The room was clean, easy to get to, and simple. The wireless access from the ipad my wife and I brought was fast enough to stream anything we wanted to watch, and there was quick access to parking despite some work being done to repair what looked like tornado damage. The only drawback is that we were right by the elevator, and other guests are not considerate of their kids' volume. Not a hotel issue though, more a poor parenting issue. Mehr

great location, great value for the price, kids loved the pool, free breakfast, all around great place.

It was OK. There was a huge spider crawling on the bed, however! Difficult to sleep after that!! Room doors slamming was a problem too.

The hotel staff was very courteous and the rooms very clean the beds comfortable and the bedding was exceptional. The continental breakfast area was clean the the choices were great as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting clean comfortable rooms.

I was shocked to find that My wife and I was placed on the first floor. Usually when we book through hotel.com we are stuck on a 4th or 5th floor. Perhaps this was Branson slowest season. However, we where very well pleased with the first floor room and the wonderful free breakfast.

The hotel and locations were fine, beds comfortable and the lady in the morning breakfast room was so very kind and helpful. Only complaint was the guests in the room above, had "heavy" feet and heard that noise until he retired. Otherwise a great stay.

Stay was great, clean and friendly. The breakfast bar was not stocked at 8:00 or 10:00.

Very nice place. Outstanding breakfast!! They had alot to choose from and it was all very good. My one complaint are the room doors. They have pneumatic closers on them (similar to school doors). The doors are heavy and the doors fully release to close too far from the frames. All of he doors slam loud and hard all day and night!! Very annoying, particularly […] if your neighbor keeps the lock latch open to keep the door ajar so people can get in and out easily. SLAM, SLAM, SLAM. Might want to adjust the automatic closers or use better frame pads to muffle the noise (and use a pad for the lock latches too!) Mehr

This hotel is pleasant enough for the price. I do wish they offered a fridge in the rooms b/c we have a little who drinks a lot of milk, but oh well. Staff is friendly. Breakfast offers a pretty good variety. The indoor pool is a tad small but at least it is indoors and can be used all year.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We were on our way to our grandson's wedding and wanted a quiet place before descending on the family. It was terrific. Great breakfast friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly, the room was nice, clean and fairly updated, but I think the pool and pool area could use a little update as well as providing refrigerators in the room. The breakfast stunk

The hotel was very convenient especially to the Osmond Theater. Our beds were so comfortable and the pillows so fluffy. Their continental breakfast is great. Its just an all around good hotel.

We did fine hair in our bath tub.Also, the tub drained very slowly, but after leaving a note it was fixed.
