Das Zimmer ist teils abgewohnt (Bad). Die Frühstücksqualität für ein 4-Sternehaus ist grenzwertig! Die Räumlichkeiten für das Frühstück bietet absolute Bahnhofsatmosphäre, Geräuschepegel grauenhaft, ungepflegt, schmuddelig!

Ein stylisches Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, sauberen und für eine Stadthotel relativ großen Zimmern, ein großes Bad mit viel Licht. Die Betten sind bequem und man schläft trotz etwaigem Großstadtlärm sehr gut. Bei schönem Wetter kann man sogar raußen sitzen.DasFrühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend. Die Preise sind ortsüblich und nicht überzogen.

Das trendige Annahotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Cooles Ambiente, hervorragende Lage, aufgestellte Mitarbeitende, hier stimmt es einfach!

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof München,S-Bahnstationen, U-Bahnstationen direkt vor dem Haus und ist ideal zum shoppen. Sehr modernes Hotel, kleines aber sehr schmackhaftes Frühstücks-Buffet.

Zum etwa 4. mal sind wir im anna's abgestiegen, freuen uns an den schönen Zimmer und zentraler Lage. Die Küche ist crossover und schmeckt uns gut, das Frühstücksbuffet trifft viele Gelüste. Leider happerte es diesmal am Service, wenn wir draussen sassen. Kaum jemand v. Personal fühlte sich zuständig und wenn dann endlich bestellt werden konnte, vergingen […] nochmals 15 Min, bis die Getränke kamen. Den Service erlebten wir schon aufmerksamer und flinker. Mehr

Wir waren 4 Nächte im anna Hotel. Ich kann dieses in allen Belangen absolut nur weiter empfehlen. Freundliches Personal, sehr sauber und sicher. Beste Lage( einzig das Tram lärmt nachts). Wir werden dieses Hotel bei einem weiteren Münchenaufenthalt mit Sicherheit wieder buchen. Das Turmzimmer ohne Aufpreis war eine tolle Ueberraschung und sehr ange […] nehm. Mehr

Sehr freundliches Personal., beste Lage mit dem HB und der Altstadt in Gehweite. Das beste Morgenbuffet, das ich schon genossen habe. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente für den Abend.

Dass Hotels nicht nur ein gutes Restaurant und schöne Zimmer haben, zeigt das Anna-Hotel inmitten des Zentrums von München, gut zehn Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Freundlichkeit und die zuvorkommende Haltung des Personals sind vorbildlich und überzeugten uns von Anfang an. Kompliment! Machen Sie weiter so!

Perfect location. Nice hotel overall. Definitely will come back.

The hotel was situated right outside Karlsplatz station, and was just a short walk away from the main train station - very convenient as most tours seem to start at the train station. It is only a short walk to department stores, shops, cafes and many of the tourist attractions. The hotel itself was okay - front staff were professional enough, even […] if not very friendly. I did have an issue where the hotel charged my credit card with a deposit for two days in a row so had to raise this. Apparently the hotel just blocks this as a guarantee, but I will check my card statement to make sure. The room and bathroom were clean enough. I would have liked there to have been an electric kettle so that we could have hot drinks after a cold day. Luckily, there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby to buy drinks on the way back to the hotel. Free wifi was great. Breakfast was included, and was pretty good. Mehr

We booked the hotel on the strenght of the Website. The photos showed this cool room, cool bath, lots of space. When we opened the room door, we were both feeling very let down, The room was nothing like the website. We had requested a double room, but the room was 2 single beds pushed together. This hotel is not for everyone. It is clean and very contemporary. The only thing I did not like was the shower which was open and the floor get quite wet. The staff is nice, furnishing are clean, lots of glass, stainless etc. The design is simple but very comfortable Room had small sitting area and nice space for luggage and clothing. Breakfast is a few bucks but was very tasty, lots of fruit, juice, pastry, eggs, bacon etc. Staff quite nice, bar seemed to be kind of an in hangout, lots of locals after work having a been, nice crowd. Hotel is a bit noisy due to its great location in a neighborhood with an active nite life. Elevators are small and no bellman so be ready to deal with your own luggage, still the place was clean, staff was very nice and I would stay there again, I felt it was a good value. Mehr

The Anna Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and they all spoke English. The rooms were small, but still very comfortable. The only things missing were an in-room coffee machine and a safe. Minor details, really. Very hip hotel. Nice clean good sized room. Friendly staff. Convenient to train station and subway stop. This was perfect for our needs for our trip to Munich.

This was an amazing hotel. The decor and design were fantastic. The room was huge by European standards. The location is right between the main train station and the main plaza. The front desk took time in helping us with directions and suggestions. The rate was great considering the hotel itself. A great breakfast was included in our stay. My room for one was comfortable and pleasant. I enjoyed especially having two floor to ceiling windows, letting in lots of light. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom large, and housekeeping was responsive and thorough. My only complaint was that about half of the holes in the large shower head did not work. I can't find one complaint about the Anna hotel. The service was impeccable, the location is fantastic and the rooms are clean, comfortable and has all the ammenities one needs. I will definitley stay here again.

Perfect location to walk to Marienplatz. Close to train station and 2 underground entrances close by. Staff very friendly and attentative. Breakfast was wonderful. In the evening the bar was a great place to end the day. Would stay there again. I do wonder why I had to pay an additional person charge for a second person in a full bed (large) room.

When staying in Munich, Germany it is difficult to stay in a hotel that is not a 5 star lux hotel that has good parking. Parking is about 1/8 km from the hotel and has easy access. This hotel is next to the underground so getting anywhere, including the airport, is very easy. The hotel is quiet even tho it is loated in the middle of the old town/downtown […] area. The restaurant and bar and great. The bartenders are supurb and make wonderful drinks. Everyone speaks German AND English. Not only would I recommend this hotel...I will stay there again very soon. the rooms did not smell very good... And make sure you are on the right side of the building or high up as can be very noisy.

Very close to shopping and dinning, parks and attractions as well as the train station. I could not have asked for a better location. Staff was friendly and helpful both at the desk and at breakfast. Breakfast was fresh and amazing. Both my husband and I had an absolutely fabulous time at the anna hotel and would definitely stay here again and recommend […] this to freinds and family. Mehr

You can't beat the location of this hotel! For that reason alone I would recommend it to anyone. Our room and bathroom were both quite large and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was a bit quirky as it did not have a full curtain or cover and water ended up getting all over the floor, but that problem was solved by simply […] putting down a few towels. I like the modern atmosphere of both the room and the bar/restaurant. The FREE breakfast was quite tasty and there were plenty of options. I will for sure stay in this hotel again when I travel to Munich. Mehr

The hotel is right where you want to be in Munich. Rooms are a little small but comfortable. We couldn't figure out the heating system which we never expected to need in late May but we learned the hard way that the wall thermostat only controls the A/C. Warming panels behind the drapes need to be turned on separately to heat the room. They have numbers […] to control the heat output but they're not thermostats. It's strictly trial and error. So, one night we were a little uncomfortable. Double beds in Germany mean two twins pushed together. Don't expect a King unless the hotel has an American name. In any case, we recommend the Anna highly. Mehr

One thing we have to admit is the great location of the hotel. The arrangement of the bathroom is not ideal. They didn't put any curtain around the bath tub, so when you have shower, you will just flood the floor. Some hotel stuff were really rude. Is that a typical German way, I was wondering...? We checked out, paid the bill and then went out to museum […] before picking up our luggages and catching flight in the evening. When we got back around 6pm, the hotel receptionist told us that the bill was not correct and we had to pay some more. Moreover, they positioned the situation as if it had been caused by us and we had done something badly wrong! We did ask the stuff to apologize and change her attitude. On other logistics, the hotel staff seemed to be disorganized. We paid for our limo at the reception, but apparently the driver was told wrong information or wasn't briefed properly. When we reached airport, the driver insisted that we hadn't paid yet and was arguing with us for a few minutes before checking with the hotel. Mehr

Ventede desværre 1 time på en omgang sushi, som så var det forkerte - derefter 45 igen for at få det rigtige.... Ikke okay! Hotellet ligger godt - men mørkt værelse ud til en baggaard øv...

The staff of the hotel was very kind, attentive and quick in responses. Went out of the ordinary to solve questions about shoping, restaurants etc. The bar and restaurant quite nice, however the staff their must have gone to another school of service. They were very sure of the fact that they were working at a hot bar - and that guests should be honoured […] to be served by them. And apart from tending to their chores they also had to chat with each other about what happened last nite and where to go tonite.... Mehr

Veldig fornøyd med beliggenheten - men det medfører også noe støy. Minimalistisk er fint - men savnet et bilde på veggen Savnet også en godstol til (dobbeltrom=to godstoler) - pluss et lite bord i tillegg til skrivebord. Lekkert bad God mat i alle prisklasser - kan velge mellom cafe/restaurant Kan anbefales:)
