I have stayed at this hotel the last few years and always find it to be great. I really like the location in Triana which is less touristy. The staff is great and I particularly want to thank Antonio who helped me many times. The only issue that I had was there was a wireless problem and they promptly moved my room. I recommend Hotel Zenit

The location was delightful, the hotel was excellent, and the people were gracious. What more does one need?? THANK YOU!

It's hard to believe this is a 4 star hotel. It's difficult to find, on a grubby little street with one person sleeping on the sidewalk, no bar service that I could find on the terrace and the bar service i did get wasn't very friendly. Indeed all the service seemed a bit half-hearted. No job joy for these folks...just putting in time. The room was […] a dingy little room with a window which saw no trees, no green, just some kind of internal opening. It was hot and we had to keep the noisy aircon on all night. A short walk to the river and the sights but for all the time I spent driving around trying to find this place, I would have risked being on the other side of the river and spending more time trying to find the hotel. Good Hotel, ideally situtated for site seeing. Walking distance of most attractions and the city tour bus ride. Did not eat at the hotel but lots of people seemed to be enjoying it. Good service, clean friendly establishment. Would use again if in Sevilla.

Very convenient for major site seeing within Seville. Very clean to a high standard. Car parking quite expensive at 19 euros a night and no guarantee of a parking space when actually booking. Would recommend the hotel for a one or two night site seeing around Seville.

Excellent hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location, 10 minutes walk from the centre of Seville. Highly recommended.

Clean hotel room. Great location near Triana. Helpful staff. Next door to Cathedral de San Jacinto. Only issue at times is a hot room especially when you leave because the power goes out when removing the card. Would probably stay here again if I come back to Sevilla.

Hotel about 20 minute walk from city sites. Hotel staff unfriendly and unhelpful, except for fellow on desk on date we left. Otherwise, hotel was fin--clean, good condition, etc

We were treated better than fantastic! The rooms were quaint, elegant, clean and very spacious! All the staff members were helpful and pleasant throughtout our stay! Tino was a great help at the front desk. The staff in the bar and restuarant went above and beyond for us! Everything was perfect! No complaints!

This hotel is a short walk (10-15 min) to the old city center and was a very pleasant hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel and its amenities were good but the distance to the city centre and other attractions was a big drawback. We could not entertain the thought of walking to the heart of Sevilla because of the distance.I Would stay in Santa Cruz or Triana areas next visit.

We stayed at the Hotel in March, 2011. Pros: The location is fine--is in the Triana area, which is safe working class neighborhood in walking distance from restaurants and major attractions. Staff was helpful and spoke several different languages. Cons: the hotel was very hot and stuffy; we were sweating in our rooms and could not sleep. I was told […] that the air conditioner was broken, but that does not explain why there was heat blowing from all the vents, even in the hallways. No one seemed to know what to do. I was not only one having a problem as I talked to other guests who were also very uncomfortable. Mehr

The Hotel Zenit was clean, quiet and convenient. I would stay there again. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds, lots of wood and current decor. The walk to the center of town was short, very convenient.

I love this hotel. It was my second time staying there. It is in the heart of the Barrio of Triana. Many Sevillanos describe Triana as the Heart of Sevilla. Great food, good Flamenco, and a 10-15 minute walk to the Cathedral. I recommend Hotel Zenit for anyone that wants to be a little off the tourist track, but still close.

The room was large but a little dark, with a restricted view on to other rooms. It was comfortably furnished and quiet, so no problems with noise. The TV did not appear to work, but as I wasn't particularly interested in TV I did not take this up with reception. We were room only and found nearby cafes for pleasant, and relatively cheap breakfasts. […] We liked the location in Triana as it was good to explore an interesting area. You were close enough to walk to the centre for sights and to eat, but there were also plenty of local tapas bars, and I would recommend the nearby Las Golandrillas. On the last day we needed to get to rail station and asked reception to order a taxi - we had given ourselves over an hour for what is a 10 minute ride, but there was no sense of urgency and we had to make further efforts to obtain taxi on time. I thought the staff was very friendly, and the location was good.. Its just accross the river from the main sites.

This is the second visit for us to the hotel Zenit. It is situated in the Triana district, about 10 minutes walk to the old town. The bedrooms rooms face a secluded courtyard so you can be assured of a good nights sleep. There are ample bars and restaurants within a very short distance. Staff are rather surly, but being cheerful seems to be unusual […] in Spanish hotel staff generaly, so this did not come as a surprise. Ample breakfast and overall very good value for money. Mehr

Adequate but would not rush back. Rooms are big but a bit gloomy and a bit dated. Paid for WiFi but it did not work and they had no way of offering a refund. Breakfast was uninspired.

Really great hotel for the location, good attitude and hardware facilities. The reception recommended us 2 good local tapas bars, very delicious indeed.

La decoración de las habitaciones -y los baños- es un poco antigua para lo que se lleva ahora, pero es cómodo y está muy cerca, andando, del centro de la ciudad. Muy amables en recepción.

Hotel posto in un quartiere caratteristico di Siviglia, molto utile per rendersi conto della vita sivigliana. Non eccessiva la distanza dal centro. Personale cortese, pulizia buona, il caffè quasi italiano..... Da consigliare!

Hôtel correct, mais le personnel pas commercial du tout et fort peu aimable pour résoudre un problème de double réservation.

E' situato nel quartiere più divertente di siviglia ma abbastanza lontano dalla musica e dal piacevole caos notturno.... E' una struttura non nuovissima ma ben tenuta con camere spaziose e pulite. La colazione mattutina è ottima ed il servizio impeccabile. Consiglio a tutti di andarci anche in relazione al prezzo decisamente conveniente per un albergo […] di ottima qualità. Mehr

Es la única pega de este hotel. Un 4* sin piscina..... De resto muy bien, habitación bastante amplia, cómoda y en muy buen estado. Muy cerca la calle Betis y de bastantes lugares de tapeo.

Albergo molto bello e pulito, personale gentilissimo. Posizione molto comoda per girare la città.

Hôtel vraiment très bien - confortable, personnel aimable, tarifs raisonnables -, qui plus est situé au coeur de Triana (ce que nous souhaitions). Aucun regret. Mieux : voulant revenir au moment de la Semaine sainte, nous choisirons à nouveau cet hôtel sans hésitation ! Seul bémol : des chambres pas formidablement insonorisées - mais rien de vraiment […] gênant. Mehr
