Pros- pretty close to San Diego attractions Cons- Internet never worked, and I doubt if it ever works. Bathroom was in pretty bad shape. People were shouting and banging on the neighboring door in the middle of night, we almost called 911.

I though it was very quiet and conftrable.

The sheets had someone's hair in them. The second set had holes. Then the roof leaked so we were put in another room and when we went to spray our Lysol on the sheets, we found blood stains. The bed made us feel as if someone kicked our butts in our sleep. The staff on the other hand was very nice. They apologized for any inconvenience. great location but if youre looking for comfort and great customer service this is not the place your looking for. the front desk were not very friendly barely spoke a handful or words. i do admit it was the easiest check in process ive had though. the rooms looked decent at first glance but after doing a quick look thru we discovered holes in bedding, […] refrigerator didnt work, toilet seat covers broken. on the plus side its super close to the freeway, places to eat and only 5 minutes away from a small beach park. price was good, location good but if youre looking for a home away from home comfortable place this is not it. upon arriving at around 7pm, we have to check in standing outside of window with (bullet proof?) glasses, this should tell you something the room is horrible, there are ants everywhere we found two kinds of hairs, some food crumbles there a bunch of amigoes cooking fish next door seems 5 of them living in 1 room late at night (2pm) there are people […] arguing outside, I was waiting for gunshots thank god that didn't happen Mehr

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, very dirty walls,carpet, everything. There was holes in the wall, carpet was stained smelled like urine, very bad customer service me and my wife were afraid to take off our shoes and went to buy sheets were afraid to use theirs. DO NOT STAY HERE

But if you don't want to stay in a room next door to a working girl I would recommend finding another place to stay...and if the prostitutes don't bother you maybe the urine in the elevator, or the unfriendly staff will. Looking back I should have just coughed up a little more money and stayed somewhere better. I was worried about leaving my bags in […] the room for a couple hours while I had to step out, and I was woken up during the night 3 times by loud music outside and people yelling. Reasons for not staying at this hotel: - shower not working well - clogged up toilet - bed, pillows, blankets filthy. I'm glad I brought my own pillows and blanket. - dissapointing. I paid more than what it was worth.

It was clean and spacious,the front desk staff was nice I made an error in my reservation and they were able to accommodate us. Reading some of the other reviews I was I was worried that it was going to be dirty and worry about our car. Once in the property it was all different> good stay for a low price....

Do not stay at this hotel!!!!!!!!!!! There were termites in the tub and it was disgusting!!!!! The only thing that kept me from leaving was the fact that all the hotels in the area were booked in my price range.

Ok, so this area is a teeny bit rough, but for the price it was a nice sized room, clean, and the staff was nice. My boyfriend went out in the middle of the night to get something from the car, and he saw people that looked like tweakers and hookers, but no one bothered him.

Would not recomend this hotel unless you are looking for crack and prostitutes. Horrible location and horrible people.

the shower water is so small that you must wait a long time to fill the tub it is really bad

i arrived early and wanted to check in early and the guy was rude and hung up on me i tried to cancel but i would have gotten charged for it

I'm always worried when I book a stay at a hotel that's not a chain, but this hotel worked out great. It was a little on the older side but it was close to all my meetings at the Naval Bases in San Diego and it was very short drive to Imperial Beach for an evening jog and swim. The hotel was clean and I had a large room. Nothing fancy, but it worked […] out great for me and was a good price. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again on my business travels, but may consider somewhere else if I were traveling with my family. Mehr

this is a great hotel for the money. I go to SD every weekend and need to stay in hotels when I am here. This a great value for the price. The place is clean and quiet (there is a no partying policy). The service is friendly. There are a lot of good ethnic eateries nearby.

ha sido la peor experiencia que tenido,. al grado que nos ha tomado varios dias superar el asco, dormimos mal por que en todo momento estas conciente de lo sucio que estaba, no nos salimos pòr que no habia otro , puesto que era dia feriado y todos estaban llenos , hubiera dormido mejor en mi carro, jamas vuelvo.
