Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück nicht so toll - nur eine Sorte Schinken und Käse - und chemisch schmeckender Orangensaft - aber Kaffee sehr gut. Der Pool ist wirklich toll - Wasser gerade perfekt - nicht zu warm und nicht zu kalt. Ich habe keinen Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Paris, aber für uns war es […] ok. me and my girlfriend were very satisfied with this hotel. Location was not a problem as the metro stop was very close and took you anywhere you needed to go. having the pool and sauna was convenient if you wanted to relax after a heavy day's sightseeing. staff were very friendly. i'd recommend this hotel to any tourist...

Please stay here a great family hotel a not miss place with all the service and convience of a 5 star.

Very nice room. Fancy shower/bathroom set up with a lot of glass and mirrors. Expensive parking and internet. Tried to get some food in the surrounding area on a Saturday night and there was very little to choose from and a lot was closed. Ended up going to the hotel bar and the food was very bad and the drinks were VERY expensive. 9euros for a beer! […] It was trying to be swanky but totally missing the mark. Don't go to the bar. Overall I thought the room was great but the rest was dissapointing. Mehr

this is a good base for Paris generally if you are prepared to work the Metro. Also for Parc des Expositions, you are right there.. i looked for a gym, this one is very very basic, also the pool and hammam are nothing to get too excited about. Breakfast was VERY disappointing. Staff were excellent. WiFi connection very poor.

Très bon hôtel au cadre soigné, les chambres sont impeccables et modernes. Un coup de coeur pour la salle de bain avec la très grande cabine de douche. Apréciable !

hotel sympa ! dommage manque de temps pour profiter du spa ! un peu deçu de ne pas pouvoir boire un verre le soir bar fermé de bonheur pas super pour des jeunes !

C'est un bon hôtel avec un personnel très gentil. La litterie es très bonne. Les chambres sont confortables mais très petites. Nous avons été très déçues par le spa: le jacuzzi étant intégré à la piscine il n'est pas chaud et nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour le jacuzzi (pour pouvoir détendre nos muscles après les heures de marche dans Paris, d'autant […] plus que la personne qui m'accompagnait souffre de fibromyalgie et avait donc besoin de prendre soin de son corps et d'attenuer ses douleurs). L'hôtel est un peu excentré et si nous avions su, nous aurions choisi un hôtel plus central. De plus il n'y a que 2 transats autour de la piscine. La brochure mentionnait aussi qu'en cas d'oubli d'objet nécessaire, on nous l'apporterait dans la chambre, ce qui n'a pas été fait. Si vous devez aller au Palais des Sports ou au Palais des Expositions alors l'hôtel est idéalement situé. Mehr

rien à dire tout est parfait

Très bon hôtel de bonne qualité, acceuil agréable, confort de la literie, piscine sauna...(dommage qu'on n'ai pas pensé aux maillots ! Petit déjeuné très bien, propreté des locaux : il y a toujours quelqu'un qui nettoie. Rien à redire, lorsque je retourne sur Paris je sais où réserver.

Un personnel hautin et très désagréable.

Très bon séjour comme à mon habitude. Dommage pour l'accueil un peu bref et succin cette fois-ci et surtout de l'odeur de tabac froid dans les toilettes de la chambre..

Un très bon hôtel avec des chambres confortables et un service d'étage et petit déjeuner au top. Seul bémol, il n'y a pas assez de rangements dans la chambre. Le wifi gratuit et l'accès au spa sont les grands atouts de cet hôtel situé tout proche d'une station de métro. Je recommande !

You feel the lack of service in this hotel from the very beginning, when you receive no help with your luggage when you arrive. (and we had a lot since we were exhibiting on the Pret-a-Portier). We finally got permission to borrow a luggage cart for indoor use only (after getting everything to the lobby by hand) to get the luggage to the room on the […] condition, that we would deliver the cart back asap! The rooms are very small and the double bed is more like a 1,5 bed. The only window is small and to a closed yard. There was only one towel for two persons and it continued that way for two days, until I took an extra towel myself from the cleaning cart. We had both forgotten our toothbrushes, but the service from the reception supplied us with extra - But again only ONE toothbrush to share even though we asked for two. Paris is not known for its customer service, but this hotel hits the buttom even for Paris standards! The hotel is close to the exibition area and close to the Porte de Verseilles metro staton. There is no minibar in the room, but there is a vending machine in the foyer. Remember to bring lots of Euro change. Room service is extremely limited. We choose not to use it but there is a good restaurant very close by. When you leave the hotel and turn right, it is about 4 shops down the road. Very busy place. The free room internet is of varying speed but the connection quality was good. If you get the hotel to book you a taxi, they forget to inform you, that the starting price on the taximeter will be 25 EUR! So I recommend getting one of the street in the busy intersection right outside the front door. Mehr

Hôtel très confortable, chambres design et personnel accueillant. A 5 mn du parc des expos Porte de Versailles. Très bien insonorisé et services sport et détente très appréciables (salle de sport, piscine et hammam). Une très jolie terrasse.

les chambres standards sont assez petites, la literie semble de bonne qualité,belle salle de bain spacieuse ! Pas de frigo, pas de plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre .1 seule chaise pour 2...surprenant pour un 4 étoiles... Comme beaucoup d'hôtels maintenant, il faut chercher les serviettes de toilette pour la 2 ème personne, elles sont cachées dans […] le coffre sous les bagages.... l hotel , situato vicinissimo all ingresso del polo fieristico di parigi port de versille è veramente comodo e funzionale. pulito e il personale è cordiale, parlano pure italiano. coktail buoni al bar della piscina e idem la colazione . da provare !!

We stayed only one night but the experience was very positive. Nice and clean rooms (small obvioulsy as this is Paris), the pool has a whirlpool, jetstream, hammam... we had a great time and relaxed.

Consumpties bar absurd duur. 9,- euro voor een groot glas bier of 6,- voor een glas wijn is veel te veel.

Hotel de très bon standing, très propre. Un bémole tout de même, nous avons trouvé le prix du petit déjeuner excessif compte tenu des produits proposés.

Seul reproche mais important , les chambres sont vraiment miniscules. Pas d armoirs , pas de mini bar. La salle de bain par contre est grande et les toilettes sont separés. Proche d une sortie Metro.

Skønt hotel. Levede fuldt ud op til forventningerne. Dejlig pool med boblebad. Flotte og rene værelser. Lækker morgenbuffet. Meget hjælpsomt personale. Meget tæt på metro.

Super hotel med alt, vi havde brug for. Dog lidt dyr bar - 9 EUR for en fadøl.

a proximité de Paris expo, hotel idéal pour les affaires comme pour le tourisme. Très bon accueil, bonne literie, bonne insonorisation !!! le must ..surtout avec pîscine et hammam comme cerise sur le gateau. excellent !

Un hotel idéal pour nos rdv parisiens, a 500 m du Palais des expositions de la porte de Versailles, avec tous les services à proximité, Hotel moderne et personnel sympathique et agréable, chambre de taille moyenne mais très propre au design moderne mais chaleureux, une vrai salle d'eau avec douche immense et un wc séparé, seul bémol pas de mini bar […] dans la chambre. Le Must, son jardin intèrieur pour le petit déjeuner et la piscine et son hammam ....génial. On y reviendra avec plaisir. Mehr

We konden al om 11.00 uur inchecken. Het hotel is erg schoon en voor parijs is het ontbijt echt super. De bedden zijn erg confortabel en het is dicht bij de Metro.

Petite surprise à ma chérie en réservant une chambre d'Hotel à 2Km de chez nous... Agréable surprise en découvrant cet établissement d'une propreté et d'un accueil impécable. Adresse à retenir à tout prix.
