Dies Hotel war insgesamt ein guter Griff. Problemloser Check-In, ein Page bringt die Koffer ins Zimmer, eine Park-ähnliche Anlage rundet den ersten Eindruck ab. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen in Mitten der Ausgansmeile von Kuta/Legian. Der Service im Hotel ist gut und die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmässig - hingegen schlecht schallisoliert. Daher je nach "Nachbarn" etwas lärmig.

We stayed 4 nights in one of the private pool villas with our 3yo daughter and absolutely loved it. While I do consider the villas a little expensive, we honestly could not fault a single thing. This was our 4th trip to bali and we always stay in different places. Great and central location, the security is above average usually at least 3 guards, food […] is beautiful and reasonable and service above and beyond the call of duty. Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff were ever so friendly and helpful at all times. The pool was beautiful and the hotel grounds were always clean and tidy. Loved the buffet breakfast and being so close to the shops at Kuta. Will definately stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Great location for everything,a pleasant 10-15 min walk to the beach and Mataharis with shopping and restaurants at your doorstep,we had a group of 14 as well as a family member in a wheelchair, they managed to accommodate us all close by, albeit there was no lift we only had two steps, the bath tub and the walk up stairs to breakfast to work around. […] Amenities were great very clean and no faults with service so all in all pretty good, even if we did confuse the front desk when we checked in, a little pushy to get us checked out I think this was more because there were so many of us and they needed to clean the rooms ready for the next check in. If I had to fault anything and this is to be picky... It would be good if you could eat breakfast in air-conditioning, it was really hot and humid in Feb and we were sweating before the day started, Only 1 room out of 7 had an iffy air conditioner, it worked but you could tell it had seen better days but the rest worked a treat. At night time it could a little bit noisy apparently so our teenagers tell us, we upgraded to a superior room on the bottom floor, they were on the 3 floor, so being higher up and the music from the night clubs seemed to travel a little bit, but nothing that bad to say you couldn’t sleep We would definitely stay here again, is a great hotel for either families, groups or just on your own and it didn’t cost an arm or a leg, and we just loved being central to everything would recommend this to anyone of any age. Should hBe tea/coffee making in room. Room very basic. The only thing I thought it a bit rude of the porter to stand & make noises expecting a tip on arrival then griped about how much I gave him. All else quite good ;)

The White Rose Hotel was a good down to earth type hotel, not too fancy but clean tidy and with the amenities you would want . The staff were exemplary, courteous, cheerful, helpful, there were no language difficulties and I find them all very polite.

Had a great stay - great location for Kuta - an oasis 60 metres from Jalan Legian. However - hotel has a policy of issuing 1 key (swipe card) per room. We stayed during schoolies and kids were knocking on doors at all hours of the night to be let in by their room mates . I found the entire staff to be very friendly and i would like to Thank reception for helping us with our nearly missed flight on 21st Sept 2012 in assisting us with our speedy exit. eg: organizing a taxi whistle we packed and part reimbursing us for the taxi we had previously booked though the motel the day before. Hotel, staff, cleanliness - everything was very much ok for my flying visit. The room (one up from standard) was huge, the bed one of those soft American you-can-drown-in-it jobs. There was a little outside patio, the restaurant served a decent late-nite meal. But everything looked just a tad tired. And, for a stop-over of just 15 hrs, its location […] just off Kuta's main drag Jln Legian means 30 mins taxi transfer each way. And that's really rather long for such a short stay. Mehr

This hotel is great if you love to be in the middle of the action.. 2mins walk gets you to the main street where the Bali Monument is in the heart of the clubs, pubs and shops.. Depending on the rooms positioning, you may be able to hear the clubs music however i didn't mind this and was only in my room for sleep! The rooms are a bit close together […] and Yes you can hear other rooms doors open and close and people speak outside your door but no different to if someone was to talk outside your normal bedroom door! I have not stayed here with my children so i can not comment on staying here with a young family. Mehr

Wonderful gardens, rooms are great size & kept clean daily, buffet breakfast is amazing, spa treatment is bliss & noise inside the hotel grounds are minimal to non existant despite the location in the heart of Kuta, its perfect.

This hotel was nice with a gorgeous pool and fantastic breakfast. My only problem with the hotel was the cleanliness of the bathroom and shower. The hotel is situated right in the heart of kuta but there was no noise as its set back from the road.

Location and hotel amenities couldn't be better! Staff very friendly, on site restaurant fantastic and the service was second to none. Pool is great and while there is no swim up bar, the staff are constantly offering drinks and food so we literally didn't need to move! Only downfall is Rooms are very basic but ok. Hotel is in a great central location for Kuta. Close to the nightlife and shopping but up a small laneway so we didnt hear any noise from the street. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Poolside fantastic staff cannot do enough for you . Hotel ok although my room didn't have hot water in the shower but as its hot weather it didn't worry me that much. Breakfast ok as I'm not a breakfast person my wife enjoyed it.

The hotel has a great location, just steps from Bali bombing Memorial and all the night clubs. The pool is nice and well maintained, staff is quite helpfull. Breakfast is simple but enough to keep you going. Hotel offers several trips but drivers can try to do a small business on the side (for example - there is a set price for 5-6h driving but the […] drivers don't want to take you to multiply locations, unless you will pay extra for the fuel, which is not in the official deal# The HUGE TURN OFF is the cleanless of the rooms.The housekeeping staff is trying their best, but they are bringing every day DIRTY/FILTHY BED LINEN AND TOWELS #full of stains of all colours and unknown origin#. Thy are just disgusting and impossible to use, even though they are washed. The hotel should definitely invest in the new towels and bed linen, specially that cotton is soo cheap in Indonesia. Hotel offers airport pick-up for around 19 US$, but the drop off by the hotel car only costs you 8 US$. Local taxi will charge around 6-7 US$, so just get a taxi to get into the hotel - everyone knows where it is and eventually hotel drop off services at the end of your stay. Just a 10-15 min taxi ride #around 3 US$) will take you to the beach. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the family with kids, as the proximity of the night clubs makes sleeping sometimes impossible, not to mention in-rooms parties. Overall - its a 3 star hotel which definitely needs new stock of linen/towels. The rest is OK. Mehr

where to start, on arrival we were told that they were unable to supply us with the room we paid for and got moved to a standard instead :( and no refund on the extra amount in which i paid for the deluxe. The room itself was okay a few things were not working, (eg some lights, but the best was the being bittin alive by bedbugs YUK!!!!! the room service […] was slow and dont expect to alway get what the menu says and the staff were unable to speak english. The pool area was lovely, a bit small, the gardens were well maintained. I would not stay here again even if they paid me..... I would avoid this place and get a place in nusa dua ( 30min away however $7 taxi ride or seminyak which is only 10 mins away and under a few $$$ taxi ride) Worth being away and just catching a taxi in to Legian and Kuta for shopping and nightlife. With all the flaw you have to still enjoy your holiday however next time would avoid this hotel Mehr

The hotel has a nice big pool area with towels. Very nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The breakfast is fantastic (!) and it's close to everything you need.

Was a pleasant stay, I would have given it 4 stars if our king bed wasn't 2 singles pushed together. Or that room service started cleaning at 7am and moved furniture around above our heads each day, as well as the people staying there moving it back at each night. And my fault for not checking no swim up bar.
