Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 16. Feb. 2013Mich hat die zentrale Lage und der zum Buchungszeitpunkt günstige Preis angezogen. Der Service ist mittelmäßig. Die bis zu 3 Portiers langweilten sich am Eingang anstatt dem Gast beim Gepäck zu helfen. Die Concerges waren o.k.. Der Lift per Zimmerkarte gesichert und die Zimmer geräumig und leise und mit einem übergroßen TV ausgestattet. Bad könnte moderner sein. Parken sollte man besser in einem der zahlreichen Parkhäuser in der Innenstadt. Frühstück ist billiger und besser in einem der zahlreichen Coffeeshops oder Diner in der Umgebung.

Es gab ein Zimmer mit einer integrierten Küche, das Geschirr war sauber und Herd, MIcrowelle und Kühlschrank funktionierte einwandfrei! Sollten wir noch einmal nach Oregon fliegen, wird das sicher wieder unser Hotel! Wie in USA üblich, lässt die sich die Sauberkeit mit deutschem aber Standard nicht vergleichen, aber in diesem Hotel kam es schon sehr nah ran ;o) ! ! Es gibt kein Frühstück und der "Shop" ist nicht wirklich erwähnenswert. Es gibt einen Raum mit zwei PC´s die von den Gästen genutzt werden können. Freies WLAN ist auch zu haben. Die Menschen an der Rezeption waren durchweg total supernett!! In fuläufiger Umgebung ist ein tolles Diner mit dem Namen Sharies, welches rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat. das haben wir leider erst auf der Rückfahrt entdeckt, empfehlenswert sind die Blueberry-Pancakes ;o)) Also, wer keinen Luxus erwartet, wird hier nicht enttäuscht.

Die war die ganze Nacht im Dauerbetrieb. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ganz ok. Das Frühstück war im Preis dabei und für amerikanische Verhältnisse ganz gut.

"False fire alarm at 2:30 am"
To begin with I must say that the staff was exceptional, they seemed to take great pride in ownership. When we arrived there was free chips and nachos and potato soup in a crock pot, and the host was very welcoming. The room was small, but adequate, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. My bedside lamp did not work, but the water pressure was good, […] and the heater worked well. However, in the evening around midnite there was a large, noisy argument which found it way out into the hallway, and when we peeked out it involved a lady and 2 naked men. Then at 2:30 the fire alarm began to sound, and in the time it took me to find my robe it stopped, however once woken it was difficult to go back to sleep due to the deafening noise of the traffic, that did not stop all night long!. We were going to stay another night, but we checked out the next morning instead, they were very sympathetic- said the fire alarm was activated by a broken ballast. The morning breakfast would have been adequate, but it was all carbs, it was presented with pride and care though. "More positives than negatives......"
Location to baseball fields (we were there for a tournament) was convenient. Beds were comfortable, and it's apparent they are making improvements. The granite countertops on the vanity were nice, and the live bamboo in a vase added a pleasant touch. The lobby area where the breakfast was served was quite small, but the front desk staff was super nice […] and accomodating. Unfortunately, the "adult" stores on either side lent a seedy feel to the neighborhood, and our comforters were in need of replacement (cigarrete burn holes - in a non-smoking hotel?) "Great hotel that is pet friendly"
We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very clean and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. When we made our reservations, we noted that we were bringing our dog. When we checked in, they had not noticed that we were bringing our pet and they were out of pet friendly rooms. Proximity to the Clackamas Town Center was our main priority and it was. the Adult Store next door was a bit concerning but it was no bother. "Low price, but a lot of road noise."
There was a lot of street noise in the room so it was difficult to sleep. We tried to use the fan on the heating unit to drown out the noise, but the fan was too squeaky to sleep through as well. "pleased"
I was very pleased with our stay and the service we received. I have a toddler so i wanted a room on the bottom floor, the gentleman said the only room they had available on the bottom floor the lock to get in was broken and would have to personally let us into our room each time, which was fine with me. But the following day a different front desk […] person a woman, it almost ed seemed like a inconvenience for her to let us in when needed. "Choose your room location carefully."
Rooms on front are facing the freeway off ramp. The television has insufficient power to drown out the motorcycles and semi-trucks using their " jake brakes" on the off ramp. This goes on all night, without a break. Rooms on back are much better.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Most comfortable mattress & pillows of any motel!"
Friendly staff. Rooms have everything needed: fridge, micro, coffee. Breakfast was good. The bonus though was that they have the most comfortable mattress & pillows of any motel we've ever stayed at.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"Extremely Good Value"
Between the covered parking garage, the niceness and helpfulness of the staff, the great breakfast, and the good quality of the rooms, AND the great pricing, this is probably the best value in this area of Portland.
