This was a very nice hotel to stay in and for the money you can't go wrong when you get a discounted room. The front desk girl was very unfriendly, making me feel like I was an inconvenience to her, I feel like this is because we were a young couple and not overdressed since we traveled all day. The rest of the staff was friendlier and at least smiled […] once in a while. Overall, I didn't let that ruin our special day and we had a nice stay. They did nothing special for anniversaries so be prepared with your own special plans. Mehr

It may have been the weather, it may have been the view, it may have been the staff or it just may be that this was one of the finest hotel experiences I have had over the last 5 years. The room was just fine. Telescopes are NOT in EVERY room. I would have loved one. I did miss housekeeping and room service though so for a one or two night stay this is a good choice especially if you get it at a good price.

Very clean and convenient to Robson shopping! Stayed here with my sister from Hawaii and we had a great time! Our rooms had a kitchenette so we could sit around and have snacks and cocktails while enjoying the awesome view of the city. My husband and I will be staying here if there are open reservations for this same place (not allowed to mention the […] name) because it was a great deal for a first class hotel and room. The bar in the lobby was fun and had live music at night with a coffee shop that is open 24/7!!! Staff were great and room was spotless. Mehr

Initially was difficult to locate in the dark (go into the reception for the Sheraton, and they share the reception with Club Intrawest). We stayed for three nights. The rooms were clean, bed comfy, kitchenette had everything we needed (except a hotplate), cutlery, crockery, microwave, kettle, toaster. The views were amazing!! Location was great for […] us. Fantastic views in elegant surroundings. I loved that one whole wall was all windows! Parking after midnight was a bit inconvenient, as I had to call up and have someone come down to open up the garage door, but otherwise I have no complaints. Wish I could have stayed longer -- but with breakfast at $30.00, I couldn't have afforded it! Just wish I'd […] had a telescope in my room, like some of my colleagues! Mehr

Very central location. The view is spectacular. Room is compact and comfortable. Definitely recommended!

I did miss not havng a bath, shower only in room and a King bed would have been preferred but did not want to pay the $$$.

The only reason I booked this hotel was because we would be guaranteed a room with a view. Club Intrawest occupies the 28, 29, and 30th floors of the Sheraton Hotel. In addition to the fantastic "postcard" view we had of the bay, the city, and the mountains, the room was spacious and had a mini-kitchen with a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, […] silverware, cups, mugs, etc. The bathroom was very nice. And the hotel is a short walking distance to most everything you would want to see in downtown Vancouver. We would definitely stay at this hotel again! Mehr

Views are wonderful. Rooms are very small and only have queen size beds. The aircondition wouldnt allow the room to get as cold as we would have liked it to. Had them come and check it and thats as cold as it could get. Would never stay here again for the price we paid!!!

Great location, comfortable room and spectacular views (full glass wall). Lack of daily maid service a bit annoying (done once in 6 day stay). Still excellent place to stay.

Absolutely fabulous and couldn't wish for better.

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel on 30th floor , it has a nice view and located in good convenient area , i recommend this hotel

This was a cozy nook located inside (and partially served by) the Sheraton Wall Centre in Vancouver's West End. The room was quite small but cleverly and beautifully laid out with a full floor-to-ceiling window with views of the mountains (to the southeast in the case of my room). A mild disappointment was that the room had only a microwave and not […] a conventional stove, as I would have cooked my meals with the latter. Located on a major bus line and about 5 blocks from the subway system, amid the high-end retail and dining establishments of Burrard St/Robson St. Also about a mile from Stanley Park, an absolutely gorgeous run/walk. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Wonderful little pub nearby with fish and chips that were good and cheap. Room has dramatic view of the skyline but it is being infringed upon by nearby construction. Definitely would return.

Although small, the studio room was comfortable, it was convenient having a kitchenette, and the hotel itself was right on major bus lines, near a grocery store, bank across the street, three blocks from major retail center, and within a comfortable walk of downtown. Great room with outstanding views of Vancover. Refrig and microwave were nice extras. Since the facility is basically a short termed time share, there was no daily maid service. Could have used a second confortable chair. Overall a great facility at a great price.

The views from the room are amazing! One whole wall is floor to ceiling windows with views from the 28-30th floor of Vancouver. They even include a telescope for your enjoyment. The bathroom is roomy, but hooks are lacking for towel storage. The kitchenette is pretty well stocked with plates, cups and utensils. My only complaint with the room is that […] the table is very small, two plates barley fit on it, and there is no desk for you to put your things on (like a computer) The internet was very easy to access and was complimentary. There was a very modern gym with an indoor pool, but it was a little tricky to get to. The location was very centralized with a Hopper Bus and city bus stop right out front. Overall we were very happy with this hotel. I would recommend it for any party of 2. It would be very tight with 3. Mehr

Great location, great view, in room kitchen. Designed for extended stays, house cleaning depends on length of stay, approx. every 3 days

I highly recommend The Club Intrawest located in downtown Vancouver on the 28 -30 floors of the Sheraton Towers. It has wonderful floor to ceiling views of the city, harbor and mountains. Our room even had a telescope set up for our use. The bathroom has a luxurious shower. The room has a mini kitchen and refrigerator. It is definitely for an adult […] couple only. There is no room for children. You get the use of all the Sherator facilities. The location is very good and within walking distance to the water taxi to Granville Island, Yaletown, etc. Mehr

I saw this property pop up in my search for Vancouver hotels and read the reviews. Seemed a little strange to share part of the Sheraton Wall Centre and I was leery about the state of the rooms, possible noise issues, service etc.... It was an excellent room for an excellent rate! Great location and great views! The room seemed much bigger than it was […] since it wasn't a typical "box" and had an "L" to it. Bathroom was very large and flat screen TV was angled perfectly for watching TV in bed. As with other reviews I read, I was treated by the Sheraton staff as if I was staying in their property. Club Intrawest occupies the top 3 floors of the Sheraton Wall Centre. The Club is located on the city’s highest point – a perfect spot to take in the sights with your in-room telescope. The room has a Manhattan-style ambiance, floor-to-ceiling windows, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances. IGA marketplace grocery store is just a short walk […] from the hotel. Free wireless internet is another plus. The club is meant for people making extended stays so rooms are only cleaned a couple of times a week. I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The room was on 29th floor and had very good view of vancouver city. If you can book this hotel, I strongly recommend for staying .
