AMERICAS BEST VALUE INN - Glen Rose

This hotel is a good bang for your buck. We thought about doing the Best Western but it's prices were fairly steep. We'd stayed at America's Best in Glen Rose before and decided to try it again. We had a major issue with the internet connection. We had little to non the first day and a half of our 4 day 3 night stay. We resolved the issue though. They […] were even going to give us an early release if we needed it and they didn't have to because we booked through Hotels.com. My husband is a computer junky and explained to the management that he could probably fix it after they had told us they couldn't fix it. It's normally taken care of by the internet company. My husband had management reboot the router and move it up high in the room and had him turn the a/c on in that room so it would not over heat the router. Flawless connection after that. So since the management knows what to do now there shouldn't be anymore internet issues. Other than that, everything one would need for a weekend or a week is right here. Especially if you don't plan to hang out in the room all day. We didn't use the pool area but it looked nice enough. We also didn't eat breakfast but my husband said it was the usual waffles, cereal, oj, coffee, ect... or Sonic is right next door with a basketball park behind Sonic if you have boys that get bored. It's right on the river except you can't see it because of the over grown trees. But if you take the road out the back drive to the right, it takes you straight to the river front park less than a mile or so away. Hotel is real clean and employees are extremely nice. For sure the little guy that works nights. Didn't get his name but he's a sweet heart. Mehr

MY FAMILY LOVED THE INDOOR POOL AND THE STAFF WAS SO NICE.WE HAS A WONDERFUL SPRING BREAK.

Hotel was very clean & room was ready before check-in. Staff very friendly. Truly great value for the rate. Would definitely recommend.

No complaints about this hotel at all. It was very easy to find, and close to the attractions we came to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We utilized the pool/hot tub which felt great after a day of sight-seeing. The next morning, there were plenty of items to choose from for breakfast. […] Also, it seemed like there was always a fresh pot of coffee available. I would highly recommend this hotel! Mehr

Very nice, seemed clean. We left before breakfast, but the desk clerk opened the breakfast door for me and made me some coffee for the road. Very friendly and great price!

Excellent Location to the expo center! Right across the street! Perfect for the weekend long rodeos.
