"Holiday in with the Hilton name. :("
We only stay at Hilton Hotels and we were so disappointed. There were no perks to this Hilton that we have found at other Hilton Hotels. It was just the run of the mill hotel with the Hilton name. We drove an extra hour out of our way to stay at the Hilton. Sad to say BIG mistake.
"Hard to find"
This was a very overpriced hotel and so hard to find I had to go to another hotel at the same exit for directions.

I had made reservations through hotels.com for 2 rooms non smoking with 2 queen beds. When I checked in only 1 room had been reserved, so our rooms had to be switched around. They put us in 1 room with 2 queen beds & it was not a non smoking room so therefore there was an odor in the room. The other room was suppose to be a king suite with a pullout […] bed, which was not the case. I went down & told the front desk & she looked at me like i was crazy but she seen where she had messed up so she sent up a rollaway bed. Other than that I was extremely pleased with our stay & the hotel was beautiful! Mehr
"Stay somewhere else"
I would never stay here again. Highest priced hotel in town and definitely not worth of the Hilton name. Seems everything went wrong from check-in. First to room keys didn't work, then was checked into a handicapped room. Blow dryer didn;t work and was not replaced until the next day. The shower, which was a hand held type, was broken and dangling. […] I was promised it would be fixed the next day as well, but was never taken care of over my 3 nights there. Slowest, and I mean the slowest elevators on the face of the earth. And the hotel restaurant, Sona....AWFUL..AWFUL...AWFUL. We had a large table..One would think they would give extra special service...Not a chance. FOUR steaks were sent back because they were way overcooked. The NY Strip looked like they went to a Ponderosa and ordered them to go. The wine list was a joke. I had better wine in my room. Front desk was totally useless. Trust me, stay somewhere else. Mehr

"Close to I-85 and Clemson University"
Selected this hotel because it is right off I-85 and close to Clemson University. Went up for a football game and this location is close to many restaurants. The staff was very professional and polite. However, the problem I had was with the firm, hard bed in our room. The bed had no give at all and it hurt my back. I told the staff at checkout and […] they said next time they would make sure I got a bed that was not firm. It is comforting to know not all their beds are hard. I would try this hotel again. Mehr

"Room wasn't as promised"
Had requested a non-smoking room when reservations were made. When we arrived a non-smoking room was not available for our two night stay. Hotel was booked due to local college football team staying at hotel and other guests attending the game. Had to sleep with window open during our stay and there was a lot of highway noise . "Hilton Garden Inn in Anderson, SC"
Nice hotel, very clean and quiet. The hotel gave us vouchers for free breakfast in the hotel restaurant after a fire alarm emptied everyone into the parking lot at 2am. The food was excellent, cooked to order.

"Hilton Garden- Justoff the freeway"
The hotel is nice and just off the freeway. Turning onto the road from the freeway is a bit of a hassle as it is a farily busy road with no stoplight. On the same street they have Fudruckers and a Russel Stover candy store. The room was clean with nice furniture. The pool is a little small but it is indoors. There were warm cookies at the front desk […] for free which my little girl loved. The bed was a little soft for me but both my wife and my daughters slept great. Mehr
