Luxbury Inn & Suites - Maryville

Our room was very well kept and clean and much larger than we expected. A lite breakfast was available with cereal, fresh fruit and donuts. We were driving through, so we stayed one night.

There was plently of eating places and shopping near this hotel. We loved the stay there and would stay there again whenever we are in the area. Definitly would recommend this hotel!!

I brought my daughter the Maryville College to check things out. She will be attending there in the fall. We stayed at the Luxbury for the entire weekend. The rooms were amazingly clean and comfortable. We felt safe and secure. Shopping is withing 1/4 mile. We went away for the day and came back to find the beds made, clean towels and everything tidy. […] We we staying here as our home away from home for the next 4 years to visit our daughter at college. I just stopped by for some rest during a drive, the room was affordable, comfortable and clean. I enjoyed my stay.

Im pleasantly surprised with the Luxbury Inn. The staff was nice. Shopping is nearby, food places are close too. The rooms are spacious. The coin laundry was very good. The Smokies are 30 min away. Maryville TN is a nice historic town. I would defintely stay here again

This was our third stay at the Luxbury Inn in Maryville, Tennessee. We have always found it to be very clean and the staff friendly and accomodating. Convenience is big as it is near any and all shopping and eateries. Affordable and quiet. Will stay again if in the area and recommend it to all. We were very happy with our stay at the Luxbury Inn. The room was very clean and the whole hotel seems to be recently remodeled. Reasonable rates too. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Was greatly impressed with the amenities; kitchenette, separate bedrooms plus pullout sofa. The receptionist was quick to relocate my party to a downstairs room due to mobility issues for my 80-something mother, a very considerate move. I will definitely inquire with Luxbury next road trip to the Smokies!

Definitely a 2-star hotel, but if you're there to just lay your head, it's a good value. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Near wonderful places to motorcycle ride. Spacious. Clean. Don't expect much from the continental breakfast.

After reading numerous & horrible reviews of filth, dirt and generally disgusting condition of the hotels in and around the Knoxville Airport I was extremely concerned as I made my reservation to stay at Luxbury Inn. The property is obviously a converted older motel style property but once in the room I was impressed, no amazed really at the cleanliness […] of the room. And the room was completely odor free (it is advertised as a non smoking property). I would not hesitate to highly recommend it even thought it is probably 10 minutes from the Knoxville airport. An old tired grimey hotel. More geared to the budget constrained 20 year olds.

Like going to Grandma's house...it's kind of out dated by neat & convenient. I would stay there again

This was not a high end hotel, but it was very clean and well organized. The staff was friendly & accomodating. On this note, out granddaughter left her DVD player & discs under the TV stand & the clean up crew found it, turned it in & the office went to the trouble of notifying uswithin 3 hrs. of checkout. The Luxbury Inn & Suites in Maryville, TN, is everything I look for in a hotel: it's CLEAN, it's COMFORTABLE, it's CONVENIENT to everything, and it's CHEAP. Did I mention it's CLEAN???!

Arrived and found the property to be a great place to stay. The rooms were well maintained, clean and very functional. I will stay here again without question

The people were awesome. The place was reasonable for the amenities given. It was clean, well run, great location.

We needed space for 6 and found the Luxbury in in Maryville perfect for our needs. Since the price was so reasonable, we were not surprised that it did not have a hotel lobby or outside recreational space, but the accommodations were comfortable and the price was great. Check in was very easy, parking is right outside your door, there is a pop machine at the bottom of the steps, the rooms are very clean i think they are the cleanest hotel i've ever been in. I will stay there again the next time i'm in town. the kitchen has everything you need other than food. it is located right beside mcdonalds and kfc and the mall […] is right down the road. Overall this hotel is amazing. Its like you have your own apartment. The only thing that was different from the discription i read was the location of the beds. we got a 2 queen bedroom suite and in the picture the beds were in one room but when we got there one was in the livingroom which was fine but you have to go through the bedroom to go to the bathroom which was weird. I was stopping through Maryville to meet with a realtor on my way back to Tampa from spending the holidays with family in Ohio. I was traveling with a dog. Luxbury Inn was they only hotel in town that was pet friendly and absolutely met my needs and was the best value for the money.

Great place, lots more room than most hotels.

The room was very nice and roomy for our family. The only problem we had one night was a group of people right outside our door talking until 2:45 AM. Other than that the hotel was clean and up to date and better than we expected.

The motel is very clean and well kept. It has a very minimal breakfast offering, our room was not cleaned on one day of our stay(we stayed 3 days), and it has no extra facilities such as pool, exercise room, etc. The staff was friendly at check in and check out, and any questions were answered satisfactorily.

This hotel was just what I needed for a golfing trip with a good friend and my 20 year old sons. If there were sheets and pillow for the pullout bed and a recliner, it would have been rated a 5.

Loved the place. Just had one problem with some people staying in room next door. I was told the are living there for now. There were 4 or 5 kids and one parent. They were in and out the door late and night and running along balcony being loud. I did speak to the owners the next day and the second night was a little better. Very nice room for the price. The staff and amenities weren't all that fabulous, but overall, a very nice hotel.

Excellent value for an extended stay suite. Very happy that they cleanded the room each day, unlike some other extended stay hotels. Great place and I would recommend to others.

This hotel was excellent! The staff was really nice and accommodating. Plus, there was plenty of space and ammenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again.

The Luxbury Suites in Maryville, TN was very clean. The room had a small living room and a queen bed. The kitchen was great to make a quick breakfast or just coffee. The only item I needed was an extra blanket which was not in the room.

Nice hotel with very clean rooms. Non smoking rooms, smokers are welcome to smoke outside the rooms and "butt recepticles" are provided. Refriderator, stove, oven, microwave in room. Pots pans too. Would recommend.

Good hotel. About four miles south of the airport, 25 minutes from Knoxville. Suites with full kitchen and pull out sofa. The linens for the sofa bed were not in the unit. We got in late and had to leave early so the young one used her blanket and pillow on the couch. If you are going to use the sofa bed, ask for the linens when checking in. Very clean […] rooms. Quite nice. Only drawback was that it sits behind a McDonalds and a Dairy Queen. You can hear the vehicles in the lines at the drive through. We just made some "white noise" with the television and wiped out that problem. Mehr

A lots of insects (thermites) in the room. I complain, they told me I would have back the amount paied but they were liars because other people lives the same situation and they never give back the money. Air conditioning very noisy. Personel not friendly.

We waren hier van 27 t/m 28 april 2011 (1 nacht). Receptie was in een piepklein kantoortje, waar ook het "ontbijt" te halen was. Het ontbijt stelde echt niets voor en kan ook niet als een "complimentary breakfast" worden beschouwd. Het ontbijt bestond uit een (in een kartonnen doos verpakte) donut, wat bananen, cereals en drinken. Wij hebben hier geen […] gebruik van gemaakt. Tip: zorg voor je eigen ontbijt! We hadden een suite met huiskamer annex keuken (met mega-koelkast met ijsblokjesautomaat/magnetron/koffie-theefaciliteiten/kookmogelijkheid). Verder een ruime badkamer (wij hadden suite voor invalide/niet om gevraagd) en een slaapkamer. We hebben slecht geslapen vanwege een "heatpump", die aan de buitenkant onder het raam staat en de hele nacht stond te loeien. Dus als je licht of slecht slaapt: ander hotel kiezen.Verder leek het erop alsof de suites voor tijdelijke permanente bewoning gebruikt werden. Wij sliepen hier na een dag rijden door de Great Smoky Mountains en dat is goed te doen. Mehr
