My wife and I stayed at the hotel for an anniversary "in-town" get away. The Atlantaic Station locale is ideal if you just want to stay around Atlantic Station and provides easy access to most parts of the city for other excursions. This will be my go to hotel for clients and trips to the city. I was so impressed I'm thinking of buying a condo there.

We loved this hotel! Great shopping and restaurants right outside the door. Very modern feel, fabulous lobby bar. Courteous staff. Our room was very spacious, having the kitchen was a great bonus as we were traveling with 2 kids. Nice balconies off if the room too. Bathroom was HUGE!! LOVED this hotel! Would absolutely stay again and again. Perfect location and very friendly staff. Got us in several hours early. Our dishwasher was broken and when we called about it, two staff came immediately to check it out at 9 pm. They couldn't fix it, but offered to do the dishes right there on the spot. (No, I didn't make them) The next day, […] when our room was cleaned, they did the dishes by hand and organized our belongings. That is service for sure. Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, very safe, location couldn't have been better. ONLY complaint would be the valet amount for parking (a common complaint). We opted for the garage. The hotel itself was clean, and the amenities were satisfactory. However, this has to be the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in...ever! My wife and I thought we would check in and take a nap after hitting the Beer, Bourbon, & BBQ festival. Check-in was at 3:00, but the room was not ready until 4:30. No problem... Tried to lay down and rest once […] checked in, but this proved to be difficult due to the noise level. The walls are so thin in this hotel, that you could hear every word and single noise that happened outside of the room. Every time a door opened and shut, it sounded like it was in our room. That night around 10:30, we tried to go to sleep. Again, noise was a major factor. The people in the room next to us were throwing an epic party. The noise was unbelievable. To the hotel's credit, they did ask the party people to keep the noise down, and asked them to leave when they didn't. They also offered us a free breakfast to make up for our troubles. If you don't take the noise level into consideration, this is a nice hotel. If you prefer a semi-quiet hotel environment when you're trying to sleep, look elsewhere. We hold no grudge, but will not return to the 12 Atlantic. Mehr

Very nice large, well-appointed suites. Hotel is located in a terrific neighborhood for shopping and restaurants. A bit pricey but worth the money.

This hotel is also a condo residence, so the hotel rooms have that condo feel; full kitchen, seperate bath and bedroom. The overall design of the rooms was quite nice, but the quality of the materials was really lacking. The bedding in the bedroom was probably one of the worst I have ever been in, not comfortable at all, and the bed lacked a true comforter […] (there was a small throw to mimic one for looks, minimalistic modern motive). If the bedding where to be upgraded, I would easily rate this as one of the nicest hotels i've stayed in. Mehr

I love this hotel and would highly recommend it to others. The rooms are upscale and trendy, and the service is an excellant plus. However, it is party central for all ages. So if you're in the mood for a party happening in all areas through out the morning hours, Hotel 12 is the place for you. Brenda from Chicago

I booked the deluxe one-bedroom room as a surprise to my girlfriend for her bday and it was BEYOND my expectations.....the room was BEAUTIFUL: updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two tvs, GORGEOUS bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub, computer in room with internet, and a balcony! was just like living in a fancy apartment in the […] heart of the city. Very convenient to stores and entertainment (in the middle of Atlantic Station)....only minor con is that i dont believe the room are soundproof necessarily....could hear some noise but it definately did not put a damper on our stay. The Twelve exceeded our expectations.....Our suite was very clean......The bed was super comfortable......The service was excellent.....The price for overnight parking for guests is expensive, but it was worth it.....Publix bag handler will deliver your groceries to your hotel room......The fitness center was nice and clean with a television and DVD […] players attached to the equipment.......We had a great time and will return! I stayed in this hotel for a romantic night with my boyfriend. We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and we were very impressed. The room was beautifully designed and very upscale. We had more than enough space. There was a DVD player and a computer which you don't often find in hotels. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located! Very convenient to be located in an area within walking distance of all of the Atlantic Station attractions. I was attracted to this hotel's condo style rooms. We booked a king room that was absolutely gorgeous: full kitchen, granite countertops, huge bathroom with spa tub. The room was a lot nicer than I imagined and the view (from our living room) was stunning. Gym and restaurant facilities were also very nice. Beautiful suite. Seeing the city skyline from my bed

I stayed there only 1 night. Working the hours I was that week required an extremely close hotel. Room was very nicely appointed.Bed and bathroom were impressive to me. If I was'nt so tired at time of checkin, I would have requested a room much higher above street level, than the 2nd floor, facing 17th st. Traffic noise woke me several times. Upon check-in staff was very helpful and friendly, Room was very nice and amazing .Once I realize the t.v was not working properly everything went down hill. Staff was rude in helping with a solution, staff insist on changing rooms. This was a down grade however charge the same amount on the original room. My boyfriend and I stayed here after a gala in Atlanta. We both absolutely loved this hotel. When we checked in we got the room upgraded with no charge!! The room was amazing and I am in love with the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and it felt a home away from home. Our view of Atlantic Station was awesome. The hotel was in a great location. In walking distance to shops, food, movies, and downtown. The room was clean. Full kitchen to cook and entertain if you wanted to. All in all, good place to stay.

The hotel was clean and in a nice location for shopping and spending some time! Had no issues but the pool did close earlier than I would have hoped.

This was a great hotel for an extended stay or a family stay. Great location in central Atlanta with many amenities nearby. Felt more like an apartment than a hotel.

Just for a night, and I had been there before so I knew what to expect. The hotel is nice and the restaurant is good, although we didn’t’ eat there this time. The only thing I would say is that overnight Valet @ $24 is a bit much and each room has its own hot water tank since the building is actually condos on top of the hotel. So if you have 4 people […] and people like hot showers, that last guy might be out of luck! Otherwise, very nice room and close to everything in Atlantic Station. Mehr

My wife and I used this hotel as a "staycation". The room looked great - it appeared to be a condo that was converted into a hotel room. However, apparently this hotel is also party central. We barely got any sleep due to the noise level in the hallway and surrounding rooms. Also, there was a terrible mold/trash smell the whole time. This place is wonderful. You don't have to want for anything. It is either right there or in walking distance. You have got to stay at least once and you will be hooked as I am. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Only stayed for one night but would have loved to move in. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and light filled. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I celebrated his 50th Birthday! The hotel, staff and location was superb. I so glad that I found this hotel through hotel.com. We enjoyed the opportunity of walking and dining out . It was really great!!!!

price. The hotel was nice, however paying for parking with the option to valet for a ridiculous amount dollars a night and they still expect you to tip is not what I call good for business. But aside from the parking, the hotel itself was merely okay, I have had more enjoyable times at places for less cost. And the room doesn't have enough amenties […] to allow for the rates. Would I stay there again, no. I wanted to cook dinner for my partner for valentines day and called down for pots and pans, I had to call twice. And then I valeted my car and had to call down twice for it. Mehr
