The room was surprisingly small for four people. The sink was IN the bathroom so if someone was in the shower and you wanted to use the sink to get ready, you really couldn't. The bathroom was mall too. Other than that, A-Class Hotel. Everything was very clean. The pool and hot tub were of good size and decent hours. Nice fitness room as well.

This establishment was a quality place to stay. We would be glad to walk through thier doors any time again in the future. Thanks for a good quality stay!

DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh Airport was incredibly convinient to Robert Morris University and made our visit to the campus stress-free and comfortable. From check-in to our breakfast on our last day, the stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you!

We booked 2 rooms ( 5 people) at this hotel for one night before our flight. From the moment we enter the door to the moment we check out every thing was SUPER!! 6 STARS. At the arrival when waiting to be check in, we was nicely greet it with a smile and the most delicious huge fresh home made like chocolate chip cookie. It was a nice touch, it make […] us feel at home. The Fireplace in the lobby, very nice staff at the desk, very clean and nicely appointed rooms, we where very happy with the choice we made it. Lady who check us in was very friendly and so was the shuttle driver. We returned our rental car the same night at the airport and get the shuttle to the hotel and next early morning we got free shuttle again to the airport. We require a extra roll away bed and it was delivered and set up in our room few minutes after check in, at no extra charge. I will stay there again with pleasure and gladly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you. Mehr

Clean room, soft bed, warm cookies quiet and a great welcome. What more could you ask for in an airport hotel.

Nightstand drawer broken- off track... it fell out when opened and almost broke a toe!!, Room thermostat wouldn't cool.....room stayed at 74 degrees!!!! Fire alarm sensor kept beeping.....

I was in the area for a veterans' event and stayed there but did not spend much time there. I did not use the bar or restaurant, nor room service or the fitness center. I came and went and slept. I was with several friends and no one expressed any unhappiness. At checkin I asked for five glass wine glasses to be sent to my room because we had a couple […] nice bottles with us. The young lady behind the desk immediately brought them up with no questions and no charges. I like this place and will return. Mehr

We have stayed here the night before catching a flight out of PIT. Jackson's is one of the best restaurants in the neighborhood. For the last 2 times we have stayed there, the room has a moderate amount of constant noise for mechanical equipment (pump, fan, ???). Also strong smell of cigarettes in hallway, even though we had a non smoking room. However, […] the front desk staff will help you with correcting the issues in a timely and professional manner. Great hotel! Warm cookies at check in, spacious rooms, nicely decorated, and clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Watery start as bathorrom above ours leaked into our room BUT hotel staff was quick to relocate us. New room was well appointed and very comfy. Loved the cookies at check-in. Staff was polite and helpful.

First, the hotel staff was good. Friendly, helpful. They even gave us an extra cookie for our son, when he arrived late and hungry. But the facility itself is old and tired. Our room smelled bad. We got used to it, but it had a distinct sour smell. The carpeting and wall treatment were brown and tired, the tub was delaminating (that is, the coating […] on it was peeling off in places). Room was supposedly non-smoking but the hallway reeked of smoke. I called the front desk and they confirmed the room was non-smoking but there were smoking rooms on the floor. What's the point? The room definitely had a sole odor and we could not open the windows.

My husband and I stayed here while attending a convention and also to celebrate our anniversary. Nice clean room, friendly staff and fairly priced.

Hotel service was great and the area was great too! The only problems I had was the shower/tub were very small and there was mold in the corners of the tub and also on the counter behind the sink. The lighting was also very low which made the room just so dark and kind of gloomy.

Everytime my wife and I travel to Pittsburgh, we stay at the DoubleTree on University Blvd by the airport. They satisfy our needs everytime and we will always recommend to family and friends. And the cookies are always nice too.

Our stay at the double tree in pittsburgh was wonderful. The staff was very helpful in all aspects of our stay. We would recommend them to anyone who needed a room to stay.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and smell good. The beds and pillows are just like sleeping on clouds. I love to stay here when I am visiting.

Nice hotel. Outside of Pittsburgh but near the airport. My only complaint is that the bathtub had been painted and large areas of paint had fallen off. Aesthetic only, but appearance counts.

A lot of money for an average hotel.

Though our stay was a brief one, it was most enjoyable, especially breakfast. If we ever return to Canfield, Ohio, we would certainly repeat our stay at the Hampton!

Nice hotel, however, they were not aware of the specifics on our reservation through Hotels.com. Our reservation included breakfast, but the hotel did not want to honor that until we found our confirmation email. They were accommodating as we requested adjoining rooms and when we checked in, our rooms were not even on the same floor. They did move the […] room which was great! Food was good in the restaurant. Clean hotel. Close to Airport. For 5 bucks you can leave your car at the hotel and get a free shuttle to and from the airport. Everyone at the hotel was nice and friendly. Offered suggestions on where to go for the best coffee, best breakfast and dinner. Overall great experience

Nice and clean. Comfortable, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Great front desk- helpful in every way. Good location. Nice clean room with comfortable beds. My only complaints- noisey heating/airconditioning unit and the one treadmill in the work out room needs some help.

Great hotel, wonderful stay. The breakfast and service was very nice also.

Our coaching staff stayed here for the Nike Basketball Coaching Clinic. Great Hospitality. Shuttle even ran coaches to RMU for the session when it wasn't the van wasn't on an airplane run. Room was very nice, even though it wasn't brand new. Some chips out of the shower floor and an unidentified noise above the ceiling were the only minor flaws I could […] find with the room. Stayed here one night prior to departing from the Pittsburgh airport. Rooms were very nice and clean. There was a very loud room next to us in the middle of the night, but within five minutes after calling the front desk, the issue was resolved. Transportation to and from the airport was on time and the drivers were very courteous. Would stay there […] again. Mehr

Dated room and tight tub. Comfortable bed. Smothering heat in the small excercise room, but sufficient equipment for me. Couldn't tolerate more than 15 minutes in the excercise room due to the heat, and door propped open the 2nd day. Easy access to lots of food and shopping choices.

I enjoyed my stay. The service was great, especially the shuttle bus driver. He was very friendly and a great asset to the hotel. I had a slight run-in with one of the hotel desk clerks because she couldnt find that breakfast was included in my rate, but after calling the manager they found it with no problem. Overall, the Doubletree was well maintained, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were there for one night prior to departure through PIT airport. For a nominal $5 fee, we were allowed to leave our vehicle in the Doubletree parking lot for the entire weekend and use the hotel shuttle to and from the airport. This saved us quite a bit of […] money on parking fees and did not add much time to our transfers before and after our flights. Mehr

Hotel was clean and nice. Rooms had been updated. Close to airport but not many quality places to eat nearby. Other than being by the airport, no actvities in the immediate area. Rooms were quiet (No airport noise). If you need to stay near the airport, I would recommend.

I was very pleased with everything about my stay. the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, my room was comfortable, and it was located very close to the location of my course. I also got a great rate on my room, so that made it even better! They even give you a warm chocolate chip cookie when you check in. I was also pleased with the fact that the […] soda machine wasn't ridiculously priced! I did notice that the tub finish was coming off and the television was in need of replacement, but these were nothing that negatively impacted my experience. Mehr

This was such a nice hotel. We stayed at another close by hotel last year that was more expensive and not neer as nice. The beds an pillows were so comfortable. The room was very clean and modern. I will be staying here again!
