Marriott Executive Apartments European Quarter - Brüssel

Das Apartment war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Freizeiteinrichtungen des daneben liegenden Renaisance Hotels konnten mitgenutzt werden. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna waren allerdings nicht sauber und gepflegt. Das mitgebuchte Frühstück war o.k. aber für einen regulären Preis überteuert. Die Lage am Europaparlament ist sehr gut.

Nicht genügend Geschirren im Appt. Hier muss das Hotel mehr tun!

Nice apartments with good location. Clean, quite big rooms and beds, very nice service, not too expensive. strongly recommended.

Nice neighborhood with a few small grocery stores and several restaurants nearby. Good gym, and free laundry (with soap) in the basement. Negatives were the lack of WiFi (except for the lobby - expensive) and the mattresses were not very comfortable.

I hesitated to book the apartments because the price seemed so low and there were no reviews which made me nervous. The EU was voting on the Greek bailout, so Brussels was booked and everything else was 3 times the cost. We were a group of 3 adults (1 couple, 1 single) and booked the 1-br apt. It was amazing - there was a half bath for the person sleeping […] in the pull-out bed, which housekeeping made up for us. The kitchen was wonderful - only thing missing was a corkscrew, which the front desk handed to me on request. The place was extremely comfortable and extremely clean. Plus you have access to some of the gym facilities at the hotel next door. At check out, my parking was comped - i don't know if that was normal or if it was because they initially charged my card for the stay (although I said I had prepaid and within a few short minutes it was correctly sorted out). I was truly happy and impressed - if I ever get to go back to Brussels I will stay there in a heartbeat. Mehr

We were made to feel welcome and were well looked after. All of the staff we met were friendly and very efficient. Having the extra living space gives the 'flats' the edge over the main hotel in my book. The facilities were good, and if we needed anything e.g. extra cutlery to entertain our friends, it was quickly provided. The hob took a little working […] out as to how to use as the instructions had been placed in a cupboard and we didn't find them till later. The microwave is a combination model so it has a grill and convection function as well. Very comfortable UK size king bed. Home from home as the flat didn't lack anything, except you have to pay for intenet access. The only worry was showering in the bath as it was a little slippy and the screen blocks getting in. Someone not fully mobile may find this a problem. The gym and spa is excellent, although the ladies room did not have a hairdryer that I could spot. The kit has been replaced since my last visit to the hotel two years ago, and it was good then. The hotel is within 5 mins of the Louise area shopping, and 10 mins brisk walk to Grand Place, but there are buses leaving from the 'square'. We used the number 12 Airport Express to and fro the airport. (After 8pm, weekends and holidays the service is number 21). You just need to check that it isn't terminating at Schuman. It is easy enough to get the timetable from the airport website. It costs 2 euro more to buy ticket on the bus, so look for the GO machine at the bus stop and get your ticket for 3 euro each way. We stayed 2 nights in the hotel with a toddler child. We found the hotel very spacious and set in a quiet area within the European quarter. The hotel pool next door was perfect. the bed was very comfortable Our concerns were -dusty furniture -dirty upholstery (curtainsin particular) - it took very long to finally get the sofa bed made up with adequate […] linens for our child -Shower only has enough hot water for one person to shower at a time. -staff were slow to respond to calls Mehr

Roomy and confortable, and conveniently located near Luxembourg square, with its restaurants, pubs, and train station. Only those looking to be waited on hand and foot might be disappointed, as staff seemed few and far between, though our room was always well appointed.

La chambre pas prête à 23H30 ( réservation faite depuis 2 semaines), pas de lumière dans la partie couchage,fuite sous le lavabo WC, S D B avec beaucoup de moisissures, miroir cassé et risque de coupures, l’interrupteur au sol et fils apparent ( j'ai bien sur les photos à votre disposition, aprés 3/4 d'heure d'attente pour avoir les draps nous avons, […] + 5 minutes pour le dernier oreiller nous avons enfin peu dormir de 0h30 à 5h30 car nous avions encore un long voyage, d'habitude nous allions au Sofitel , je pense que chez Marriott, ils ne prennent pas les clients qui payent d'avance au sérieux . Et pour finir pas de responsable au départ de l'hötel à 7h00 du matin..... Mehr

Le marriot executive suites est une annexe de l'hotel renaissance. Pour info l'accueil se fait à la réception de l'hotel. La suite est confortable et bien aménagée. Par contre le service hotelier n'est pas digne d'un marriot: nous avions demandé une chambre pour trois et le second lit n'était pas prêt à notre arrivée. Il a fallut appeler trois fois […] la réception pour avoir quelqu'un qui degne bien vouloir monter préparer le lit...mais au bout de 6 heures. Mehr

Très bon établissement, seules les informations manquent pour trouver l'accueil et pour le fonctionnement du parking pour les résidents.

Nous avons réservé pour 3 personnes une semaine avant notre arrivée .Le sofa n'était pas fait et ni drap ni couverture pour le faire. Nous avons dù réclamer à 22h30 pour que quelqu'un vienne faire le lit : à 23h toujours personne. Personnel non réactif le soir. De plus tout le monde parle anglais au téléphone ce qui n'est pas pratique pour réclamer […] quelque chose,il a fallu faire le siège de la réception de l'hotel pour obtenir satisfaction. Pas une excuse, pas un dédommagement vraiment très limite de la part du personnel. En fait d'apres l'hotel c à nous de réclamer et de vérifier que le sofa a été fait .... Mehr

Rien à redire sur cet hotel, propre et bien placé car proche du centre ville (15 minutes à pied) Seul bémol, la piscine et le bar restaurant ne sont pas situés au Marriot mais à l'Hotel Renaissance situé juste à côté.

Très calme, quartier un peu mort le WE. Bien situé. Appartement spacieux et propre. Service hotelier le WE uniquement sur demande. Réception dans un autre hôtel situé un peu plus loin. Parking était indiqué gratuit sur le site hotel.com, mais pas sur le bon de réservation d'où quelques problèmes, finalement réglés (imprimer la page du site par précaution). […] Le canapé lit n'est pas très confortable (ok pour 1-2 nuits). L'appart-hôtel est très bien situé : environ 15 à 20 mn du centre dans le quartier européen qui est plutôt calme. L'appart est de très bonne qualité, un petit bémol sur des voisins français très bruyants...pas de chance !! Attention : le stationnement n'est pas forcément compris dans l'offre !! Je l'ai fait remarquer, et il m'a gentiment été offert […] !! A renouveler et une excellente formule pour ceux qui veulent passer un we sympa à Bruxelles !! Mehr

exellent hotel, les appartements sont assez grand pour 2 personnes, tres propre avec tout ce qu'il faut: coin cuisine, salle de bain, 2 toilettes, 2 televisions chambre et salon, balcon ect... Certes, l hotel est un peu exentré mais le centre-ville n est pas si loin (30 min a pied). le quartier est plutot calme, residentiel et assez animé en semaine […] mais tres calme le week-end (c est un quartier de bureau avant tout). Le personnel est tres discret, voir meme absent ce qui pourrait etre pour certain un defaut mais moi, j ai aimé cette discretion, on se sent libre, presque chez soi et c est une qualité pour ma part. Pour finir, je conseille vraiment cet hotel pour un prix franchement raisonnable. Mehr

hotel dans un quartier calme, chambre confortable, coin cuisine bien équipée, très bien.

Nous étions 3 adultes et avions prix un appart Marriot pour 2 nuits ( annexe qui se trouve à coté de l'Hotel Renaissance ). L'appartement est très correct, propre et de qualité. Bémol, l'alarme qui se déclenche à 9h30 du matin et il fallait tous descendre dans la rue ( comme il y a un coin cuisine dans l'appart et que certains l'utilisent et que le […] détecteur de fumée se trouve au dessus....). Sinon dans l'ensemble, l'appart est très bien. Par contre, le Gros point noir de cette location c'est l'accueil : les personnels sont très très très médiocres pour ce niveau de qualité, snobent les clients, partlent très mal avec des airs très suppérieurs, de mauvaise foie...pas seulement avec nous, mais avec d'autres clients qui étaient aussi présents. J'avais réservé car il y avait une promo : parking offert. L'acccueil ne voulait rien entendre et insiste que ce n'est jamais arrivé. Après plusieurs minutes de négo et de vérification, le parking faisait bien partie de la promo. Sinon éloigné du centre et de la grande Place ( 30mn à pied ). Mehr

Morgenmad på nabohotellet Renaissance var under standard. Gamle æg og gammelt brød samt kold kaffe. Dårlig betjening og meget ringe opfyldning af morgenmadsbuffeten.

Tres bien et conforme aux attentes .Chambre spacieuse (appartement ).Quartier très calme et proche du centre ville . Juste un petit probleme au niveau du couchage . Avions reservés pour 3 personnes , seulement en rentrant à l'hotel le soir pour dormir , il manquait les draps pour le canape lit .Problème résolu en 15 mn après appel à la réception (service […] de nuit ) Mehr

Haut de gamme Situé dans secteur très calme. Propre Services payants - très chers (parking, internet...).

- Bonne situation géographique dans le quartier du parlement européen: proche restaurants "non-touristique" mais très agréables, proche du centre à pied (10 min) - Appartement très agréable et spacieux - Qualité de service à revoir par contre: services manquants dans l'appartement (mini bar...), et changement des draps et remise en ordre de la chambre […] 3 fois par semaine uniquement (!!!!); donc pas d'etonnement si vos serviettes n'ont pas été changées, vos draps de lit non refait, et appartement dans l'état où vous l'avez laissé (même si vous aviez préparés vos draps à être changés). - Reception dans l'hotel situé à coté du Mariott... donc pas dans votre hotel - Parking sous terrain payant (21€/jour) - Piscine couverte en construction (et vestiaires également) + eau très fraiche - pass magnetique en mauvais état de fonctionnement (vous devrez certainement retourner à la reception de l'hotel à coté du votre pour faire changer votre carte et rentrer dans votre appartement) évaluation globale: pour un hotel de la gamme Mariott, très décevant. 5.5/10 Mehr

Quartier agréable; Confort supérieur: un véritable appartement tout équipé pour un prix sans concurrence le WE. Le coté jardin est plus agréable que le coté rue ( tous les 2 possèdent un balcon ). On y retourne sur tous nos séjours à Bruxelles.
