Der äußere Eindruck des Hotels sowie die öffentlichen Räume sind wirklich schön. Wir hatten ein Studio in einer ehemaligen Garage, was einen einfachen Standard hatte, aber ok war. Die Zimmerreinigung war flüchtig, man sollte nicht empfindlich sein bei der Sauberkeit der Toilette. Frühstück war iO., es gab 4 Sorten Wurst, Käse, gekochte Eier usw. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren diesbezüglich sehr zufrieden. Nur die Zimmer sind für zwei Personen doch um einiges zu eng. Sie waren aber sauber. Das Frühstücksbüfett bot einiges an Auswahl und fand in einem netten Ambiente statt. Allerdings gab es Kaffee nur aus einem Automaten. Alles verlief zu vollster Zufriedenheit und das Hotel ist wirklich eine Augenweite. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, moderne Zimmer und ein ausgesprochen vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet das is so in der Form lange nicht mehr erlebt habe. Das einzige Manko ist das man als Gast für den Parkplatz Gebühr zahlen muss. Ansonsten alles top und gerne wieder!

The hotel is quite well located, only a few minutes walk from the t'Zand square, restaurants and Tourist Information and 10 minutes walk from the main squares. There was a very good buffet breakfast available in a nice dining room. We had a 3 person family room on the ground floor off the car park, which was a small, basic room, with a TV on the wall, […] and a decent sized bathroom with only a couple of small shelves for personal items. The fan was inadequate so there was a problem with condensation running down the walls and making things damp. The tile grout could have been cleaner. There were also ants in the room but the hotel staff said it is just the time of year (April). Free WiFi is available but the signal was not always locatable by our various devices. Parking is available but you should request it in advance.There was no street noise which was a big plus. So generally the hotel was fine for a 3 star hotel, they probably have better rooms on other floors. Mehr

Good location, suitable for those travelling by car. You'd better phone before to book parking. The bathroom, specially the shower area, was too small. So, it you are a "big guy", don't expect to have a nice shower. Room fully carpeted, which was not OK for me, who's a bit allergic. Breakfast was OK, but not special.

NIce hotel, beautiful bathroom, very good breakfast, near to Centre of town... I strongly recommend it!!

It's a lovely looking B&B with a delicious assortment of bread, meats and cheeses to choose for breakfast. My only complaint is the mattress. It was so uncomfortable I was awake during the night with with a sore back (which I've never experienced before). I did ask the owner if they could flip the mattress for me after the first night, but this was […] never done. Therefore I had to endure it for the remaining 2 nights of my stay. Mehr

We stayed at the Golden Tree Hotel for a short break over New Year's Eve, and very much recommend this hotel! The room was basic but clean, staff were very friendly, breakfast was lovely, and the location excellent (a couple of minutes' walking distance from one of the main shopping high streets). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay in Bruges here, the welcome was great, the lady who owns the hotel was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was really good with a large variety and went on until 10am, great for a lie in! We were about 10 minutes walk from the main square, so not in the hustle and bustle, but close enough if we wanted to be. Very much recommended!

Very good situation near Bruges center (5min from the Belfry) and quite near the train station (15min by foot). Staff is pleasant and helpful and the room was clean and nice. The only annoyance is the road just in front of the hotel (not very pleasant when you go out, but you don't hear the noise inside).

I was very surprised when walking into the hotel checking area how nice it was inside. The stuff imdeatily gave us a map and told us about the city and the places to go. Then we ha d a choice a double or twins, naturalliy I choose the double, room 1 which was outside in the parking area, right next to the night entrance. After parking in the small parking […] lot for 10€ a day (no other parking for that price nearby) we enter our room which was alot smaller than I expected, looking in the bathroom there was a hand towel in the sink, like it was used. So I asked to gewt a different room.. She said she was unable to move us. So the rest of the time there we stayed out of the room, which was easy to do. Otherwise the free Internet was fast and the breakfast included was okay ( just meats and bread) no hot food or fresh fruit. Mehr

The Golden Tree is a lovely place to stay for a few days. Our room was very clean and comfortable , One downside was the windows opened onto the busy street/road but not very noisy and we was out sightseeing most of the time. Bathroom was very clean and bed was comfortable. Receptionists were very helpful and we rere given a map of bruges. Excellent hotel. Excellent breakfast included. excellent location within walking distance to all the sights.

Hotel staff was genuinely sweet, the room was great, European continental breakfast consisted of a good spread, and the location was within walking distance of the main attractions. Only one improvement could be made: the sinks/bathtub need better draining. If parking is needed, limited space available, but spaces clear up during the day. hotel desk staff very helpful and informative on places to eat and visit/avoid. breakfast was good too!

Our family of four (17 and 21 year old children) had a wonderful stay. The fold out couch was a bit small for the grown kids, but they adapted well. The location was great for exploring the old town area. The staff made helpful suggestions for places to eat. The continental breakfast was fantastic, as was the dining area. Great location, very good breakfast. The room we stayed in was a 'family room' (3 or more people) and those rooms seem to be converted garages. Those rooms are not very good. Cannot comment on the rooms in the main building.

Excellent location within easy reach of all attractions. The hotel could do with sprucing up on the outside and the paint was peeling on our window frame but it is an old building and therefore these things could be put down to it having "character". We received a warm welcome at this hotel when taking a weekend break in Bruges. The main hotel building is charming with a beautiful reception and breakfast room featuring high ceilings and period architecture. Our rooms were clean and comfortable in an annex across the small courtyard / carpark. The ability to park and leave the car at the hotel (for […] a reasonable charge) was a great bonus, as the delights of the beautiful city of Bruges are easily walkable and there is no need to drive whilst you are here. Breakfast was a generous continental buffet and provided a good start to the day. We would not hesitate to recommend the hotel for a visit to Bruges and we hope to return in the future. Mehr

I stayed for two nights at this hotel, it was a good location close to the city center and the sights - only a short walking distance. Friendly receptionist, and ok breakfast. The room was quite clean, but not 100% in the bathroom. The internet connection was rather poor in the room, and the bed was not the best. We loved this hotel. It was just a short walk from the main plaza and bus stop. The room was big enough for 2 adults and 4 suitcases and we were very comfortable there. The breakfast was good and the staff were personable and helpful. We'll definitely stay there again.

This is a very good 3 star hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our room and the hotel generally were spotlessly clean. The cold buffet breakfast (complimentary) was a good start to the day. Location is right on boundary of Old and new Town, and is only a 10 minute from the central Markt area. This hotel is a beautiful hotel where the rooms surround a courtyard which offers the guests more than enough secure parking and tables and chairs offer some outdoor relaxation time while taking Belgian beers from the reception. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and one can tell that this is family owned and operated. The breakfast room is possibly […] the most tastefully decorated room I have had the pleasure to sit in. This is also conveniently located close to the main intersection on the ring road just after leaving the freeway and is very quick to reach when coming from the West. The hotel is about 50 metres from T'zand square and about 10 mins stroll to Markt and Burg. The old part of the hotel is beautiful but we were in a studio off the carpark. The room was really clean and had all the amenitites but felt a little detached from the main hotel. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel had reead on the booking notes of another guest […] that it was her birthday so over breakfast they sang happy birthday and gave her some chocolates. I thought this was a lovely touch. We rented 2 rooms with single beds. Rooms and beds were good. Water stopped during shower in one of the rooms and it was a trickle thereafter. IT IS BAD! The other room was ok. Breakfast was good. Car parking was free and good. It is a great location to walk to Brugge center. Overall, a good hotel, a bit pricy, with shower problem (I suppose it is not […] a regular phenomena). Mehr

The hotel was much nicer then I expected, great location 5 minutes from the main hub. The breakfast was amazing excellent value for money it was described as a continental breakfast but you could also get boiled eggs!! The hotel had great charchter would definitely go back.

The staff on reception were so helpful and friendly they made our stay run smoothly; giving suggestions for lesser known sights and nearby restaurants. The hotel was charming and our room was very comfortable with a wonderfully deep bath; perfect after a rainy walk around the canals of Bruges. The location was perfect; only a 15 minute walk from the […] train station, and a 5 minute walk to either of the main shopping streets which lead to the market square and most of the tourist attractions. Det var en trevligt vistelse på hotellet

Fint hotel med en god beliggenhed. Et minus ved hotellet er, at der først er morgenmad kl. 8.30, det bevirkede, at vi ikke kunne få morgenmad, da vi skulle køre kl. 8.00.

Super hotel, leuke kamer gehad op de 3e etage! Met zolderramen. Niet handig als je graag naar buiten wilt kijken maar voor ons voldoende. Eén tip, de lucht in de hal is wat muf... verfrissertje kan geen kwaad. Oja ook handig het parkeerterrein.

Un bon hôtel, de très bon rapport qualité/ prix par rapport aux environs. L'hotel est situé au bord d'une voie rapide donc demander une chambre à l'arrière. Parking peu onéreux (10 euros/ jour). Petit déjeuner copieux. Accès très facile jusqu'au centre (7' à pied) par de jolies voies piétonnes.

Les +: la situation, le parking, chambre spacieuse, accueil correct, petit dej inclus, calme de la chambre sur cour Les - : déco de la chambre rudimentaire et sans aucun charme, literie tres " souple", salle de bain tres "bruyante", petit dej tres basic, occultation de la fenêtre partielle qui est face au lit (difficile de s'endormir avec l'eclairage […] de la cour dans les yeux!!) Trangt rom for fire i en mulig tidligere stall bak den flotte hotellinngangen.Dørhåndtaket på badet datt av ved flere anledninger. Dårlig serviceinnstilling av noen i personalet. Vi ba om ekstra puter, men det kom ikke på tale. Det var allerede fire puter på rommet (til fire personer), noe mer burde vi ikke kreve. Trps belle demeure ancienne, beaucoup de charme et en plus chambres modernes toutefois, hélàs très, trop petites. Mais rien n'y manque.

Værelset var næsten uden vindue. Det føltes som at bo i en kælder. En stormomsust og larmende motorgade var lige uden for døren. Beliggenheden var ikke i Brügge men på kanten. Internettet kunne ikke virke på værelset, og man skulle ud for at komme i receptionen, for at locke sig på, hvilket var ubehageligt hvis det regnede. Personalet havde ikke blik […] for service. Buona scelta di Hotel. A un km a piedi dalla piazza centrale di Brugge. Pulito. Ottima e abbondante colazione. in una struttura carina seppure affacciata su una strada a forte scorrimento ma senza fastidi. Lo consiglio

We hebben een prima weekend in dit hotel doorgebracht. Erg vriendelijke mensen! Zeer behulpzaam. De hotelkamer was een speciale kamer in het oude tuinhuisje. Super coole badkamer (tip: neem een fles champagne mee voor in bad!) Wel dicht bij een drukke weg waardoor mijn vriend regelmatig wakker werd. Goed ontbijt!

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend. L'hôtel est à 100 mètres de la vieille ville. Le parking est gratuit et le petit déjeuner est copieux et de très bonne qualité. Les chambres sont propres. Rien à redire. Merci
