eifaches, aber sehr sauberes Motel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Kontinentales Früstück. Swimmingpool im nachbarhotel mit nutzbar.

Günstiges, gut erreichbares Motel (Direkt an der Abfahrt der I76). Grosses, sauberes, gemütliches Zimmer m. TV u. Kaffeemaschine, Frühstück incl. (Toast,Marmelade, Saft u. Kaffee), n. Pittsburgh ca. 20 Fahrminuten ( keine Öffis). Das Motel ist somit für einen Kurzaufenthalt (2-3Tage) absolut zu empfehlen.

This is my 2nd stay at this Motel. I find it comfortable and economical. I have no complaints, and since I visit Pittsburgh several times a year, I will stay here again. For an overnight stay, I found it clean, quiet and comfortable.

Fine hotel with good rates. Included breakfast was ok. The person in the room next to us had their tv on volume one million and despite pounding on their door and having hotel staff call them countless times, they would not lower it until 5am. The staff offered us another room but who wants to switch at 2am with a baby? Some people are so rude! The hotel is conveniently located for business close to the Springhill mall. I stayed in the Springhill Suites previously, but chose the Super 8 this time as it's only half the price. And keeping this in mind it is really a good deal.

The hotel was fairly nice as you get what you paid for. It was as to be expected for the price. It certainly is close to all fast food which is good for a quick meal and especially for kids. It has a decent breakfast. My room had a microwave and refrigerator which is always a plus. They had a card on which you inform them of any problems for example, […] the fan in the bathroom needed some fixing. All in all, it was okay and seemed to have a fair amount of customers. Mehr

Not a luxury hotel but provided the necessary place to sleep with little drama. Comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff and convenient to the highway. We'll stay here again when we are in the area next.

for the online price not to have to drive home from a wedding it was great. A little to far from wedding though 12 miles but very convenient to turnpike, right there. Clean and nice breakfast and free Sunday paper. Lots of restaurants around.

This is not a resort hotel, nor does it claim to be. It is a simple travel motel, intended to provide a clean, comfortable place to sleep and bathe, and it accomplishes this very well. It is convenient to the Turnpike, and to the sports complex we were visiting, and is surrounded by restaurants and shopping. We arrived to find a spotless and well-appointed […] (but small) room, with free wifi and a flat-screen TV as an unexpected bonus. The beds were comfortable, if simply dressed, and the bathroom was small but very clean. The towels were adequate. The morning continental breakfast was limited but of reasonable quality. And the staff even managed to greet us warmly at 3:00A when we arrived back after a sports tournament (the reason for our stay). We would like to apologize to our neighbors: the one complaint we would have is that the walls are a bit thin and could use better soundproofing, so we are sorry if our TV or shower woke you then (as your phone and conversation woke us a few hours later). I've stayed here before and certainly would go back. I was satisfied with everything including cleanliness and comfort. Room had cable TV with many channels including HBO, refrigerator, microwave, iron and board. All that I needed for the price. Places to eat up the street and Joey D's nightclub with the Big Kahuna (Joey himself).

We enjoyed our stay, room was clean and had a good nights sleep. Wish the lobby sitting area was a little larger but staff did nice job keeping breakfast food stocked.

This motel is located just north of downtown Pittsburgh and is in a good location with family restaurants nearby. The only problem we had was with the road construction - not the motel's fault.

We got in late and had to get up early. There was all kinds of noise keeping us awake almost the whole night. We will not go there again. Walls are paper thin. We realized that we had that same problem there in the past too. It is a convenient location for travel on the turnpike.

A major problem getting into downtown Pittsburgh. Average drive time during weekdays was over 45 minutes. If you don't mind the 1½ hour round trip to downtown Pittsburgh, the hotel is very much OK.

Clean and comfortable room. Yummy breakfast -- the kids loved the doughnuts. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was out dated but comfortable and maintenance is kept up. If you're looking for luxury this is not your room. If you are looking for a bed and the basic at a very good price and close to shopping and attractions, this is you place. You get a 20 discount at a local family restaurant which is nice. You could not find a nicer group of people to run or clean a hotel. They were friendly and very informative. The front desk was very nice when we checked in, gave us many details about the surrounding area. The housecleaners were helpful and very friendly also.

Great location right off turnpike. Clean rooms. Grounds and corridors looked new. Simple continental breakfast (bagels, doughnuts, cereal, coffee & juice) adequate but not elaborate. Staff very friendly and efficient. Small issue with bathroom ceiling, but overall a great experience at a reasonable price.

We spent 14 days in the USA driving from Pittsburgh to Cleaveland,Niagra falls,New Jersey New York, back to Pittsburgh, and Super 8 was far the best Motel we stayed in.very good value,excellent standard of cleanliness, breakfast varied, but was adequate. very happy indeed. will certainly stay with you again.

We were guaranteed a non-smoking room and when we arrived, they did not have a non-smoking room available. The room stunk of smoke so badly that it stayed on our clothing, hair and luggage. We are both asthmatic and when asked about changing our room was told there was nothing that could be done. In town for college visits in the area for 3 days and as there was a Katie Perry concert and something else major going on we had trouble locating a place to stay that was at a reasonable price (we tried booking over 2 weeks ahead of time). We literally got the last available room at this location. Unfortunately -- a non-smoking room was not available […] so we knew that ahead of time ) so we had to settle for a smoking room. We took Fabreeze with us and it really did not help. Had to virtually wash everything that was in the room when returning home and I had an allergy reaction from the 3 day stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable and no complaints about the location or anything else. Just beware that if you must take a smoking room, don't get your hopes up that there wlll be minimal smoke smell. It permeates the hall and the room and the stale smell of smoke getting off the elevator made you hold your breath. I rated overall a 4 because, as I said, we knew we had a smoking room. Mehr

The hotel for an overnight is fine. The rates for the hotel are consistent with the hotel quality. It is in a fair location for access. There is a bit of roadway noise but the value makes it worth staying.

6 of us made the trip to pittsburgh to watch the phillies play the pirates. hotel was perfect for a 2 night stay. the hotel is 20 minutes from downtown and very easy to drive. great stay at a very well run hotel.

I booked a regular room and due to crowding we were bumped to the Dana Suite. The room came with a king bed, double vanity, table and charis and a seating area. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was extremely easy to find and located within walking distance to restaurants and target. The drive to PNC Park was very easy and quick. I would stay here […] again. Mehr

The bed was horribly soft. Someone must have had a dog in a nearby room because a dog was barking all night. The neighborhood was generally noisy. I had a business meeting the next morning and slept only an hour or two at best!

When you are really tired after a long afternoon and evening on I76 this hotel is a welcome retreat at 11:00. The night manager welcomed us and the check-in process was flawless. The room was very clean and the towels were even fluffy. The continental breakfast was just fine with fresh frit, bagels, rolls and a wide choice of cereals. There was some kind of plumbing problem. The room smelled BAD. Everything was damp. When I unpacked at home, even the cloths that I did not wear had to be wash to get the smell and dampness out.

The room was clean at an affordable price. I would recommend this place. Also, the location was close to fast food chains.
