Between the amazing bathroom set up to the roof top bar there really isn't a thing about the Glenn that isn't chique.

Aweaome staff, very cool hip modern room! Loved the see try shower, the roof top bar...amazing! Great little secret for the city!

I was planning a surprise everning for my husband and had some items that needed to be stored in the fridge. Upon arrival I immediately stored them however did not realize it was not working. So once we returned for our romantic evening.... no bubbling or fruit or melted icing from the cupcake..

I really enjoyed the close proximity of the hotel and Phillips Arena, it was just a hop-skip-and jump away... I wasn't to happy with the size of the room, which was extremely small, but glad that it was just myself staying. I did enjoy the VIP Lounge on the 10th floor along with the music.

My husband and I stayed at the Glenn Hotel for a short weekend getaway. When we pulled up, the hotel looked small next to the Omni and others but when we walked in were were very pleased with the decor and the service. First we encountered the valet guys, very friendly. Next, we walk in to the lobby which was small, but gorgeous with a wonderful lounge. […] The decorations were beautiful! The gentleman at the desk was extremely helpful and had a wonderful sense of humor. The other employees near by were just as friendly and helpful! We walked in our room (tiny) but so modern with great colors, comfy bed and stylish bathroom/shower. Huge windows gave us a nice view of the city below. For a short stay the room was great and we are very pleased with our experience! Great food and drink in walking distance and Centennial Park just across the street!! Mehr

Great for events at Georgia Dome, CNN Center and Centennial Park as all are just a short walk away. Hotel was clean but dated. Shower has clear glass into the sleeping area. If you're sharing the room with someone who has already seen you in the shower its probably not a problem except that the bathroom light also shines into the adjacent room.

the hotel and our room was just like the pictures we were very impressed .the bathroom with the window was really cool.and all my fiance could say was AWESOME the bed was very very comfortable and we will be returning again real soon.

This hotel was booked for my 9th wedding anniversary and I will never book this splt again or tell anyone else about it. The pictures online of the room are zoomed in ... you are actually staying in a cubby hole. What they were trying to do in the rooms are great, more space is needed to pull it off. Lots more space.For this to be a four star hotel […] it doesnt meet four standards for me. Watch out for hidden fees that noone tells you about when booking. One hidden fee is the valet parking fee that you have no choice in if you are staying at this hotel. My next complaint would be the check in service....the attendants at the desk have no clue....When we booked we added the breakfast option, so the next morning when we went down for breakfast I asked the front desk what should take place. I was told to just go over to the restaurant....well needless to say when we were done eating we received a bill. The waitress said a voucher should have been put in and given to us. Well the waitress took care of that but we still had extra money to pay since what we ordered went over the amount for the voucher. This should have been explained when I asked front desk about the breakfast. The only good thing about this hotel was that it was in walking distance to the Phillips Areana where the event we were attending was taking place. Mehr

We stayed here to attend an event at the Georgia dome, it was close to many places downtown and the hotel was very clean. Parking was a little steep at 26$ a day but it was a secure facility. The hotel also offers a rooftop bar which was very trendy, but if you stay on a higher level be prepared to hear the DJ well past midnight! Very cute and cozy!!Super sexy shower! Deco was different but I liked it very much.The hotel staff was friendly and the food was great. We will be back next year and have recommended it to our friends and family.

I was very pleasantly surprised! I booked this hotel because of the price and because it was close to the Georgia Dome. It ended up being a very hip hotel with FABULOUS service and right in the middle of the city. Anything we needed, they jumped right on it. Can't wait to stay there again!

I loved this hotel and everything about it! Although my room was small I loved the Decor, I felt like I was in my own bedroom, the staff was awesome.

I adored the staff, they were very accomodating and full of fun!!! just a nice boutique hotel to stay!

This was an awesome place and was VERY affordable BUT there is one thing, you have to Valet park which is 25$ per day. I didnt find this out until i got there but still worth it. Really nice and staff is wonderful. Room a little small, Ya gotta see the shower. It has a window to bedroom. :-)

Just steps away from Phillips Arena Very comfortable and secure hotel highly recommend

Booked a room with my ex... Great price, the hotel staff was a bit casual at the front however the hotel and room service were fabulous! Sexy shower, great fish tacos Con: Twenty six dollar parking...

Hotel was very trendy and nice. The hallways were a bit dark and the rooms were small, but very well decorated and had comfy bed and linens. Unexpected window in the shower overlooking the bed was a new twist for me... Unfortunately, I heard every police car and ambulance within .25 miles of the hotel, and I was on the 9th (out of 10) floors! And although […] very nice, the valets were overworked. Parking is by valet only, and there is only one (maybe two if you are lucky) working at a time...so make sure that you have plenty of time before you are expected at your next appointment! Really great little hotel. Close to many things, including CNN world headquarters. Enjoyed my stay a lot!

Great hotel. I would recommend it. The furnishings and the staff make a huge difference. The only complaint I have is with the bartender on the sky bar. What a pompous jerk. Other than that it's a great hotel.

Great location if you are walking to the Phillips Arena. It is a half block from site. If driving not a good location due to one way streets and having to circle the city. Is close, and will have street noise and parking garage noise. Especially noisey during game events. I was there for a conference and not a sporting event.

The Glenn Hotel is a terrific little hotel nestled right in heart of downtown Atlanta. The service is enthusiastic and sharp; the rooms are modern and clean, and the roof-top bar has one of the best views in the city. Only drawback is a slow valet when arriving.

The location of the hotel was the biggest plus. I thought the nightly rate was pretty steep for such a small room. The room was economy in nature. There was a window between the shower, which looked ancient, and the room, a little strange. This hotel was exactly what I expected. Cool design, comfy room and fun staff. Roof lounge had a spectacular view and good vibe. Great for fun getaway, probably not what I would consider "family friendly" except for location but I absolutely loved it! I will definitely stay here again.

Little Expensive but what I saw on the door I got a bargin or maybe it was an off week! Otherwise it had the comfiest bed out of the 3 other places I satyed during my trip. The bathroom we had for a single bed was unique so you will need to find that out yourself when you check in.

Room was a little small, but it's location made up for that.

Nice hotel & staff very friendly. The only drawback the noise. There were emergency vehicles with sirens blaring every night I was there. This happened more than once and this is at midnight & early morning. Very annoying & did not sleep well.

false advertised a sky resturant that was closed until April but did not make that know Staff was not experienced - did not honor discount for pittcon as specified. Way overpriced for what it was but major complain was poor service and false advertising

The Hotel was nice, but not as nice as expected. However, the service staff (I think Monica was her name) was excellent. She reallly made up for any problems i had at the facility. Don't get me wrong, a great hotel. It just wasn't as nice as the pictures of it were. But again, many thanks to monica, she really made it worth staying there.

We really loved this hotel. My husband and I were in ATL, for the Hawks game, so the location was perfect. We were able to walk right around the corner to the arena. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very tiny, but it was still very posh and contemporary. Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

This is a great location for the major Atlanta attractions. Chic, comfortable, and fabulous staff. I can't wait to go back.

Trendy, hip, downtown, boutique hotel....with a sad bar crowd, offensive food from the restaurant and hope your not looking for room service after getting in late...no room service after 11pm...wife and I are booking elsewhere next date night.

It was a lovely boutique hotel with excellent service, a beautiful room and was convenient to CNN & the GA Aquarium. Loved it and will stay there the next time I am in Atlanta.

Went to Atlanta for a nights getaway and found this hotel via Hotels.com. Previous reviews have been spot on, smaller rooms but great for you and another person. Close to everything; Phillips Arena, CNN Center, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke. Hotel was in great shape and staff was friendly. I would recommend for a not traditional hotel feel.

The rooms are TINY and if you are in a queen room, the shower is a window only covered by beads. TV did not work when we checked in, no wash cloths, loud street noise all night. There is NO Restaurant op of the hotel, it is now a bar. (loud all night long). On the positive, the bar in the lobby is very nice and it is close to the Georgia Dome.

The staff at the Glenn should give training classes to the rest of the hotel industry. What a wonderful, happy, accommodating group of people. My stay was like visiting good friends. Everything was top class. There was a little street noise now an then.

Nice newly refurbished small hotel very convenient to Georgia Dome, CNN, World Congress Center, Aquarium, Five Points. Good restaurant in the lobby and a great roof top bar. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. Only negatives are that parking was $25/ night and the room was a bit on the small side (but very well-appointed). Recommended.

The Glenn Hotel was allright. I was real impressed at first. At check-in, the person at the front desk was great. She even gave us complimentary cocktails. The rooms were nice, but were very small. There is a glass wall between the shower and the room which was pretty cool. Parking was over $25 per day. The hotel has a bar on the roof, but it was at […] capacity so the door guy wouldnt let anyone up there until people left. The hotel is walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium, Centenial Park, a MARTA station and the Coke Museum. Overall the hotel was ok, but there are other hotels in the area where you will get more bang for your buck. Mehr

All staff that we dealt with were so friendly and helpful, the common areas and guest rooms were nicely done and very comfortable, the location was GREAT, the business center and fitness room were excellent, the food at the hotel restaurant was tasty (BEST VEGGIE BURGER I HAVE EVER HAD!), the price was right AND the wireless internet actually worked! […] It was the best hotel stay we have had in a long time and we are really looking forward to staying at The Glenn again when we are next in Atlanta. I stayed here after a concert at Phillips Arena because it was literally within walking distance. My experience here begin with the gentleman in valet who was awesome. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant. Every time I called the front desk I was greeted with someone friendly on the other end. The room was decorated nicely and really clean. The […] room was smaller than I expected but the way I was treated here made me quickly forget. I would definitely stay here again. Mehr
