Room was clean and nice, staff was friendly and courteous. Stayed one night with my two 9 yrs olds, and it was overall a pleasant stay. Only flaw I has was that the room service breakfast was cold, when it got to our room.

Stayed Saturday 31st March with my son,13 year old grandaughter and 4 year old grandson in a family room. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception when we checked in. It happened to be earth hour on Saturday and was very cosy with all candles lit. Grandson loved pool. He went in on Saturday and back again on Sunday morning. Had an excellent breakfast. […] All members of staff extremely helpful. Will be back thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!!! Mehr

very good

We stopped off for one night on a sunday, The hotel was spot on as well as the gym and pool.my family (15yr old and a 7yr old) all used the facilities and we all want to go back. Staff were great also. Overall a nice place to stop and relax.

Good over all but out in the sticks. You will stuck without a car. Otherwise its a good hotel with good facilities. Wish the restaurant opened til later.

Our 2 nights in this hotel were the perfect start to the Christmas rush. The staff were excellent, from reception through to breakfast room. The spa facilities are excellent as was the choice of food available at breakfast. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family. However, it is also well situated for the delights of Glasgow

Had a good stay and enjoyed having use of the swimming pool, etc. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Room was clean, tidy and had good wifi internet. Only downside is that the hotel is a little isolated on an industrial estate.

As everyone knows the Hilton Hotels are famous for there Hilton Breakfast but i'm afraid this one lets the side down badly as the can't even get it hot

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and of a good standard. Wifi internet access was excellent. Food in restaurant was good but a little expensive. It was nice to use the swimming pool and spa facilities. Only downside is that the hotel is on an industrial/office estate although it's only a short taxi ride or drive to nearby pubs/resta […] urants. Mehr

Rooms are slightly dated and in need of a refurbishment, although well maintained. Key selling point for me was the swimming pool and gym facilities, changing rooms were not as clean as I would expect. In general staff were friendly and helpful, although I felt some of the male members of staff weren't so friendly.

We found the hotel really good value. The breakfast was well prepared and varied. Easy trip into Glasgow.

Our recent stay was as good as always except one issue which now seems to be the norm and that issue is the breakfast that is on offer. This is probably our 14th visit over the years and we have noticed the last year or so that the breakfast always appears to have been cooked well before it is presented ie the bacon is always hard and dry and the sausages […] always appear to be the opposite ie undercooked and pink inside and so forth. The time was until recently when the chef used to bring out fresh bacon as and when it was needed plus square scottish sausage with black pudding and fruit pudding plus button mushrooms etc were on offer which was very nice but alas no more. It is now all hurriedly cooked in bulk well in advance obviously to make life easier for the chef but is that not what separates a good chef from poor one plus if the quality of the food has been reduced due to finance issues then that is a major letdown as the cost of the said breakfast has not been reduced over the years, come on Mr Hilton a waterlogged boat can start with a small leak ie don,t allow your standards to fall. ! ! ! I stayed here as it was my office nite out, at a diffferent venue,this hotel has so many facilities, gym pool, beauty facilites and hairdressers, which i used, first time here, clean, fresh and welcoming, I would definately use this hotel again.

This is an excellent hotel as a business base. It's location out of the city may not work for holiday makers. Staff were friendly and responsive to all my requests, room comfortable and spacious.

Hotel is in a quite location with adjoining fitness club adjacent. My partner being a cleaner found some of the facilities to be less than spotless, but to an untrained eye everything looks fine. Rooms are large but bed was a little unconfortable and rather 'squeaky'. Restaurant rather expensive for food on offer but very tasty non the less.

Had a nice relaxing time and just chilled out and enjoyed the gym and pool so will be back again soon

We were completely satisfied with ou stay at the Hilton Strathclyde. We were made very welcome on arrival, the staff couldn't do enough for us. Our room was lovely & very clean. The food was delicious. We are definetely planning another stay in the new year. We will be recommending this hotel to family & friends.

We stayed in the hotel as a little treat for ourselves and loved it. The room was comfortable and breakfast in the morning was excellent. Also use of the health suite was nice. The staff were all very friendly and did their best to make sure our stay was pleasant. I would say the location is a little far from Glasgow city centre but access to the m8 […] or m74 is close by. Been to this hotel on various occasions. it has been fully refurbished over the last eighteen months with a very modern front reception, comfortable seating in the bar and lounge areas with free wifi for everyone. The standard double or twin rooms are more spacious than the other hotels in the surrounding area. The restaurant is modern and the buffet […] breakfast is as good as it gets, only sad part as a Scottish hotel it does not provide porridge without having to request it. All the staff from the receptionists to the room maids are so polite and friendly. Mehr

I was treated to a spa weekend for my birthday, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My massage and facial was lovely, our room was very comfortable and all in all had a great weekend.

Nice modern hotel. Staff are very friendly. Bit out off the way if you want to eat our, but excellent Asian (Hot Flames) buffet a mile along the road

Booked good family room deal. Efficient staff. Good pool & fitness facilities. Quality breakfast. Not the easiest hotel to locate though worth finding. Have stayed twice & will probably stay again in future.

I had booked a room at this hotel as a gift for a family member for after their wedding day. Earlier in the day i had access to the room to put a few personal touches to it. When the couple arrived later that night they were booked into the wrong room. When they told the person on reception it was not their room they had half an hour to wait till the […] mistake was sorted and they located the original room. The service they received was unacceptable. They were not offered any gesture of good will for their inconvenience. I would not book with this hotel again. Mehr

My family of 6 stayed in two queen deluxe rooms. My kids are 9,8,6,4 and we could not have asked for more. We got a very good price from hotels.com and I guess that colours my review but for what we paid we were delighted. Would recommend it for families with young kids. The staff were attentive and professional and the service in general was excellent. […] We even got a bottle of complementary red wine in each room although the water was £3.95! Only in Scotland would you get free wine and have to pay for water. Mehr

new hotel set in a business park. Rooms are not very well decoretad but good size and clean. The hotel entrance is very nice and the breakfast excellent.

A great time was had and the amenities were excellent. The Hilton always excels in comfort and cleanliness. The restuarant was quirky but intimate. Only 1 complaint about the fish which containted several bones. A free offer of a sweet for all 3 in my party as compensation was welcomed. I would recommend this hotel and will use it again.

nice hotel clean and staff very good. drinks at bar a bit pricey but hey it is the hilton only thing didnt like had a room with ajoining door but room was spotless.

I have to say what stood out about this hotel was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff! I was very impressed, but there isn't a star rating for staff unfortunately. The internet connection wasn't great, and my room was a bit cold, the storage heater took a while to get going. Apart from that no complaints and worth 4 stars.

Very nice hotel, but the prices for the room service , plus a £4 delivery charge, are a rip off, and the portions are child size. If you are not planning to drink, then drive into Motherwell, where there are plenty of good restaurants at a fraction of the price, as I did on my second night.

From the moment we entered the hotel we were made to feel special by all the staff we came into contact with. The hotel layout & facilities are excelent. The food in the resteraunt was axcellent both in quality & presentation. Whilst we only stayed for 1 night, it was a most memorable stay & I would say " if anyone wanted to know how to run a hotel […] properly, they should visit the Strathclyde Hilton" Mehr

Great hotel in terms of value for money. We are a family of four and our room was excellent value with great beds. The lobby/dining area of the hotel was bright, spacious and clean with excellent table service. The leisure facilities were top notch. Only downside is that the hotel is in a business park so you have to drive to any family orientated facilities. […] This didn't bother us too much as we were using as a stopover on a trip further north. Big double family room with large flat screen TV. Only problem was the sofa bed for the children was very uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, paid the same price we normally pay for a travelodge but got much much more. Easy to find, reasonably quiet, nice room. Plenty choice for dinner, great breakfast.

It says Hilton on the outside, but dont get fooled, the quality of the hotel is terrible. Beds feel like made of cardboard with springs underneather, no aircon and a stupidly high room temperature. The hotel itself was nice and convenient for myself as I was working on the business park. The room itself was fine but the matress we were expected to sleep on was shockingly uncomfortable, it was lumpy and creaky and gave me terrible back pain after 2 nights. The bar and restaraunt was also over priced for what you got but most Hiltons are

The hotel was great,the pool was magic,the rooms were spacious and the breakfast was super.

I can't say enough about this hotel. From the moment I arrived, hours before I was able to check in, I felt like a welcome guest. At the front desk, Vharri, Claire and Ciaran deserve special mention, but everyone was great. The only (minor, for me)drawback was that the hotel was not very pedestrian friendly. The main lobby area and restaurant were to the naked eye of a good standard. The rooms were very dated, green carpets and pink arm chairs that appeared to have been there a number of years. The room was however spacious. the cleanliness was much to be desired, my first room had a damp bed and hairs on the pillow, obvious up on entering the room and […] the second room had clearly not been hoovered or thoroughly dusted in a while. There are a lack of hotels in aidrie and regretfully this appears to be the best out there. It was not Hilton standard at all. With regard to the food, I ordered soup to start, this came with an abundance of oil on the top, not pleasant. Upon speaking to the waitress she confirmed the same batch had been ok the day before. Again this is not the standard one would expect from the Hilton. Mehr
