Breakfast room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast included all you need. Bed was very comfortable and had many pillows. Great flat screen TV, Micro Wave and Fridge. I visited many Hotels in DFW and that was by far the best. I can recommend it.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 31. Dez. 2012... für das tolle Hotel, das voll und ganz unseren Ansprüchen und dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entsprach. Die Umgebung ist nicht besonders schön, aber in Dallas ist eh alles nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, also fährt man weg. Vom Highway haben wir im Zimmer nichts gehört. Im Hotel gab es sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, der Zimmerservice war ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr geräumig, die Betten super, dazu mehrere Kopfkissen und auch ausreichend Decken. Alles praktisch eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer mit Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Wenn man weiss, wo man ist, kann man sich auch mit dem Frühstück arrangieren - es ist eben amerikanisch. Es gab jeden Tag frisches Obst, Vollkornprodukte, heißen Kaffee und alles war sauber. Wir können das Hotel in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.

Overall property is very nice. The towels were a little thin and thread bear for the type of property. The bar food was very good and the wine excellent. Not good. Room was very clean. But I opened the glass shower door unit and gasped! Stinch! Mold/Mildew/stale drain smell?????? Looked clean, but this shower needed help!!!!!! It was almost unbearable! No, it WAS unbearable! Towels were painfully thin. Disappointed. Free apple cider & cookies @ check in. Had a little fridge jammed packed w/things to […] purchase. No microwave. No chocolate on the pillow or free water. Nothing! What a disappointment! NOT worth my money. NOT at ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I deserve a free night coupon. "Relaxing with friends and family"
My guests and I have all great things to say about our stay at the Grand Hyatt. The staff was always available, willing to help and fulfilling any request. The food was satisfying and it was more than we were able to eat. It was not totally sound proof but the slight bit of noise was not disruptive. There was a shuttle to the local area that was a needed […] relief from driving and trying to find our way around. It really gave us a much needed stress free couple of days. Comfortable room, view was great, great staff was up to the usual Hyatt standards. Food was enjoyable.Only negative was the shower floor was stained, it was clean though. Lovely lovely hotel especially if you are leaving from Terminal D where it is located. Top dining and food. Staff very very nice and if you are a guest and leaving from D they give you a card to go through the First Class baggage section with no hassles. "Loved waking up and walking to the gate"
We were in Dallas for a football game at Cowboys Stadium. Easy drive to stadium and downtown area. Going through the toll station every time we left was a pain but not a big deal if you get your ticket validated, which we forgot twice at $7/each. Breakfast was delicious. Nice bar/lounge area with a limited menu. Coffee cafe opens at 4:30a. No "true" […] spa but offer spa services which was a good service for the price. Steam room was operational but nothing extravagant. Rooftop pool was small but well kept. Our favorite part was waking up 1 hour before departure, grabbing a coffee and walking to our gate (about 10 minutes). That was totally worth the inconvenience of the airport toll station.
