Fantastic, very close to everything in Brisbane City, will stay there again

The five of us ladies who were booked in to stay at this Hotel were very pleased with the over all stay. The only bother we had was having to wait until 2 pm to be able to get into the room. We had been travelling since early morning from north qld., and just needed somewher to put our feet up, other thanthat the location and the cost was excellent. […] We know where we will be staying if there are rooms available next time, thank you. Big apartments with everything you need. Nothing extraordinary but it was nothing missing on the other hand.

Well situated in the CBD. Free bus service at the front door fpr travel around Brisbane CBD All staff very pleseant

Very clean & comfortable, was able to launder all my clothes & fly home with a bag full of clean clothes which was nice.

Found the hotel great for convenience to city and transport. First trip to Brisbane in many years and very impressed. Hotel staff could not have been more helpful especially Tim on the front desk!! Would not hesitate to stay again if necessary.

A wonderfully central located apartment, within easy reach of the river, CBD and central train station. Good facilities and excellent pool and BBQ area.

pretty good. Parking $20 a night. Did not have a cot we ordered 3 days earlier, got it one night later, but it was broken. Still the desk staff were lovely and helpful. Will stay again for sure. River restuarants not far away.

Room was nice but was very compact and too small to accomodate a family of 5. We didn't check-in until approx 8.30 pm. The hotel forgot to provide towels or a rollaway bed for my 14 year old son resulting in him having to share a bed with his parents - not good!! When we rang reception to report this the phone wasn't answered and was diverted to an […] answer machine. The receptionist had gone off duty. When we spoke to the receptionist the following day, she apologised and arranged for the bed and towels to be brought to the room. I understand from overhearing a telephone conversation that the hotel had to borrow rollaway beds from another hotel, which partially explains why it wasn't there when we checked in. Although very small, the room was clean and the location of the hotel was very good. I would return to the hotel, but would only book a 3 bed apartment. Mehr

This was probably a great apartment building when it was new, but is aging. Light globes and fittings were missing or broken - the only bathroom light being broken and missing was very annoying. Some crockery was only enough for 2 people - very inconvenient for a family of 5. The level of service is not in keeping with a 4.5 star rating. We requested […] more towels so the number of towels to matched the number of people booked for, but didn't receive them. The swimming pool is lovely, but there are no pool towels available. Location is good as it is an easy walk to the centre of town. Mehr

Oaks Lexicon was better than a traditional hotel. It gave us the amenities of being at home with full kitchen, washer/dryer, and two balconies. The balconies were one of the best amenities, large sized with nice table and chairs. The bedroom and living areas each had large sliding glass doors which allowed us to enjoy the clean Brisbane air and cool […] breeze. The dining area also has a sliding glass door. There are only four units per apartment level; the layout gives you views of two sides of the building making views of the city easy to get. The Oaks Lexicon provided good sized family accommodation and facilities close to Brisbane CBD and with easy access to airport and also to drive out and return form Gold Coast and theme parks.

Great, great great. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The shower was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. The view was great for being in the city. I would stay there again. My family was very pleased with everything. From reading previous reviews about this hotel (I don't remember if those reviews were from this site or others), but the majority of them were putting the hotel in a negative perspective. So I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived that the hotel was much better than I thought it would be. The hotel room was spotless and everything inside was in perfect […] working condition. The room was a bit on the small side but most hotels in Brisbane city are. It was perfect for me and my partner just for the weekend (a one bedroom apartment). The location is great, not too close to the city centre but within walking distance of everything you need. The front desk staff were helpful but not overly friendly, which could do with some improving. Car parking is a bit on the expensive side, and charged per night, but it does give peace of mind. The hotel facilities (pool, bbq area and gym), are all up to standard. Please be aware that if your require a parking space, you do need to call the hotel ahead of your stay. I had read that there are only limited spaces available. And for those who don't realise but the hotel does share the building with an office. The first few floors of the building are filled with offices and from there up are the hotel rooms. The offices have a different entry and exit however the car park and lifts are all shared. It was a little bit awkward when we were trying to bring up all our things to the room and sharing the lift with office workers but its not really a problem at all. Just a little unexpected :) Overall I found the hotel perfect for what we needed, despite all the negative reviews I previously read. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay there again if the opportunity came again. Mehr

Het apartementen-hotel biedt alle mogelijkheden van een (ander) gerenommeerd hotel, maar dan tegen een (veel) lagere prijs. Uiteraard moet je daarvoor wel voor je eigen eten zorgen, maar dat heeft ook zo z'n charmes. Soms wat problemen met internet.

アパートメントホテルなので部屋の大きさは広く快適。ホテルにはレストランが無いが、2ブロックほど行ったところに7-11があるので朝食程度は何とかなります。 部屋の中に来ているインターネットケーブルは、つながっていないし、各階にある無線LANも場所によっては弱くてつながらず、ネット環境はよろしくない。また、部屋の空調のコントローラーは、使用不能。　しかし、ホテルのようなサービスを期待しなければ、数日から中期の滞在には悪くない。もう一つ、夜10時にはフロントがいなくなるので、ホテルの入り口は外のインターホンで開けてもらう必要があることも留意した方が良い。

中心部に近く、仕事には大変便利でした。無線LANの電波が弱いのは、改善すべきでしょう。

Séjour d'une seule nuit mais sympathique, hotel très bien situé, appartement petit mais très fonctionnel et bien équipé, déco sympa.
