Ein toll gelegenes Hotel, allgemein eher älterer Zustand, minimalistisch aber liebevoll eingerichtet, mit Charme und Sauberkeit bestens für jüngere Reisende geeignet!

Ich und meine Freundin wurden sehr freundlich in dem Appart-Hotel aufgenommen. Weil es wohl ausserhalb der Saison war, bekamen wir sogar eine Suite. Sie war gepflegt, bis auf die Armaturen im Bad. Aber dafür gab es immer heißes Wasser. Der Pool ist von mittlerer Größe, aber zum Strand sind es noch nicht einmal 6 Gehminuten. An der Rezeption empfahl […] man uns auf Nachfrage ein lokales Hammam, das spottbillig war. Auch ansonsten war man sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man freundlich auf die Angestellten zu ging. die Qualität der Appartment variiert stark, kann dunkel und muffig sein hin bis großzügig und hell, für den Preis okay, Informationen betr. öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel nur rar, die Restaurants im Umkreis der Anlage eher teuer, so auch der kleine Supermarkt links vom Eingang

Wenn man für kleines Geld ein gutes Hotel mit marrokanischem Standart mit Selbstversorgung sucht ist man hier genau richtig. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hielft meist auch bei Problemen schnell weiter. Teilweise ist die Verständigung ein Problem aber wenn man hartneckig bleibt wird alles für ein getan. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt und einen kleinen Geldbeutel sicherlich okay, weil auch die Lage sehr gut ist. Nur 5min vom Strand und den Haupteinkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ansonsten könnte man aus der Anlage durchaus mehr machen, weil man z.B. auch einen kleinen Pool da hat.

Nach über 30 Jahren etwas herunter gekommen. Wenn die Besiitzer den Mut hätte, das Hotel einige Monate zu schließen, und das Geld, es dann zu renovieren, wäre es eine sehr akzeptable Anlage. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals am Empfang hilft da - wenig.

Für 3 Personen hatten wir ein schönes großes Appartment mit 3 Zimmern + Küche und Bad. Die Betten sowie die Handtücher sind sauber und das Personal ist freundlich. Für den günstigen Preis, ist das Hotel eine super Wahl.

Das Hotel war nur auf Grund des günstigen Preises nicht komplett unzufriedenstellend. Die öffentlichen Bereiche sind in einem verkommenen Zustand (außer der Rezeptionsbereich), die Zimmer waren mittelmäßig gut gereinigt und die Handtücher, welche voller Haare waren, wurden erst nach 2maligem Auffordern ausgetauscht.

deraufenthalt war sehr gut wolte es noch mal buchen aber es geht nicht so lange buchen 5 wochen das finde ich halt einen nachteil den ich flige immer 5 oder 6 wochen nach agadir

Das einzige das uns gestört hat, dass die ReinigerInnen ab ca. 7.00 Uhr bereits mit den Reinigungen begonnen haben. Jeden Morgen wurden wir durch dieses lautes auftreten gestört.

It is a very lovely budget hotel. The apartments are rather large and offering everything that you could need. You can tell that it is very clean. the beds are very comfortable. The pool is rather lovely. It would be nice to have Wifi in at least part of the hotel. Also, although I found the staff to be lovely, there was one lady working the front desk. […] She yelled at me and was very rude when I tried to take a towel to the beach (not to use on the beach/sand but on a chair). The room was average for budget Morocco places. The kitchenette is a nice touch, but quite small. Having a refrigerator was nice. Unfortunately, we didn't stay very long. They had no hot water. When I let them know, they called someone and later informed me they didn't have anyone who could fix the problem. They have a sister hotel across the street […] and offered us a room to shower in over there. I asked that they just move us over there since they'd have to clean the room after we bathed anyway, and they ended up doing that. I found the staff member to be quite responsive. I stayed here with my girlfriend for a week in November 2012. I have to admit, I was a little bit worried about this hotel when I read through the reviews on Trip Advisor. However, they surpassed all expectations. The bottom line is this: don't go to this hotel if you expect 5* quality. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and in comparison to my previous visits it is somewhat run down the bathroom shower and bath tub needs replacing although me and my family were able to have hot showers or baths when we wanted the staff were both friendly and helpful and cleaning was completed every day and clean towels were provided .No wifi […] was available but we could access this service at the sister hotel Targdirt I would stay again as we use it as a base while visiting family but would not recommend to newbies to Morocco Mehr

Hotel was very shabby and in need of a facelift. Bath enamel had worn away, shower hook on wall, but no hook on shower attachment to fit it to! Toilet door didn't fit as it has warped. Bathroom and "kitchen" area in desperate need of a facelight, very gloomy. Only one unbrella by the pool. Loved it. More like an apartment with daily housekeeping--no soap or shampoo though, so bring your own. Spacious and clean; pretty good location 2 blocks away from the beach. Good value for price. Make sure bring your passport with an entry stamp if you're a foreigner though.

Great location only 5mins walk from the beach. The hotel is showing a little bit of wear and tear but superb value for money. Also, friendly staff, good swimming pool with lovely sun terrace, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, it is basic, but you get a good sized room, a living room with dining table, a small kitchen and bathroom. Your in a great location, a 5 min walk from the beach, and depending on your room, you can see the beach. I end up feeding the cats there, and one decided to move in lol

I resrved 2 rooms at this hotel. we ended up not being able to stay in them. We arrived at 10PM. There were no towels, no toilet paper and the pillows with black spots had no pillow cases. We were able to get toilet paper but they were not able to give us the towels and the pillow cases because the cleaning ladies had already left! We had to leave […] and find another hotel. When we arrived the front desk personal told us that she did not have our reservation. We had booked and paid online and showed her on our laptop the entire confirmation. She told us that we had to go to an internet cafe down the street and print it out. We went but every keyboard was in french which made it impossible to type our American English passwords […] into our account. We returned stressed and upset for her to inform us that she had received it. We went to our room it had not been cleaned. We had to wait. There was black mold all over the bathroom walls. The stove for cooking did not work. It was VERY loud at night. We had to climb LOTS of stairs which was very difficult with a baby. Mehr

Booked a double bed apartment as that was the closest option to having a double bed room (was quite reasonably priced too). It turned out to be a big apartment with lounge, kitchen, bathroom and a reasonably sized double bed room. The hotel is well located as well. A bit run down but clean. Downside: not much character.

Don't stay here unless you care nothing for noise, no privacy, at best indifferent service, and a general lack of comfort. The staff acts like they are doing you a huge favour in dealing with you, and the rooms are close to derelict. Cockroaches are abundant, in several colours and sizes, as well as numerous other creepy crawlies.

If you are looking for cheap basic accomodation ok, but..... The neighbourhood is noisy, the hotel itself is on it's ast legs. I only got the resemblance of decent service after spreading quite a lot of tips, several 100 DH. The first room was groundfloor, meaning everybody could not only look into my room, they could actually enter, fridge not working. […] Second room stovetop not working, fridge barely. Maintenance is pitiful. You get the impression that this is a sinking ship, and the staff is just playing for time. Btw not suited for those less mobile, many stairs. Mehr

These are quite basic apartmets - not very modern, but very clean & comfortable. The apartment itself is huge! we were a couple and had a 2 bed apartment to ourselves. Great place to bring children. Nice pool, very relaxed atmosphere, nice welcome on arrival. No hesitation in recmmending at all.

We got to Igoudar and it was ok, for the price you don't expect much anyway. There was no room available when we got there at around 11am so we had to wait for guests to check out. We came back at around 1pm, the lady at the reception gave us the key to the furthest room they have, you litterally have to climb a lot of stairs just to get to the room, […] you need to be in good shape to handle the climb, since i went there with my mother that can have a hard time climbing all those stairs we requested another closer room that we got after getting attitude from the lady in the reception. Overall, it's clean, quiet not like some of the reviews suggested, could use some fresh paint and you have to ask for stuff, like i had to ask for a missing bath towel. PS: You have to bring your own soap and bath products. Mehr

What a lovely restful surprise. A quiet hotel apartment close to the sea with sea view in some cases . Each little apartment laid out so you don't intrude on others and feel a sense of space and privacy . The cooking and bathing facilities are basic but functional. Not luxurious but economic and great value for money.

We booked a one bed room apartment with living room and kitchen in it. Had really good time. It's basic, clean, spacious not luxury. It's well ventilated with natural wind and light. Agadir, while not a true experience of Morocco, was a pleasant and fun seaside resort. Six of the seven days (mid October) were bright with 25C days but cool evenings. Facilities and environs were excellent. Good choice of food/drink outlets (each offering a similar menu) and reasonable shopping. The Igoudar was excellent. Although basic and well-worn […] the rooms were clean, roomy and well equipped. The room was cleaned daily (pleasant surprise for s/c). Good location. Friendly and helpfull staff. The only minor quibbles would be the shortage of powerpoints and limited surface area in the kitchen. Lacked aircon, so worth thinking about the time of year that you stay here. Well worth a visit.
