Savoy Boutique Hotel - Tallinn

Had a great stay here. The hotel was small but charming. it had a lovely comfortable reception and bar area, where you could relax with a drink by the fire. Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and accomodating and the hotel was located close to all the main attractions. Definitely recommend it.

Great staff who were really helpful and went out of their way to help us with bookings and such. The restaurant Mekk downstairs was amazing! Loved it. Would have hoped there were a coffee machine in the room and maybe a pool etc at the hotel.

Good small hotel. Outside noise (people coming out of the bars and night clubs) in the night maybe disturbs during the night.

Wonderful location. Can walk to everything. Size of standard rooms leaves a little to be desired. Quite small. Staff nice, but gave us misinformation on bus tours. I would recommend it.

I and my husband stayed at the Savoy 18 – 23 July 2011. I must say that we were very pleased with our experience there. The Savoy is located very conveniently only a few hundred metres from Tallinn’s old town square. All of the staff were very courteous and helpful. Location was wonderful, staff very helpful, only complaint was that air conditioning was not adequate.

Hotel is very conveniently located, right beside the old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet Breakfast was plentiful and good range of food. Our daughter decided at the last minute to come with us and at the last minute just before we travelled to Tallinn the Hotel arranged an extra bed in the room at a nominal extra charge. Very friendly & helpful staff. Great location close to main attractions.

A classy boutique hotel with the right touch and blend of a classic European Grand Hotel in a convienient location. This was our second stay this year, and I'm sure that we will be back. We took a walk around town to take a look at some of the other hotels we opted to stay at when choising from hotels.com but we were happy that we chose the Savoy, some […] of the other hotels did not live up to their webpics. Just spent a long weekend at this hotel. Ideally situated right in the old town and also a short taxi ride from the airport (8 euros). Cannot fault the service, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast OK, had dinner at the hotel one evening and this was superb. Reception staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. The Savoy Boutique was inconsistent. The staff was friendly, helpful and eager to please. The hotel itself was pleasant and well-run and we had a great stay overall. Yet our room was never vacuumed in the four days we were there. Similarly, we had to chase down the housekeeping staff to get a replacement for our soap and toilet paper. In the mornings […] it was easy to get a first cup of coffee at breakfast but impossible to get a second. Also, it wasn't until our last morning that we found out we could have ordered additional items from the wait staff if we wanted anything not found on the breakfast buffet table. Nobody offered or told us about that. Finally, on the day we arrived at the hotel, we were 40 minutes ahead of the official check-in time. It was cold and rainy and we had just stepped off a 10-hour flight. Although our room was ready, they would only give it to us for an extra charge. ...So we waited in the lobby for 40 minutes until noon (the official check-in time), and then collected our room. We found that odd. None of the above experiences seem to be consistent with a five-star hotel rating. Mehr

lovely hotel in great location. Only problem was getting in and out of the tub.

This hotel is located just a 2 minute walk from the Main Square. The hotel lobby, bar, restaurant and room were all wonderful. We were very pleasantly surprised and had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, there is a 23-hour bar across the steet and we were awakened multiple times by drunken larrikins in the street. Can’t find anything wrong. Friendly staff speaks very good English, breakfast is good, rooms are large and comfortable, and location can’t be better.

Excellent location only a few steps into Old Town and not far from city center. A supermarket and shopping center are within walking distance too. Had almost everything I wanted in a room, such as in-room safe, bathtub, and breakfast included. Only things missing were a tea/coffee maker in the room and ice machine. Very nicely renovated boutique hotel in the heart of Tallinn's old town. In an old building with old elevator, etc. Probably wouldn't be a good place for someone in a wheelchair. Very helpful staff that speak excellent English. Make sure to get a room with breakfast as it was excellent. If they're taking orders, I recommend the crepes! Make sure to […] also visit the Gloria wine bar 50m down the road. Nice atmosphere that also serves good light fare. +++ Fina rum Trevlig och hjälpsam personal Bra läge ---- Hård och oskön säng Frukosten var en besvikelse, vilket trestjärnigt som helst i Sverige slår den lätt.

Valoisa, siisti huone. Aamupala hyvä. Miinusta parkkipaikoista, joita hotellilla ei ollut.

Siisti ja tasokas hotelli. Aamiainen valikoimineen ja palvelutasoltaan oli hotellin tasoon nähden pettymys. Aamiaistarjoilijoita oli vain yksi, jonka myötä asiakkaat odottivat kahviaan ja likaiset astiat kerääntyivät pöytiin.

Très bien placé, dans la vieille ville, hôtel confortable (même si les chambres sont assez peu spacieuses), chaleureux et accueillant. Un bon choix pour la découverte de Tallinn.

Perfekt läge och mkt bra frukost. Dåligt duschdraperi, hela badrumsgolvet blev blöt vid dusch.

Hotelli oli luokiteltu 5 tähden hotelliksi, joka ei kaikilta osin vastannut odotuksia (mm. huoneen varustus, aamiainen). Henkilökunta oli suurimmaksi osaksi avuliasta ja palvelu ystävällistä. Harkitsemme hotellia pienistä puutteista huolimatta majoittuessamme seuraavan kerran Tallinnassa.

Har bodd på Savoy 2 ganger før. Veldig god service på innsjekk og utsjekk. Alltid rent og koselig på rommet. Litt uheldig m servitør første morgen på frokost, men hun hadde sikkert en dårlig dag.

Friendly staff; nice environment, neat rooms. we loved it.

タリンには４泊の予定でしたので、いろいろ調べてこのホテルを予約しましたが、期待以上に素晴らしかったです。ロケーション、部屋、食事、スタッフの接客、どれも十分満足できました。特に部屋のインテリアが素敵で心地よく、気持ちのよい日々を過ごすことができました。 泊まった部屋には、バスルームに大きい鏡があるほかには鏡がなかったので、部屋の方にもあれば、女性同士の旅にはありがたいかもしれません。また、部屋に湯沸かし器がないのがちょっと不便ですが、周囲にたくさん雰囲気のよいカフェがあって遅くまで開いているので、そちらに行けばいいと思います。 この値段でこれだけ満足度の高いホテルはなかなかないと思います。お勧めです。

Savoy Boutique Hotel er et topp hotell. Flott beliggenhet,topp personal og en herlig atmosfære. Det kan være noe støy fra gata, hvis man har rom ut mot Gamlebyen, men man er jo i en by!

Ilmastoinnin teho ei ollut todellakaan 5 tähden hotellin veroista. Muuten hotellin palvelutaso, aamiainen ja sijainti ensiluokkaista. Myös huone oli kaunis ja mukava.

It is a nice hotel, and I would recomend it to others, but I dont think it qualifies as a 5 star hotel. The room I got was large enough, but not really well decoreated. I didnt find the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was small and when you took a shower the whole room got wet. For some reason they turned of the water at night, so after 12 pm you […] have to ask the reseption to turn it on again. Might be becouse of some local law or maintince at the time, I dont know. Breakfast was nice, great service in the resturant. I would say that location is key for this hotel. Its close to just about everything in old town, and if you want to go shopping its in walking distance to three shopping centers. Mehr

A really super hotell with fantastic staff and service,fantastic location in the old town and fantastic value for money. A must if you want to stay in a less noisy part of the bustling old town in the tourist season.Highly recommended.

Sijainti oli muuten loistava, mutta vastapäinen baari/ravintola oli nuorison valtaama ja meluisa ympäri vuorokauden, koska se oli auki käytännössä 24 h. Kylpyhuoneessa pyyhkeille liian vähän naulakoita ja kuivatusmahdollisuuksia. Muuten tasokas paikka.

Hotelli oli oikein kodikas, mutta huone ei ollut tämän tähtiluokan hotellin huoneen kokoinen eli kahden hengen huone oli tehty yhden hengen huoneeseen. Lisäksi hotelli sijaitsi jonkinlaisen jengikokoontumispaikan edessä eli melu ja epämääristen porukoiden hengailu kadulla ei ollut kovin miellyttävää. Myöskään aamiainen ei vastannut hinta-laatusuhdetta. Muuten […] hotelli oli oikein tasokas, henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja baari + ravintola oli oikein kivat. Mehr

The hotel was quiet and clean. Only problem was shower and bath. Water made bathroom floor wet too easily. Otherwise 5th floor room was very good.

Trevligt och gemytligt hotell med ett läge som innebär nära till allt av intresse i Gamla stan. Trevlig bar och lobby med hemkänsla. Prova gärna restaurangen "en liten ålaladåb och ankan" var suverän. Besök också Gloria några hundra meter bort från hotellet med bra meny. Rummet kunde ha varit större men helt OK.
