you get what you pay for. what we paid was comparable to the other hotels in the area and only a few bucks cheaper than the Homewood down the street. overpriced and under delivered experience. The La Quinta was very comfortable. The beds were the best hotel beds I have seen in a long while. The free breakfast was excellent, except there was a never ending line to the waffle iron. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. Everything was very clean. we plan on staying again.

et trivelig hotell,som fortjener mere enn 2 stjerner. Vi satte stor pris på det stor luftige dobbeltrommet. Bassenget med jacuzzien var også noe som var godt å tilbringe noen timer i etter en sliten reise. Frokosten var enkel men god. Veldig behagelig med transportservice til og fra flyplassen.
