nice - good steak house close ( Texas Road House). Hot tub and pool was very nice. Relaxing get away.

Hotel is clearn and nice. The main floor/breakfast area is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is better than adequate. Hotel is located in a relatively new business area.

I think this is a fairly typical representative of the slightly older Hampton Inn designs that you'll find in many parts of the country. My wife and I were just passing through Reno for the evening on the way to California. This is a bit off the beaten path of tourists and visitors, as it's about 7 miles south of I-80 in the middle of an office park. […] There's not a whole lot around, but presumably if you want some excitement in Reno you're already staying at one of the casinos. The room was in reasonable condition, though the mattress felt a little worn. The breakfast selection and quality was a bit subpar. They messed up the way they charged my credit card, but at least the person at the front desk was quick and helpful in correcting the problem when I called back a few days later. Overall, definitely not an amazing stay, but the rate was pretty low, so the whole experience was bland but acceptable. Mehr

Too Far from the strip but it felt safe, clean, and 100% home away from home. Well better than home really!!!!! GREAT STAFF, GREAT BREAKFAST, the hotel even smelled fresh and clean.

This hotel was better than most economical hotels in comfort, cleanliness, and eye appeal. The complementary breakfast had high quality foods that were satisfying.

We stayed in Reno for the first time with our 4 children. The Hampton Inn was such a great place to stay. They treated us so well, the staff was outstanding. The room was great, we were 2 adults and 4 children in one suite, with plenty of space. The cleanliness was outstanding. Truly top notch from start to finish. A bit disappointing that the only protein was egg on Sunday. during the week was OK with bacon or sausage.

the internet connection in the room was horrible...akin to dial up, hotel staff were aware but problem is not resolved; sheets were paper thin - literally see through; room was noisy - could see through a gap in the door. will never stay here again

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent.

the only negative is my error in checking how close to downtown. It wasn't far but I thought it was downtown.

Simple and quiet just what I was looking for on a business trip. Nice variety at breakfast time.

This hotel was so clean, quiet, and modern we just loved it. The breakfast was very good and Leo at the front desk was so helpful, including recommending a restaurant for dinner. I will definitely stay again!

I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of this hotel. I wouldn't think twice about staying again.

Not 5 minutes after checking into our room, the front desk called to make sure everything was to our satisfaction :) The room was spotless and included a microwave and fridge. There is a business center, fitness room, and indoor pool (we found the best time to visit the pool was about 7pm as everyone was at dinner). There was a continental breakfast, […] complementary newspapers, a bag of bagels for people on the go, cookies at the check-in desk. I was very please with our entire stay. Highly recommend! Mehr

What an oasis after a long, long drive! The staff was professional and kind, the room was clean and welcoming and the bed was a huge cloud of softness. Great stay, nice varieties for breakfast, would definitely stay at Hampton Inn again.

Great place for families, but was noisy from kids running in the hall. Staff called to tell us that another room was complaining about us making noise and all we were in bed watching TV. Hotel is in a new area, tucked away by some business offices, not far from shopping malls.

The room was beautiful, staff very accomodating, good breakfast, very close to major highway. Will stay there again when visiting the Reno area.

In Reno for a HS graduation of a grandson. Hampton Inn was the perfect place for our stay, close to relatives and the HS. Excellent service by the hotel staff and the AM breakfasts were great.

We loved our room. It was large enough to sleep 5 comfortably.the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.We enjoyed the breakfast especially the fresh fruit. We would stay here again.

Hotel is located a little off the 'main' stream,but it made for a great escape from the' Reno' life. Wasn't sure about taking a room facing the freeway(noisey?) but thanks to Kimberly's friendly advice, we did, and it was just as quiet as she promised! Overall, a terrific stay at a very nice hotel!And did I mention SMOKE-FREE??? :)

Great location to see doctors with closeby food and restaurants. We were sandwiched amongst high school soccer team students, and heard very little, therefore the rooms must be well insulated.

Had a GREAT stay. Very clean and very friendly customer service. Always helpful and kind.

Great hotel and excellent service. The pool/spa was awesome. Fitness room was fantastic. Breakfast selection was good. The only complaint is that the wireless internet was painfully slow most of the time. If you have kids, try to get one of their suite rooms with a king bed and hide-away bed. We got a free upgrad to one of the suite rooms and with […] two little kids we had tons of room. It was a really nice room. Mehr

Hotel is new, clean, good breakfast, clean pool. We liked it and I would definitely stay there again.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the pull out in our 1st room didn't have clean sheets. We were immediately changed to another room and the staff checked to make sure all was well before she left. The hotel beds and linens are fabulous, but the pull out is unsleepable. Too many wires sticking up (we […] saw this in both rooms), so much so that my 7-year-old son wouldn't sleep there. Fortunately, he was short enough to sleep on the couch once we put the bed back in (but it would not be long enough for an adults). We would stay here again as everything else was clean and comfy. We love this hotel! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful- we had a suite with sofa bed, king bed, mini frig, microwave (they gave us popcorn which our granddaughter loved!) and coffee maker. We had a great time in the indoor pool. The room was very quiet. Breakfast was served downstairs until 10:00, so we had plenty of time […] to sleep in before going down. Food was very fresh and replenished even as late as we arrived. The hotel is away from the casino area, but close enough that you can get there in minutes if you want. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Mehr

We had an enjoyable stay there. The room was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool for a short time but it had a bit too much chlorine for us. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Clean, with very helpfull people.... it was everything i was expecting about the hotel...

the electric waffle maker was a sticky mess and was constantly being scraped clean by the hotel staff. the hot items were not hot, luke warm. the heating elements may be going bad.
