Das Hotel in der Nähe Piazza Garibaldi ist eine Oase in der lauten und quirligen Bahnhofsgegend. Innen ist vor allem der Treppenaufgang und Aufzug eine Augenweide. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht besonders groß, aber schön eingerichtet. Modern und alte Mauern geschickt kombiniert. Das Bad war groß und schön. Das Leitungswasser etwas muffig, aber wahrscheinlich […] liegt das an Neapel. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig, mit viel Obst, Kuchen und auch Wurst, Käse und Eier/Bacon im 6. Stock mit toller Dachterasse. Der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielleicht sollte man in der Lobby außer der italienischen noch eine englische Zeitung anbieten. Fernsehprogramm mit einem deutschen Sender und mehreren englischen war auch ok. Die Intenet-Kosten 6€ für 1 Stunde sind etwas hoch. Wir haben die Gebühren zunächst 2 mal bezahlt, als wir die Rezeption auf den Fehler aufmerksam machten, bekamen wir ohne Probleme unser Geld zurück. Am besten, erst am Ende des Aufenthalts bezahlen. Sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mehr

Wiederholt gut... eine äußerst zentrale Lage in Neapel die wir sehr zu schätzen wissen... und wir kommen wieder

Wer am Puls dieser besosnderen Stadt fühlen und davon profitieren möchte durch z.B. Shopping-Erlebnisse und das teils chaotische Treiben (was beides sofort an der Hoteleingangstüre beginnt und endet) hierbei auf Sauberkeit und Luxus zu bezahlbaren Preisen wert legt, der wird im UNA Hotel Napoli genau DAS HOTEL finden ! das hotel hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. da gibt es nichts zu meckern. schöne einrichtung und geräumige zimmer der einzige nachteil ist die gegend. das hotel liegt an einer sehr lauten dreckigen straße. nicht unbedingt für junge mädchen geeignet, da dort ein sehr unangenehmes volk rumläuft. was man in neapel beachten sollte, bei den busverbindungen […] nach amalfi, sorrent usw.habe ich noch nie so eine stadt gesehen, wo alles so schlecht ausgeschildert war. ob mit dem bus oder mit der bahn.da kann man sich nur durchfragen sonst kommt man nicht weiter Mehr

Ein sehr gutes Hotel inmitten einer tollen Metropole.Würden immer wieder dort hin fahren. Neapel ist eine Bereicherung und das Essen ist genial.Es gibt zauberhafte Restaurants bei herrlichem Meeresklima. Wunderbar. Einfach geniessen.

Location is convenient but not a nice area at all.

Very nice hotel. The hotel is about 5 minutes away (walking) from the train station, which was very convenient. The entire place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Also, they had a very nice breakfast available (free) on the roof.

The hotel is a nice updated contemporary hotel. Location is great for train station access, however, be ready to wear earplugs. The neighborhood is extremely noisy. Busy with cars, businesses and people. Constant horns honking throughout the early morning. Nice hotel just would have preferred another neighborhood.

The ambiance of this hotel is very modern yet warm. Very clean and well decorated. I would definitely stay there again if the location was different. The hotel is close to the train station which is a very slummy and scary part of Napoli. You have to walk quite a distance to get to the nicer area of Napoli.

This hotel is very nice and is conveniently located near the main train station in Naples. Loved everything about the hotel, but the area in and around the hotel is kind of dirty. But then again, the hotel is in Naples! Would definitely recommend this hotel if choosing to stay in Naples.

If you are going to Naples, this is an excellent choice. The staff is very polite and helpful. The city of Naples is dirty and feels dangerous, but this hotel makes you feel far removed from all that is outside. We were too discomforted by our strolling during the day to venture our after dark, so we spent the evening on our wonderful balcony watching […] the traffic in the square and enjoying the view of the mountains. The decor in the hotel is beautiful. The old brick walls are allowed to show through amidst the ultra-modern decor. The room was very clean and nice to stay in. The doors to the balcony completely kept out the noise from the busy intersection outside as well as the light. I highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Naples. Mehr

A lovely hotel right in the heart of Naples. Great location in terms of accessing the historic centre, and rail / bus stations. Our room was modern, stylish and spacious. Piazza Garibaldi is dirty, and not a comfortable place to stay long around however.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are big and the beds are nice. Feels just like a 4 star hotel and other coroprate hotels although it lends itself nicely to other guests as well.

This hotel is new with Wi-Fi and available computers to use. In a very urban area, there is lots of traffic that must be crossed CAREFULLY. The room was a little noisy on the front, but when the windows were closed it was fine. May want to ask for a room in the back of the hotel. The area had good restaurants within two to three blocks. The train station […] was three blocks away. The garbage on the street inn piles, but otherwise no real problems, but we returned to our room by early evening. Mehr

We wanted a room close to the train depot as we were in Naples for just one day and hoping to be able to walk to the hotel with our luggage. This worked out super! The Square between the Depot and hotel is totally under construction and pretty much a dirty mess but we were very pleased to be able to see the hotel from the front of the depot. No problem […] finding it. Our room was very newly done and modern. Satelite TV with CNN in English. Good Wi Fi. Modern Elevator and Free breakfast with Eggs and Bacon on the sixth floor restaurant with access to roof patio. Very nice. Mehr

We stayed at Una Hotel Napoli for three nights. The hotel is very conveniently located in Piazza Garibaldi, near to the main train station and also the bus drop off/pick up from/to the airport. As we also used the Metro and trains to Pompeii and Sorrento, this location was perfect. The area within Piazza Garibaldi is undergoing some major construction […] upgrades, but this did not obstruct the views to Vesuvius and there was no adverse noise effects. You can hear the cars going by in this busy area, but you could not hear this very well with the shutters and windows closed. We had a very nice room on the second floor overlooking the Piazza and Vesuvius, with our own balcony. This was a very nice feature in the room. The bathroom was huge and very comfortable with a great, powerful shower, toilet, bidet and large sink and heated towel rail. The bathroom was also nicely furnished with marble floor and a nice window with shutters. The beds were very comfortable, i prefer a hard matress so this meant i got a very, very good nights sleep. One small criticism was we wanted a queen bed, but got two twins, but we were so delighted with the room and were unsure if our request had been processed, we did not bother complaining or asking if this could be resolved. The room also had a nice modern flat screen plasma TV with a variety of channels, including MTV, BBC World, CNN and Sky sports. The room also had plenty of room for storage, a safe, two chairs and a table and had very good lighting, with bedside lights. The room was very modern and very well furnished with quality finishes on everything. Breakfast was included and is at the restaurant on the 6th floor. The waiters are very friendly, although they were very busy and not always present. The food needed replenishing regularly and sometimes there was a delay, but we didn't exactly go hungry. Reasonable rate and very modern, comfortable, and clean room. Hotel is impressive looking with many amenities. The breakfast on the upper deck was also very impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel, considering the rate and its amenities.

The location was good for our needs. I we were close to the train station for excursions to Mt. Vesuvius and Pompeii, and Sorrento. We didn't explore Naples more than 5 blocks around the hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was old, meaning not updated in many years. It was functional. The setting for breakfast was great on the top […] of the hotel. The food was good except for the scrambled eggs and bacon. The chef really didn't know how to prepare that food item the eggs runny the beacon undercooked for our taste. The location provided some good restaurants within a block of the hotel. The square was dirty being quite a bit of liter around. Something not seen in Pisa, Venice, Rome, or Florence where traveled on this trip. But Naples was charming. It had street bazaar on Sunday that was a delight to shop and be a part of the Italian culture. The hotel had it's bright spots but mainly was functional for what we needed. Mehr

I'm about 30 yrs old, just married. We toured Italy and Napoli was one of our stops. While the city itself is VERY dirty and at times unsafe the Una Hotel was great. If you need to go to Napoli, this is a great place to stay. They are located about 200 meters from the main train station at Girabaldi Plaza. I would never go back to Napoli because the […] city itself was run down...words cannot describe how gross this city was. I'm sure there are some nice areas but OVERALL my recommendation would be to go elsewhere. There was garbage everywhere and dog sh** all over the sidewalks every where we went. The hotel is very centrally located, it was easy to spot from Napoli Centrale and a short walk from there. We were given our room very quickly even though we were early. Theroom was small but had fabulous contemporary decor, the bathroom was also really nice. Even though this was a highly busy location, the room had great soundproofing. Breakfast was […] excellent and so was the service. The only downside was that the airconditioning did not work, we even changed our room but it seems to be a hotel wide issue. We were comfortable despite this and I woulld go back to this hotel if I visited Naples again. Mehr

For those taking a trip to the Amalfi coast or other destination from the port of Naples this is a perfect transfer point. 200 meters from the train station they offer great rooms well above expectation as well as a good breakfast on a fabulous rooftop terrace.

Stay in this hotel at the end of our holiday found the location convienient as it was very close to the train station.Hotel itself was very nice but unfortunately the surrounding area left a lot to be desired.

This hotel is just across the square from the railway station in Naples. Getting over there on foot is tricky due to the traffic, which is worse at the moment due to building and road works. The hotel is modern and clean and has a lovely roof terrace for drinks or breakfast. The receptionist spoke good English and was very helpful. Breakfast catered […] very much for the continental taste, but there was sufficient choice to enable us to find something. We would definitely stay here again as the hotel is just so handy and offers a calm and cool oasis in the midst of the mayhem that is the Piazza Garibaldi. If you get a room at the front of the hotel you can hear the noise outside even with the windowns and shutters closed. Didn't bother us but I suspect it would be too noisy for some. Mehr

We used Naples primarily as a launching spot to visit Pompeii, Sorrento, and the Amalfi Coast, so the location of this hotel was very convenient (5 min walk from the train station -- just across the piazza). The hotel was clean, service was good, and the breakfast was a good continental with some hot food. There is a nice rooftop patio off the bar/restaurant, […] great for breakfast or an evening drink. Nice Hotel. Clean room, good security, courteous staff. Great Breakfast. I think they should make Internet access complimentary and wireless everywhere. I paid 50 Euros to use the Internet for 48 hours. Otherwise, the hotel is in a central location.

In the midst of chaos in Napels, this hotel feels like a hidden resort. Wonderful staff, nice room and the restaurant on the roof had good food and excellent server.

Beautiful hotel. Helpful front desk staff. Conveniently located just near the train station. Unbelievably filthy neighborhood, but that is Naples with all its charm.

We stayed in this hotel one night to bridge between our boat from Capri and our flight the next morning. It's a 15 Euro cab ride to the airport, and we'd suggest that over public transportation. The hotel itself is contemporary and very clean and new, but the area is very sketchy as other people have written. The plus side, is it is really close to […] the famous Naples pizza place, Michaela's. Other than that, we did not feel very safe in the near area. Mehr

Hotel UNA was great!! The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was helpful. Very convenient location - it is very close to the train station.

We had a horrible experience with this hotel for 1 major and 1 minor reason. Minor reason - in room internet does not work with Macs. They know this (though they didn't mention it until I went to the desk for the 3rd time trying to figure out the problem). For a business traveller this is a pain but potentially bearable. The biggest issue was the lack […] of air conditioning in the room. It was cooler in the hallways and often cooler outside than in the room! They supposedly have a room-controlled system but I think it was just a decoy. You can only adjust the temp by 3 degrees in either direction. Which would be fine if the system actually supplied cool air. Air goes on for 1 minute and then shuts off, not enough time to cool down a hot room. After 2 sleepless nights I asked for another room (they hadn't offered this) but it was just as hot. One person at the desk finally said that the system is programmed to only go 4 degrees cooler than the outside temperature. That means if it's 90F (32C), which it was in May, your room at best is 86F (30C). They tried to tell me the temp was fine for them and it was just me. But laying prefectly still in bed with no sheets on and still sweating is not fine. Mehr

Très belle chambre, très propre. Hotel moderne disposant d'une terrasse sur le toit permettant de prendre son petit déjeuner face au Vésuve. Buffet de petit déjeuner copieux. Bien placé, proche de la vieille ville de Naples. Melhor opção de napoli para quem esta a pé. Novo, moderno, limpo, atendimento bom e a localização é ótima, na frente do terminal de trem central. (5 euros de taxi). Ao redor, é napoli (sujo e feito) iguais aos outros hoteis. Não tem estacionamento. Próximo da pizzaria De Michele. Fica no meio de tudo. 10 euros para porto. DUas quadras para estac'ão […] de trem metropolina. Passa muitas linhas de onibus. Melhor quarto de todas as estadias na itália para o preço. Voltaria Mehr

Davanti alla Stazione Garibaldi, con camere di buon comfort (non eccellente) e colazione in un terrazzo panoramico molto gradevole. Personale disponibile e molto cortese. La posizione permette di raggiungere rapidamente tutte le attrazioni di Napoli, con bus e metropolitane. Può prestarsi a critiche, dato che è addossato a due mercati piuttosto "colorati", […] di alimentari e di generi vari (Forcella). Qualcuno può considerarli "invasivi" o "addirittura a rischio". Personalmente li trovo molto interessanti, è gradevole visitarli e vedere cose e prodotti che in altre città non esistono. Mai avuti problemi. Mehr

ホテルの総評としては、すごく良いホテルでした。 ナポリセントラル駅からも近いですし、ナポリ空港からバスに乗り、降りてホテルまで数分の場所でしたので。（※バスアナウンスはないので要注意です※）ナポリ市内に向かうにも徒歩20～30分程度で、道中お店も多く、カフェもありますので、ゆったり街を見て回りたい方にもオススメできるホテルです。また、チェックアウト後でも荷物が預かってもらえるのは本当に助かりました！預けていても荷物がなくなる可能性がある地域、と言われるくらいですが、ヘタな場所に預けるよりホテルならまだ安心ですしね（他よりも「預けた事実なんてない」といわれる心配が減るなぁという意味も含め）。 　　室内も大変きれいで、シャワー（お湯）も問題なく使えるし、トイレも同じくきれいで大変心地がよかったで […] す。室内は煙草は吸えませんが、ベランダで吸えるのも◎。　小洒落た雰囲気の部屋であるのも、日本と違う国に来たな～という実感がわきました。ただ、外の車等の騒音は深夜になっても結構していましたし、朝起きてもうるさかったですが、部屋の窓を閉めたら気になるほどではありませんでしたので、問題ありません。（車は本当にみんなクラクション鳴らしまくり・若干信号無視＋多少（？）無茶すぎる車が多いので、信号を渡るときにはナポリ市民について歩いて、歩くコツを覚えてください） 　　朝食は屋上のレストランでいただけて、天気の良い日はテラスに出て食べれるのも本当によかったです。アメリカンビュッフェスタイルなので、気楽にいただけますよ。 　　すべてにおいて、また泊まりたいなと思うホテルでした。ホテルの方も日本人慣れしていますから、日本語は通じずとも過ごしやすいことには間違いないものと思います。 　　よく、ナポリは治安が…とかゴミも凄いし夜も怖い…と伺いますが、行ってその意味が本当にわかりました。夜１０時にナポリについたので、バス停からホテルまでの間、黒人さんばかりになり歩くのがかなり怖かったです（道路もゴミで溢れているので。。。）。　　ですが、実際私たちは２人で歩いていたのでキャリーを持って歩いていても危険はなく、ナポリにいた３日間無事に過ごせていました。過剰に反応するのはいけませんが、でも荷物等の注意は怠らずに！　また、夜になるとホテル斜め前に移動販売（車）のパニーニ屋さんが来ていたのですが、そこは絶品でした！お隣にもピザ屋さんがあるのですが、それよりもパニーニは本当おすすめします。ホテルに泊まったついでに購入してみてはいかがでしょうか（頼むのに勇気が要りますが。笑） Mehr
